    Pengembangan Model Interprofessional Education (IPE) di Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan UIN Alauddin Makassar

    Upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terus dilakukan dan diperlukan sebuah sistem kerja kolaborasi. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut maka Interprofessional education (IPE) penting untuk mempersiapkan tenaga kesehatan yang lebih profesional. IPE terjadi ketika beberapa profesi kesehatan belajar bersama, dan belajar dari profesi kesehatan lain serta memahami peran masing-masing dengan tujuan peningkatan kemampuan kolaborasi dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kesiapan mahasiswa dan dosen tentang Interprofessional Education (IPE) dan mengembangkan model Interprofessional Education (IPE) di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan (FIK) UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) dengan desain mixed method yaitu tahapan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Desain kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kesiapan mahasiswa dan dosen terhadap penerapan IPE. Desain kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan data tentang model IPE yang dapat diterapkan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa FIK UIN Alauddin Makassar memiliki persepsi baik terhadap IPE dengan persentase 92,3% dan tidak ada nilai persepsi yang buruk. Kemudian mayoritas dosen juga memiliki persepsi baik terhadap IPE dengan persentase 90,9% serta tidak ada nilai persepsi yang buruk. Kesiapan mahasiswa FIK UIN Alauddin Makassar terhadap pembelajaran IPE mayoritas baik dengan persentase 92,3%, tanpa ada kategori buruk. Kemudian kesiapan dosen FIK UIN Alauddin Makassar untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran IPE seluruhnya baik dengan persentase 100% tanpa ada kategori sedang dan buruk. Kemudian dihasilkan rekomendasi model penerapan IPE di FIK UIN Alauddin Makassar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah merekomendasi model penerapan IPE di FIK UIN Alauddin Makassar.     Efforts to improve the quality of health care continues to be done and we need a system of collaboration between healthcare professionals or interprofessional collaboration (IPC). To achieve this goal, the interprofessional education (IPE) is very important to prepare for a more professional health workers. IPE occurs when some health professions to learn together, and learn from other health professionals and understand their respective roles with the goal of increasing the capability of collaboration in health care. This study uses a mixed method design is quantitative and qualitative phases. Quantitative designs are used to determine the perception and readiness of students and faculty to the application of IPE. Qualitative design is used to obtain data on IPE models that can be applied. This study uses the approach of research and development (Research and Development / R & D). This research describes the analysis of perception and readiness of students and professors FIK UIN Alauddin Makassar, as well as the technical implementation of the IPE get a model that can be recommended to be applied in FIK UIN Alauddin Makassar.     The Relationship between Self-Efficacy and Readiness of Interprofessional Education (IPE) among Students at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences UIN Alauddin Makassar

    Interprofessional education (IPE) needs to be introduced early in the academic stage to prepare health professionals who are expected to be more professional. Both self-efficacy and IPE readiness are vital considerations to achieve the goals regarding the implementation of IPE. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and IPE readiness. This research used a descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling was 146 students and utilized 10% quota sampling from each major. This study consisted of two types of questionnaires, namely the self-efficacy questionnaire and Readiness of the Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS). The collected data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The result of this study indicated that 56.8% of students have high self-efficacy. There are no students in low self-efficacy category. Then, the readiness of students on IPE is high, with 89.0%, and there are no students in low category. The Chi-Square test result shows that the value of p=0.006 or p<0.05. It means that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and readiness of IPE among students at FKIK UIN Alauddin Makassar. Therefore, to implement IPE, efforts need to be made to improve students’ self-efficacy and ultimately improve IPE readiness

    Nursing Orders on FHIR: Information Modeling of Nursing Orders to Facilitate Interoperability

