    Customer loyalty is the loyalty of consumers to a product/service. Several factors that influence customer loyalty are brand image and customer  trust.  This study  aims  to  determine the  effect  of  brand image and customer trust on customer loyalty for drinking water in the KitaRO brand packaging at the Kitaro agent, Arra Store, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this research is all customers of KitaRO branded bottled water at the KitaRO agent Toko Arra, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency.   The number of research samples was 110 people. Data collection was done by observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 2.188 + 1.082 X1 + 0.508 X2. The results of the analysis show that partially brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (tcount = 10,929 and  tsig  =  0.000)  and  customer  trust  has  a  positive  and  significant effect on customer loyalty (tcount = 5.119 and tsig = 0.000). Simultaneously there is an effect of brand image and customer trust on customer loyalty (Fcount = 313.880 and Fsig = 0.000).It is recommended to the KitaRO Toko Arra agent to be able to increase customer loyalty by creating a high brand image and customer trust in drinking water products in the KitaRO brand packaging

    The Effect of Customer Relationship Marketing and Trust on Customer Loyalty (Case Study on Jne Nusa Indah Customers Bengkulu City)

    This study aims to determine the effect of customer relationship marketing and trust on customer loyalty (case study on JNE Nusa Indah customers in Bengkulu City). This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The population in this study is customers of JNE Bengkulu City with a total of 110 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaires and uses analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests, namely t tests and f tests. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the form of the regression equation Y = 15.287 + 0.201 (X1) + 0.190 (X2) and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that customer relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of thit>ttable (2.066> 2.002) and (sig a = 0.03 < 0.050). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_table (2.055 > 2.002) and (sig α = 0.02 F_table, namely (50.277 > 2.69) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted

    Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh In Store Media , Signane dan Display terhadap keputusan pemebelian produk pakaian di PT. Matahari Department Store. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif,populasi  dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen PT. Matahari Department Store Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 120 orang. Teknik Pengumpulan Data menggunakan observasi , kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan In Store Media berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Produk Pakaian di PT. Matahari Department Store Kota Bengkulu, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukan nilai thit >tα /2 (8.193 >1.9840) dan (sig α = 0,000 < 0,050). Signane berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Produk Pakaian di PT. Matahari Department Store Kota Bengkulu, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukan nilai thit>tα/2 (2.689 > 1.9840) dan (sig α = 0,043 <0,050 ). Display berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Produk Pakaian di PT. Matahari Department Store Kota Bengkulu, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukan nilai thit> tα/2 (2.480 > 1.9840) dan (sig α = 0,034 <0,050 ). Koefisien determinasi  R2 = 0, 646 nilai mempunyai makna bahwa In Store Media  (X1), Signane (X2), dan Display (X3) memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan pengaruh sebesar 0, 646 atau 64,6% terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada Produk Pakaian di PT

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of NPL, ROA, ROE, LDR on lending to conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The population in this study is conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the 2014-2018 period, namely 41 companies. The research sample was determined by a method based on criteria so that the number of samples was 20 companies. Data collection in this study was taken from the financial statements of each company. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing f and t-statistics. In the results of the research partially ROE has a significant effect on lending. NPL, ROA and LDR have no significant effect on lending. Meanwhile, Simultaneously NPL, ROA, ROE, LDR have a significant effect on lending

    Pengaruh Shopping Lifestyle Dan Fashion Involvement Terhadap Impulse Buying (Studi Kasus Pada Konsumen Toko Mantan Karyawan Kota Bengkulu)

    The advance of this modern era is triggered the increasing of fashion trends, which make the need for goods and services in the fashion sector is more increasing and vary. The problem faced, business people are required to provide a variety of fashion that is taste of consumers. By paying attention to shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement business people can attract consumers to do impulse buying. This study aims to analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying consumers of Mantan Karyawan shop’s in Bengkulu city. The research used a quantitative with associative quantitative approach. Sampling of this research used purposive sampling technique with sample of 150 responden. Data was collected through multiple linier regression by using SPSS 24 tool. The results of research showed that there was an effect shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying. The coefficient of determination, which can be seen of R square = 0.786. This showed that shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement affect impulse buying by 78.6 %, while the remaining 21.4% can be explained by other variabels not included in this study. Other, data also showed the effect of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying, this can be seen from the results of t_count, which was greater that t_table, this can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Partially and simultaneously, this study sum up that shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement  affect the impulse buying consumers of Mantan Karyawan shops in Bengkulu City

    PENGARUH STORE’S ATMOSPHERE DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN NICK COFFEE

    This study aims to determine the effect of store's atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions Nick Coffee Consumers in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 100 respondents, using accidental sampling technique . Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test with calculations are performed using SPSS, the comparison between  the  (n-k-1) = 100-2-1 = 97 (1.9826).) . From the results of hypothesis testing that Store's Atmosphere (X1) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee consumers in Bengkulu City , with T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 and Product Quality (X2) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee City consumers Bengkulu , with the T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 . Testing the hypothesis of the T test and F test shows that the Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level <0.05. This means that Ho was refused Ha was accepted. In other words Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect both partially and jointly on purchasing decisions at Nick Coffee Bengkulu City . This is evidenced by the f test showing a significance value of 0.000 <0.05

    Erwin Febriansyah, Ade Tiara Yulinda, Lina Rosalinda; This study purposes to determine the effect of inventory variability and intensity, company size, on the selection of inventory assessment method. This research examined four independent variables namely inventory variability and intensity, companies size, its dependent variable was the FIFO method and the average method. Type of this research was quantitative research by using secondary data. Research population was all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange of the 2014-2017. The sampling technique used purposive sample, with criteria and selected 41 unit analysis companies to be samples and multiplied by the number observation period are obtained 164 samples (41 companies x 4year). The method for data analysis used logistic regression by using SPSS 18.0. There were four research hypotheses; to examine the effect of inventory variability and intensity, companies size on the selection of inventory assessment methods. The result of study showed that inventory variability, companies size, do not affect on the selection of inventory valuation method. Meanwhile, intensity inventory affects the selection of inventory valuation methods and inventory variability and intensity, companies size together influence the selection of inventory valuation methods.     Kampus Mengajar bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia dimana salah satu program kerja yang dijalankan yaitu, meningkatan literasi yang merupakan pengetahuan penting untuk dikuasai oleh siswa sekolah dasar agar berhasil dalam pendidikan dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya meningkatan literasi siswa SDN 87 Kota Bengkulu melalui pendekatan yang efektif,  studi ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan siswa  kelas 1 dan 2 SDN 87 Kota Bengkulu yang tingkat literasinya masih rendah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan objek penggunaan buku bacaan yang menarik, pengajaran berbasis proyek, serta penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang melibatkan buku-buku bacaan yang menarik mampu meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Selain itu, pengajaran berbasis kreativitas memungkinkan siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kritis dan pemecahan masalah, sementara penggunaan teknologi memberikan akses yang lebih luas terhadap sumber daya pembelajaran, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi meningkatan literasi siswa SDN 87 kota bengkulu. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang beragam dan inovatif dapat meningkatkan minat siswa dalam membaca dan kemampuan literasi mereka secara keseluruhan
