The paper considers a mathematical model for research, forecasting, and management decisions on the process of spreading harmful aerosol substances in the atmosphere. When deriving a mathematical model of the object, the main weather and climatic factors affecting the process of transport and diffusion of harmful substances and the terrain of the region under consideration are taken into account. Changes in wind direction and speed are calculated using the Navier-Stokes equation of stream function and vortex velocity variables. The proposed software was implemented as a software tool in the Borland C ++ Builder environment to carry out computational experiments. The results of the performed numerical calculations are shown in the form of graphical objects

A Modern View of the Pathogenesis of Allergy with Drug Etiology

Nowadays many diseases are associated with a high risk of drug allergy, and this risk can vary greatly depending on the type of disease. With the progression of disease in HIV-infected patients is increased IgE and decreased the number of CD4+ T-cells. In this case violated the ratio of interferon-gamma-producing (Th1 type) clones of CD4+ T-cells and IL-4 - producing (Th2 type) clones of CD4+ T-cells. In HIV-infected patients, there is the high risk of developing allergies in the form of skin rashes and temperature, and severe skin syndromes Stevens-Jones (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) in 6%-10% of cases. CD4+ T cells secrete cytokines, for instance Interleukin (IL-5), Gransim and Eotaxin involve eosinophils to be grown and differentiated. Studies on the antigenicity of antibiotics demonstrated the potential relevance of both categories of drug allergy: hapten and p-i models. In patients with allergic reaction to piperacillin, this medication acts as the hapten, with the formation of the immunogenic conjugate piperacillin - albumin, which stimulates the drug-responsive T-cells. Immunogenetic factors have been identified as risk indicators for the development of hypersensitivity reactions to the representatives of many classes of drugs, such as Abacavir and Nevirapine, Carbamazepine and Allopurinol, etc. Thus, considering the huge genetic polymorphism in systems of drug metabolism in the body and in the systems contributing immune response to the resulting products of conjugation of hapten-protein, evident is the need to further study the role of these systems in the occurrence of adverse reactions to drug therapy, in particular, in the development of allergic complications

Numerical study of fluid filtration in three-layer interacting pressure porous formations

A mathematical model was developed to numerically study the process of fluid and gas filtration in three-layer interacting pressure porous formations. It is based on the reviews related to the mathematical modeling developed in recent years; it describes a system of partial differential equations with boundary and initial conditions and a conservative numerical algorithm for conducting a computational experiment (CE) on a computer. In this article, to analyze and make managerial decisions, the results of numerical calculations are presented in the form of graphical objects, which can be used to propose schemes for the location and capacity of vertical drainage wells to protect irrigated and non-irrigated areas from flooding. Using the proposed mathematical tool, it is possible to obtain the predicted groundwater levels of any area for the required period of time, taking into account some factors, such as the inhomogeneity of the reservoir in a plan, the slope of the confining layer, and other hydrogeological, hydro-technical, and natural conditions, or to calculate the thickness and the optimal location of vertical drainage wells to protect the territory, and to develop oil and gas fields and increase their oil and gas recovery. Analysis of the results of a numerical study of the process made it possible to establish the degrees of influence of the elastic filtration regime in a weakly permeable layer on the overflow into adjacent layers

: The identification of high-risk patients in the early stages of infected pancreatic necrosis (IPN) is critical, because it could help the clinicians to adopt more effective management strategies. We conducted a post hoc analysis of the MANCTRA-1 international study to assess the association between clinical risk factors and mortality among adult patients with IPN. Univariable and multivariable logistic regression models were used to identify prognostic factors of mortality. We identified 247 consecutive patients with IPN hospitalised between January 2019 and December 2020. History of uncontrolled arterial hypertension (p = 0.032; 95% CI 1.135-15.882; aOR 4.245), qSOFA (p = 0.005; 95% CI 1.359-5.879; aOR 2.828), renal failure (p = 0.022; 95% CI 1.138-5.442; aOR 2.489), and haemodynamic failure (p = 0.018; 95% CI 1.184-5.978; aOR 2.661), were identified as independent predictors of mortality in IPN patients. Cholangitis (p = 0.003; 95% CI 1.598-9.930; aOR 3.983), abdominal compartment syndrome (p = 0.032; 95% CI 1.090-6.967; aOR 2.735), and gastrointestinal/intra-abdominal bleeding (p = 0.009; 95% CI 1.286-5.712; aOR 2.710) were independently associated with the risk of mortality. Upfront open surgical necrosectomy was strongly associated with the risk of mortality (p < 0.001; 95% CI 1.912-7.442; aOR 3.772), whereas endoscopic drainage of pancreatic necrosis (p = 0.018; 95% CI 0.138-0.834; aOR 0.339) and enteral nutrition (p = 0.003; 95% CI 0.143-0.716; aOR 0.320) were found as protective factors. Organ failure, acute cholangitis, and upfront open surgical necrosectomy were the most significant predictors of mortality. Our study confirmed that, even in a subgroup of particularly ill patients such as those with IPN, upfront open surgery should be avoided as much as possible. Study protocol registered in ClinicalTrials.Gov (I.D. Number NCT04747990)

Nonlinear Deformation of Flexible Orthotropic Shells of Variable Thickness in an Unsteady Magnetic Field

The analysis of the stress state of a flexible orthotropic shell under the influence of a time-varying mechanical force and a time-varying external electric current is performed, taking into account the mechanical and electromagnetic orthotropy. The effect of thickness on the stress-strain state of the orthotropic shell is investigated. The results obtained indicate the influence of thickness on the deformation of the shell and the need to take this factor into account in the design schemes

This paper evaluates the reliability of the information system for identifying mobile devices by the IMEI code (International Mobile Equipment Identifier). A system for identifying mobile devices by IMEI code is presented, which includes a database that is accessible both locally and remotely. The system allows collecting, storing, and processing information about all devices imported into the country and used in the country. Indicators for calculating the reliability of the information system are selected. Only server hardware with software is considered, and communication lines or other devices connected to the server are not considered. The situation is considered when the database of IMEI-codes and the software part are located on the same equipment, additional redundancy or duplication of nodes, elements, modules are not provided. A method for calculating the reliability of the “server - software” complex is proposed and analytical expressions for calculating the reliability are developed. The obtained results indicate good reliability and fault tolerance of the developed information system

The aim of the research is to study the models, rules, and fuzzy inference engines, which occupy the main place in the knowledgebase, and models of the logic inference engines and simulation modeling, focused on supporting the adoption of semi-structured decisions under uncertainty. This implies the relevance of the task of developing theoretical and methodological tools that provide automation of the processes of fuzzy inference systems. Research methods are the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic. New scientific results are the design and formation of a set of production rules from a given set of admissible ones, with specific values of conditions and conclusions for describing three types of fuzzy models of the processes and tasks under study. Using modules of standard algorithms and programs, algorithms and a program for solving problems of fuzzy inference systems and making semi-structured decisions based on the constructed fuzzy logic model were developed. This problem is solved by formalization methods based on the theory of algorithmization, fuzzy sets, and fuzzy inference
