Classifying AEC Enterprises in the South Transdanubia Region, Hungary
This paper classifies the architecture, engineering, and construction enterprises in the South Transdanubia Region, Hungary, according to the size and function of the firms. It is a primary step for later investigation about the implementation of building information modeling in small and medium-sized enterprises within the region. It introduces digital construction in the sector, includes most construction firms based in the region, and systematically gathers data. It analyzes the data to introduce a new sorting method based on the local construction market, unlike the international classification, which leans on the global perspective

Optimalization of Building Information Modeling, and Implementation Possibilities in Hungary
A 2010-es évek elején, a doktori tanulmányaim megkezdésekor a magyar
indĂtott beruházás esetĂ©n találkozhattunk a projekt-leĂrásokban olyan többletfeladattal,
hogy a tervdokumentáció részeként készüljön BIM modell is. Ezt a többletfeladatot
általában egy önálló munkarészként, külön költségvetési soron szereplő tételként
definiálták Ă©s versenyeztettĂ©k meg. A modell elkĂ©szĂtĂ©sĂ©vel járĂł munkát azonban közel
Amerikában, ahol a „klasszikus BIM” a tervezési szakasz lezárásaként, a kivitelezés
megkezdése előtt önálló, ütemezett folyamatként jelent meg. Természetesen a klasszikus
BIM módszertan helytelen alkalmazása mellett, a megfelelően kidolgozott BIM-alapú
tervezési eljárások ismeretének hiánya is problémát jelentett. Ennek a problémának a
megoldását eleinte sem a rosszul berögzült szoftverhasználati metódusok, sem a sokszor
megrendelték (drágának vélt ajánlat esetén általában elhagyták), viszont a tervezési
folyamatok szokásosnak mondható időbeli csúszása, illetve a 2008-as gazdasági válság
utáni időszakra jellemző elhúzódó beruházási folyamatok miatt a modellek tényleges
felhasználása a legtöbb esetben elmaradt.
Tehát a modell Ă©s a modellbĹ‘l előállĂtott informáciĂł
a kétdimenziós tervdokumentáció korlátozott információtartalmában rejlik.
- BIM integrációja a felsőoktatásban – feldolgozástól a tervezésig
- Egyszerű, könnyen elsajátĂthatĂł BIM eljárások kialakĂtása Ă©s alkalmazása
Ă©pĂtĹ‘ipari rĂ©szfolyamatokban az implenetáciĂł korai fázisában
- BIM szabályozása magyarországi Ă©pĂtĹ‘ipari nagyvállalati (Ă©s beszállĂtĂłi)
környezetben
- BIM szabályozása állami környezetben, digitális adattárolással kapcsolatos

Sustainable Application of Automatically Generated Multi-Agent System Model in Urban Renewal
As cities expand, many old towns face the threat of being renovated or demolished. In recent years, the drawbacks of extensive urban renewal have become increasingly apparent, and the focus of urban development is gradually shifting from efficiency to quality. This study aims to combine urban renewal with emerging technologies to address the dilemma between efficiency and quality in urban renewal. The study found that algorithm models based on graph theory, topology, and shortest path principles neglect the influence of internal states and visual features on pedestrian activity, resulting in lower simulation accuracy. Although incorporating internal states and visual features into the core of the algorithm further improved the simulation accuracy, the model operates in a 3D environment with lower efficiency. To address the problems of insufficient simulation accuracy and low efficiency, this study proposes a dynamic pedestrian activity model based on a multi-agent system and incorporating visual features. The model simulates pedestrian daily activity paths using pheromones and virtual sensors as the core, and it was found that using Visibility Graph Analysis could accurately divide pheromones in the environment, thus obtaining more accurate simulation results. Subsequently, based on the optimized pedestrian model’s agent activity rules and dynamic pheromone theory, a model for automatically generating road paving in urban renewal projects was developed, and the generated results were verified for their rationality through design practice. This technology can effectively promote urban renewal and the preservation of historic neighborhoods, providing technical support for achieving sustainable urban development
Application of Space Syntax in the Renewal of Industrial Area Design
Based on the theory of space syntax, this study quantitatively analyzes the landscape space of Baosteel Zhanjiang Steel Co. Ltd., which is constrained by epidemic preventive measures and steel plant safety production requirements in the post-epidemic age. Space syntax has the benefits of decreasing research expenses, boosting analytical efficiency, assessing space use efficiency, minimizing environmental interference, and addressing epidemic prevention demands