    Nursing orders are used to communicate requests for nursing actions for patient care. A nursing order may contain requests to assess, care, teach, manage, and so forth, and may be simple or complex. While the Clinical Care Classification System (CCC) has a well-defined nursing action hierarchy in its framework that may be used to structure nursing orders (Saba, 2012), it is common for nursing orders documented in electronic health records (EHRs) to be in a free text format and not accessible to be used for automated processing. Standardization is essential to share, compare, and automate clinical data processing, including nursing orders. A standardized nursing order will enable further data processing and support interoperability. Interoperability in health information technology is about securely exchanging health information without special effort on the part of the user and enabling further use of information to be turned into meaningful information (HealthIT.gov, 2019; Lehne et al., 2019). For example, standardized nursing orders could be used to estimate patient acuity based on the effort of nursing tasks evident in nursing orders.Health Level Seven (HL7) Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) is a rapidly emerging standard for interoperability and a newly-required standard for representing clinical data (21st Century Cures Act: Interoperability, Information Blocking, and the ONC Health IT Certification Program, 2020). Th clinical models defined using FHIR support clinical data such as medication and laboratory orders, but no assessment has been performed to determine whether it works for nursing orders. Within FHIR, there is a resource for "orders" but the resource is not specific to nursing orders.One method for standardizing nursing orders is to perform information modeling and identify all the data elements required to represent a nursing order. Once the different parts of an order have been fleshed out, they can be used to post-coordinate concepts into a fully-specified nursing order (Matney et al., 2017). An information model is useful to represent the structure of semantics of the content in the electronic health record (EHR) in the form of formal specifications (Moreno-Conde et al., 2016). Use of an information model can benefit vocabulary creation and maintenance because specific attributes can reduce the need to create redundant concepts (Matney et al., 2003). Currently, nursing orders are represented in different ways across different standards, and there is no standard specification for nursing orders in FHIR. Therefore, our goal was to create an information model for nursing orders in order to exchange nursing orders using FHIR. To achieve this goal, the project has the following specific objectives: i.To identify the scope of data elements required to represent nursing orders based on existing standardsii.To validate the identified data elements against nursing orders present in the electronic health record, andiii.To align the final set of identified data elements to the FHIR order resource and assess gaps

    Pendahuluan : Penggunaan teknologi dalam pelayanan kesehatan saat ini berkembang pesat, di Indonesia telah dikeluarkan kebijakan tentang aturan penggunaan rekam medis elektronik di seluruh layanan kesehatan. Perawat memiliki peluang yang signifikan dalam proses adopsi dan implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap perawat lulusan baru terhadap penggunaan komputer dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 65 orang yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran PATCH pada perawat lulusan baru terbagi menjadi dua kategori yaitu feels comfortable 50 (76.9%) dan confident 15 (23.1%). Rerata skoring untuk setiap item PATCH yang terdiri dari 50 pernyataan ditemukan tertinggi yang menyatakan computer merupakan alat bantu yang sangat bermanfaat (1.88), selanjutnya dalam bidang kesehatan, computer dapat menyimpan banyak dokumen, ingin menjadi mahir dalam menggunakan computer dengan nilai mean (1.85). Kesimpulan: Sikap perawat lulusan baru terhadap penggunaan komputer pada layanan kesehatan yakni positif dengan kategori merasa nyaman dalam menggunakan aplikasi yang user-friendly dan percaya diri dengan kemampuan menggunakan berbagai program komputer. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada proses penyusunan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia kesehatan dalam institusi pelayanan kesehata

    Pendahuluan : Reproductive health education atau pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting dilakukan khususnya pada usia remaja termasuk di sekolah. Pendidikan yang diberikan tidak hanya tentang seks, namun penting untuk pendidikan tentang perawatan organ reproduksi remaja maupun pengenalan penyakit-penyakit reproduksi. Namun, tidak semua remaja sudah memiliki pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh health education terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di SMKN 2 Makassar. Metode: Peneitian ini menggunakan desain pre experimental design dengan one group pre-post test design dengan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji paired t tes. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh health education terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja setelah diberikan health education tentang kesehatan reproduksi yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai P value = 0.001 dengan nilai mean pre test (8.00) dan post test (8.53) Kesimpulan: Health education memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di SMKN 2 Makassar.
