New-Built Residential Building in Brno

Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací řadového rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Novostavba je situována v okrese Brno-město, v katastrálním území Brno-Obřany. Objekt je navržen jako zděná technologie z tvárnic POROTHERM, příčného nosného systému se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou ze dvou střešních rovin opačného sklonu.This thesis deals with the design documentation terraced house for a family of four. The new building is located in the district of the City of Brno in Brno cadastral-defense. The building is designed as a technology of masonry blocks POROTHERM, cross-carrier system with two floors. The building is covered with a shed roof of the two roof planes of the opposite slope.

Comparison of selected methods of valuation for property type apartment in the city of Brno-Lisen

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním čtyř jednotek ve třech modelových situacích – bez rekonstrukce, s částečnou rekonstrukcí a s celkovou rekonstrukcí. Ocenění je provedeno třemi vybranými způsoby – nákladovou a porovnávací metodou dle cenového předpisu a metodou přímého porovnání. Je stanovena i cena obvyklá a popsán a analyzován realitní trh v dané lokalitě. Na závěr práce je analyzováno zhodnocení investice do rekonstrukce a použitelnost koeficientu stavu a vybavení.This diploma thesis deals with the valuation of the four residential units in three model situations – without reconstruction, with partial reconstruction and with complete reconstruction. The valuation is done in three selected ways – cost and comparative method by price prescription and method of direct comparison. Is determined the usual price and described and analyzed real estated market in the location. A conclusion of this work is analyzed evaluating the investment in reconstruction and usability of coefficient of condition and equipment.

Sports Center Fit4You

Diplomová práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací sportovního centra Fit4You. Novostavba je situována v okrese Brno-město, v katastrálním území Brno - Líšeň. Objekt je navržen jako železobetonový skeletový systém s keramickým výplňovým zdivem se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Část objektu se sportovní halou je zastřešen obloukovými vazníky z lepeného lamelového dřeva. Druhá část objektu s příslušenstvím k hale je zastřešena plochou střechou.This master‘s thesis deals with the design documentation Fit4You sports center.
