Rintisan Penyelenggaraan Perpustakaan Masjid Sebagai Sarana Kegiatan Membaca Bagi Para Jamaah

Abstract. In the context of the mosque as a place of worship widely, one of which is a mosque used as a place for education and training activities of the people. This research aims to pioneer the implementation of the library as a means of reading and studying in the library of the mosque. The method used is the technique of PRA (Participatory Research Appraisal), with the steps: (1) conduct a discussion and shared learning about the mosque's congregation of reading and its implications for the intellectual development  of Muslims in general; (2) provides a means of learning and reading in the form of a number of books on general science and religion; (3) perform activities of assistance to pilgrims in learning and reading according to specialization. Results of the study show that, since the library of the mosque, indirectly, learning activities and reading in the mosque, began to awaken. This activity in practice to be a part of the functioning of the mosque library attendance among the people.Keywords: Mosque Library, learning activity, reading Habit.Abstrak. Dalam konteks masjid sebagai tempat ibadah secara luas, salah satu fungsinya adalah masjid dijadikan tempat kegiatan untuk pendidikan dan pembinaan umat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merintis penyelenggaraan perpustakaan sebagai sarana kegiatan membaca dan belajar di Perpustakaan Masjid. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik PRA (Participatory Research Appraisal), dengan langkah-langkah: (1) melakukan kegiatan diskusi dan pembelajaran bersama jamaah masjid mengenai membaca dan implikasinya bagi perkembangan intelektual umat islam pada umumnya; (2) menyediakan sarana belajar dan membaca berupa sejumlah buku tentang ilmu pengetahuan umum dan keagamaan; (3) melakukan kegiatan pendampingan kepada jamaah dalam belajar dan membaca sesuai dengan  peminatan. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa, sejak adanya perpustakaanmasjid, secara tidak langsung kegiatan belajar dan membaca di lingkungan masjid, mulai terbangun. MEMAHAMI ASPEK PARALINGUISTIK DALAM KEGIATAN PENYULUHAN PERPUSTAKAAN

Communication is an activity that can not be released in everyday human life. So also in the activities of the library, communication activities are suatau activities that are not separated in the activities of everyday librarians. Especially when referring to the core competence of librarians there are at least two communication activities that are often done ielibrary service activities and library promotion. The success of a librarian as a communicator in delivering communication messages on service activities, counseling and technical guidance library, one of which is determined by the aspect of communicator or speaker (resource). One aspect of the communicator in conveying his communication message is the ability of how when delivering messages verbal communication or better known as paralinguistik. Parallelistic ability will be a speaker's attractiveness aspect (source atrrativeness) and this aspect will be the basis for building participants' perceptions of the credibility of a speaker. Therefore, the understanding of the paralinguisitik aspect becomesimportant for a counselor, including in this case the librarian when going to conduct extension activities and tennis guidance about the library

PERAN PERPUSTAKAAN DALAM PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) di TELKOM UNIVERSITY

Salah satu tri dharma perguruan tinggi adalah pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sosial (corporate social responsibility) dari perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan CSR perguruan tinggi pada umumnya adalah KKN mahasiswa dan PKM dosen. Idealnya program CSR harus inovatif dan kreatif serta relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat yang menjadi target. Perpustakaan    perguruan tinggi dapat berperan aktif dalam program  CSR  perguruan tinggi yang bersangkutan, dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.  Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui bagaimana  peran  Telkom University Open Library dalam melaksanakan CSR  Telkom University. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, FGD, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Telkom University Open Library telah berperan aktif dalam program CSR Telkom University dengan menyelenggarakan berbagai kegiatan, yaitu   pemberian bantuan buku untuk TBM, menyelenggarakan annual event dengan melibatkan masyarakat sekitar kampus, mengundang siswa TK untuk memperkenalkan perpustakaan dan mendengarkan story telling, menerima kunjungan formal dari berbagai universitas dan sekolah. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut selain merupakan bentuk kepedulian Telkom University kepada masyarakat, juga untuk membangun  kedekatan agar tercipta citra yang positif pada masyarakat. Keterlibatan Telkom University Open Library dalam program CSR Telkom University dapat menjadi model bagi perpustakaan perguruan tinggi lain. Sebaiknya Telkom University Open Library menyelenggarakan pula kegiatan CSR di luar kampus, agar lebih diketahui oleh masyarakat luas

