КЛАССИФИКАЦИЯ ОШИБОК ПРИ ПЕРЕВОДЕ ЮРИДИЧЕСКИХ ТЕКСТОВ С АНГЛИЙСКОГО ЯЗЫКА НА РУССКИЙ

The paper presents different classifications of translation errors made in translating texts from English into Russian. Special attention is given to psycholinguistic classifications based on exploring the mechanisms of speech mental processes engaged in the process of perceiving and generating texts in a foreign language. The paper emphasizes the psycholinguistic classification based on erratology, and gives its detailed description. In the given classification the translation errors are divided into errors of the expressive type and errors of the impressive type. The empiric part of the research includes the examples and analysis of errors that are very specific to the students’ translations of legal texts from English into Russian.Artykuł przedstawia różne typologie błędów tłumaczeniowych popełnianych w przekładzie z języka angielskiego na język rosyjski. Autorka koncentruje się na typologiach psycholingwistycznych. W szczególności nacisk zostaje położony na typologię błędów opartą na lapsologii, w której wprowadza się podział na błędy ekspresji i impresji. Część empiryczna pracy zawiera analizę oraz przykłady błędów popełnionych przez studentów uczestniczących w kursie przekładu prawniczego angielsko-rosyjskiego.В статье представлены различные классификации ошибок, проявляющихся при переводе текстов с иностранного языка на родной язык. Особое внимание уделяется психолингвистическим классификациям, основанным на выявлении механизмов речемыслительной деятельности по восприятию и порождению текстов на иностранном языке. В статье делается акцент на психолингвистическую классификацию ошибок, созданную на базе эрратологии, и дается ее подробная характеристика. В данной классификации переводческие ошибки делятся на ошибки экспрессивного типа (ошибки порождения) и ошибки импрессивного типа (ошибки восприятия). Практическая часть исследования включает в себя примеры и анализ ошибок восприятия и порождения, которые наиболее характерны для учебных переводов юридических текстов с английского языка на русский

Electron spin synchronization induced by optical nuclear magnetic resonance feedback

We predict a new physical mechanism explaining the electron spin precession frequency focusing effect observed recently in singly charged quantum dots exposed to a periodic train of resonant circularly polarized short optical pulses [A. Greilich et al, Science 317, 1896 (2007), Ref. 1]. We show that electron spin precession in an external magnetic field and a field of nuclei creates a Knight field oscillating at the frequency of nuclear spin resonance. This field drives the projection of the nuclear spin onto magnetic field to the value that makes the electron spin precession frequency a multiple of the train cyclic repetition frequency, which is the condition at which the Knight field vanishes.Comment: 4+ pages, 3 figure
