Dynamical Interplay of Quarks and Solitonic Meson Clouds in Baryons

In the Nambu--Jona-Lasinio (NJL-) model baryons are considered either as quark-diquark-composites or as soliton configurations of mesons. The construction of a hybrid model, which possesses a dynamical interplay between both pictures, is presented.