STRATEGY OF RURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN PAMARICAN VILLAGE CIAMIS DISTRICT INDONESIA

Purpose of the study: The village people of Pamarican Ciamis West Java Indonesia have great potency to be entrepreneurs. This study aims to implement the strategy to develop rural entrepreneurship potency in Pamarican.  Methodology: This is an action research. We are working with several business groups.  Triangulation done by conducting sources triangulation, triangulation amongst researchers and theory triangulation. Main Findings: The results shows that a business group can become a forum for the community in developing their business potential, their knowledge and skills increases by the reading material, training and guidance, the increasing knowledge and skills can make them running their business better, the small business activities have been able to increase their income. Applications of this study: This research is expected to contribute to the government in floating the entrepreneurship of rural communities. Novelty/Originality of this study: In this research, we emphasize in improving knowledge and skills to develop the rural communities become entrepreneurs. From 2015-2017, we have provided 300 books of entrepreneurship and other resources to fill their spare time. We hold regular meetings to guide the community to understand the reading material especially in Sukamukti Pamarican. To improve their skills, we also provide entrepreneurship training, mentoring and equipment that necessary to implement reading materials, such as equipment for making salted eggs, cookies and other equipment to several business groups under our guidance

MEMAKNAI KEMISKINAN BERDASARKAN PANDANGAN ORANG MISKIN PEDESAAN

AbstractRural poverty can be understood as a social condition of a person, or a group of people who were associated with aspects of economic and non-economic aspects. Scientific aspects such as social, cultural, health, education, psychology, the environment, law, anthropology, and art, was often associated with poverty. Nevertheless, the notion of poor and rural poverty is, in general, is still viewed by researcher's perspective, rather than emic, ie see something from the perspective of the participant. This study took part of the effort to comprehensively understand the meaning of poor and poverty in the eyes of the poor, especially in rural areas, roomates point is on how to map view of rural poor people in hopes of interpreting experience of livelihood as poor in underlying survival living. By using a qualitative study approach, especially the tradition of phenomenology of Schutz, obtained a description of the results, that the meaning of poor and poverty, in phenomenology, containing context, such as: context ownership; contexts effort and trial and error; contexts powerlessness; contexts outside assistance; independence in the context of compulsion; contexts unattainable expectations; context of the struggle; context of limited access to information; contexts low curiosity; contexts simplicity needs; problems humiliation context; and context sensitivity in social communication.Keywords: Meaning poor, Poverty, Rural AbstrakKemiskinan di pedesaan dapat dipahami sebagai suatu kondisi sosial seseorang, atau sekelompok orang yang terkait dengan aspek-aspek ekonomi dan non-ekonomi. Aspek ilmiah seperti sosial, budaya, kesehatan, pendidikan, psikologi, lingkungan, hukum, antropologi, dan seni, yang sering dikaitkan dengan kemiskinan. Namun demikian, gagasan tentang kemiskinan dan pedesaan, secara umum, masih dilihat dari perspektif peneliti, bukan emik, yaitu melihat sesuatu dari perspektif partisipan. Penelitian ini mengambil bagian dari upaya untuk secara komprehensif memahami makna miskin dan kemiskinan di mata masyarakat miskin, terutama di daerah pedesaan, which titik adalah bagaimana memetakan pandangan masyarakat miskin pedesaan dengan harapan pengalaman yang menafsirkan mata pencaharian sebagai masyarakat miskin untuk bertahan hidup. NILAI-NILAI FUNGSIONAL PERPUSTAKAAN DESA DALAM PEWARISAN HASIL KARYA BUDAYA LOKAL

Abstract. Records the history and culture of a region in the past stored in various forms of printed and recorded, partly managed by the library; some are still stored in various places, including West Java in the form of historical sites and culture. Form of work in question can bebooks, magazines, newspapers, maps, brochures, and the like, both in print and digital format. These works contain a benefit for knowledge and education. Meanwhile, the library as an institution in charge of managing printed and recorded works, including ancient works, continues to contribute in this work with storage for wider dissemination. This study examines the existence of public libraries and village libraries in West Java related to its role as referred to above. The method used is direct observation to the field. BELAJAR BERSAMA PARA JAMAAH DI PERPUSTAKAAN MASJID

The  mosque is  a  place  of  worship for Muslims, both in nature mahdoh and ghoerumahdhoh. In the context of worship latter, very broad and diverses, one of which is a mosque used as a place of activities for the benefit of mankind. One of the activities is to build mosque to learn add to the general knowledge and religious through reading. Means and facilities for reading in mosque activities carried out by the Mosque Library. These activities are not directly become binding pilgrims to stay longer while reading in the library of the mosque. One example of such activities include: (1) discussion and shared learning and reading and its implications for the intellectual development   of   Muslims   in   general;   (2)   the provision of facilities books and other media that are   useful;   (3)   The   activities   of   assistance  to pilgrims in learning and reading according to their specialization.Masjid adalah tempat ibadah bagi Muslim, baik di alam mahdoh dan ghoerumahdhoh. Dalam konteks penyembahan kedua, dan diverses sangat luas, salah satu yang adalah sebuah masjid digunakan sebagai tempat kegiatan-kegiatan untuk kepentingan manusia. Salah satu kegiatan adalah untuk membangun masjid untuk mempelajari menambahkan ke pengetahuan umum dan melalui agama membaca. Berarti fasilitas dan untuk membaca masjid di kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan Masjid. Kegiatan ini tidak langsung menjadi mengikat peziarah untuk tinggal lebih lama di saat membaca di perpustakaan masjid. Citations Analysis of Jurnal Kajian Informasi & Perpustakaan Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia

Scientific journals will be useful if they have any scientific impact for the scientific field, one of the way to know is through citation. The more writers cite articles, the greater the benefits of the article. This study aims to determine the development of Journal of Information & Library Study (JKIP) which has been published since 2013, citation analysis, including the distribution of articles annually, authorship patterns, the highest number of citations and visualization forms. The method used is bibliometric analysis, by collecting the data sourced from the http://jurnal.unpad.ac.id/jkip page, the data is processed and analyzed using Ms. Excel, Publish or Perish Application (PoP) and VOSviewer. The results of the study concluded that JKIP published 2 times in a year and had published 111 articles during 2013-2019, with the number of collaborative authors (71.2%) more than a single author (28.8%). All publications have more than 101 pages. JKIP has a citation number of 190 and the highest for one article title has 9 citations. The visualization can be seen to find out the frequency of collaboration and strengthening of networks between writers

The Collaboration System between Library Managers and Teachers during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Supporting Learning in Indonesia

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted various aspects of life. One aspect affected is the educational aspect, where the learning process must be carried out through online learning. Given that online learning has never been implemented before, all available learning resources will significantly help schools achieve learning goals. The school library is the closest learning support source to provide a smooth online learning process. SDN Karya Mulya library implements collaboration between the library manager and teachers, especially in supporting student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aimed to determine the collaboration system between the library manager and SDN Karya Mulya teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic supported learning. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. Informants in this study were six people, including the library manager, teachers, and school principal. Data collection was performed through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Results showed that the library manager and SDN Karya Mulya teachers collaborated in meeting the needs of student learning resources. Collaboration occurred a lot when borrowing and returning learning resource books. More collaboration occurred with the homeroom teacher. In this collaboration, there was a division of responsibilities based on the main tasks and functions, in which there was also communication, so there were no significant obstacles. Collaboration runs efficiently due to the support from the principal and students\u27 parents, making learning more effective. The library manager, teachers, parents, and school principal synergize to achieve learning objectives

STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI DALAM PENGEMBANGAN DESA AGRO WISATA DI KABUPATEN PANGANDARAN

ABSTRAKPengembangan agro desa wisata yang sedang dikembangkan di Desa Paledah, Padaherang kecamatan, Kabupaten Pangandaran, berusaha untuk memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Untuk itu diperlukan strategi komunikasi yang tepat dalam membangun sinergi dari pihak-pihak yang terkait untuk dapat direalisasikan dengan baik. Penelitian ini mengkaji Strategi Komunikasi dalam pengembangan agro desa wisata di Kabupaten Pangandaran bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) hak komunikator; 2) perencanaan pesan dan 3) media komunikasi yang digunakan; dan 4) analisis khalayak sasaran. Dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif (studi kasus) dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, Diskusi Kelompok, dan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitiannya adalah hak komunikator adalah seorang tokoh masyarakat yang didukung oleh aparatur pemerintah melalui pembangunan yang berkelanjutan sesuai dengan keahliannya masing-masing. Pesan perencanaan dilakukan melalui transfer ide-ide dalam kemasan informasi yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai luhur yang ada di masyarakat, misalnya melalui pembacaan bahan-bahan, undangan untuk menanam tanaman yang memiliki nilai ekonomi di halaman. Sedangkan media komunikasi yang digunakan adalah proposal kegiatan, spanduk dan poster yang dipasang di tempat-tempat strategis dan dapat disampaikan kepada pihak-pihak yang memiliki visi dan misi yang sama. Selain itu, desa wisata agro pelaksana perlu memahami keinginan target audiens dan bekerja sama dengan semua kelompok yang ada di desa Paledah dan tidak mengabaikan peran mereka dalam kelangsungan agro-tourism pembangunan desaKata Kunci: Strategi Komunikasi, Agro Wisata Desa, Kabupaten Pangandaran ABSTRACTThe development of agro tourism village that is being developed in Paledah Village, Padaherang Sub-district, Pangandaran Regency, seeks to utilize the potential of natural resources and human resources. For that needed appropriate communication strategy in establishing synergy of related parties to be realized well. This study examines the Communication Strategy in the development of agro tourism village in Pangandaran Regency aims to know: 1) the right communicator; 2) message planning and 3) communication media used; and 4) analysis of target audiences. Conducted by qualitative methods (case study) and data collection techniques through interviews, field observation, Focus Group Discussion, and literature study. The result of his research is the right communicator is a community leader who is supported by the government apparatus through continuous development in accordance with their respective expertise. Message planning is done through the transfer of ideas in the packaging of information that is integrated with the noble values that exist in the community, for example through recitation materials, invitations to plant crops that have economic value in the yard. While the communication media used is a proposal of activities, banners and posters installed in strategic places and can be submitted to parties who have the same vision and mission.
