In this paper, the fuzzy mathematics method is applied to build a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of multilevel selection of entrepreneur ability capital. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is very effective in multiple factor decision-making and layered authorization is used in AHP to decide authority preferences. All these make the difference in subjective evaluation controlled to the minimum scope, hence the evaluating results are more objective and exact. The paper provides a scientific, practical and quantitative method for the system analysis and comprehensive evaluation of entrepreneur ability capital. Key words: entrepreneur ability capital, evaluation index system, fuzzy comprehensive evaluatio

The present study was performed to investigate the effects of chronic administration of nonylphenol (NP) on the expression of inflammation-related genes in the brains of mice. NP was given orally by gavages at 0, 50, 100, and 200 mg/kg/d. The expression of inflammatory enzymes, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), was evaluated by immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting assays. The nitric oxide (NO) level and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity were also measured by biochemical analyses. The results showed that NP at a high dose (200 mg/kg/d) significantly increased the expression of iNOS and COX-2 in both the hippocampus and cortex. In parallel with the increase in iNOS expression, the NO level was significantly greater at the dose of 200 mg/kg/d, compared to the control. The activity of NOS was also increased in the brain of mice at the dose of 100 and 200 mg/kg/d. These findings demonstrate that NP may have the potential to induce the chronic inflammation or cause neurotoxicity in the mouse brain

Comprehensive Analysis of CRIP1 Expression in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a highly heterogeneous hematological malignancy that imposes great challenges in terms of drug resistance and relapse. Previous studies revealed heterogeneous leukemia cells and their relevant gene markers, such as CRIP1 as clinically prognostic in t (8;21) AML patients. However, the expression and role of CRIP1 in AML are poorly understood. We used the single-cell RNA sequencing and gene expression data from t (8;21) AML patients to analyze the immune and regulation networks of CRIP1. Two independent cohorts from GSE37642 and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) datasets were employed as validation cohorts. In addition, the methylation data from TCGA were used to analyze the methylation effect of the CRIP1 expression. Gene expression profile from t (8;21) AML patients showed that the CRIP1-high group exhibited an enrichment of immune-related pathways, including tumor necrosis factor (TNF)α signaling via nuclear factor kappa B (NFκB) pathways. Further studies using CIBERSORT showed that the CRIP1-high group had a significantly higher infiltration of exhausted CD8 T cells and activated mast cells. The CRIP1 expression was validated in the GSE37642-GPL96, GSE37642-GPL570, and TCGA datasets. In addition, with the methylation data, four CpG probes of CRIP1 (cg07065217, cg04411625, cg25682097, and 11763800) were identified as negatively associated with the CRIP1 gene expression in AML patients. Our data provide a comprehensive overview of the regulation of CRIP1 expression in AML patients. The evaluation of the TNFα-NFκB signaling pathway as well as the immune heterogeneity might provide new insights for exploring improvements in AML treatment

(Li0.84Fe0.16)OHFe0.98Se superconductor: Ion-exchange synthesis of large single crystal and highly two-dimensional electron properties

A large and high-quality single crystal (Li0.84Fe0.16)OHFe0.98Se, the optimal superconductor of newly reported (Li1-xFex)OHFe1-ySe system, has been successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal ion-exchange technique. The superconducting transition temperature (Tc) of 42 K is determined by magnetic susceptibility and electric resistivity measurements, and the zero-temperature upper critical magnetic fields are evaluated as 79 and 313 Tesla for the field along the c-axis and the ab-plane, respectively. The ratio of out-of-plane to in-plane electric resistivity,\r{ho}c/\r{ho}ab, is found to increases with decreasing temperature and to reach a high value of 2500 at 50 K, with an evident kink occurring at a characteristic temperature T*=120 K. The negative in-plane Hall coefficient indicates that electron carriers dominate in the charge transport, and the hole contribution is significantly reduced as the temperature is lowered to approach T*. From T* down to Tc, we observe the linear temperature dependences of the in-plane electric resistivity and the magnetic susceptibility for the FeSe layers. Our findings thus reveal that the normal state of (Li0.84Fe0.16)OHFe0.98Se becomes highly two-dimensional and anomalous prior to the superconducting transition, providing a new insight into the mechanism of high-Tc superconductivity.Comment: 11 pages, 4 figures, supplementary information is not uploade

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C60H70N2O10·4CH3CN, the calix[4]arene molecule adopts an open-cone conformation with two intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The four benzene rings of the calix[4]arene are twisted to the mean plane defined by four methylene C atoms bridging the benzene rings, with dihedral angles ranging from 57.74 (10) to 65.99 (12)°. Two pendant nitrophenyl rings are nearly perpendicular to each other, the dihedral angle being 70.9 (3)°. The asymmetric unit of the crystal structure contains four acetonitrile solvent molecules, one of which lies in the calix cavity and makes C—H⋯π interactions and another links with the calix[4]arene via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. One tert-butyl group is disordered over two sets of sites, with a 0.736 (13):0.264 (13) occupancy ratio

TLR5 signaling enhances the proliferation of human allogeneic CD40-activated B cell induced CD4hiCD25+ regulatory T cells

Although diverse functions of different toll-like receptors (TLR) on human natural regulatory T cells have been demonstrated recently, the role of TLR-related signals on human induced regulatory T cells remain elusive. Previously our group developed an ex vivo high-efficient system in generating human alloantigen-specific CD4(hi)CD25(+) regulatory T cells from naive CD4(+)CD25(-) T cells using allogeneic CD40-activated B cells as stimulators. In this study, we investigated the role of TLR5-related signals on the generation and function of these novel CD4(hi)CD25(+) regulatory T cells. It was found that induced CD4(hi)CD25(+) regulatory T cells expressed an up-regulated level of TLR5 compared to their precursors. The blockade of TLR5 using anti-TLR5 antibodies during the co-culture decreased CD4(hi)CD25(+) regulatory T cells proliferation by induction of S phase arrest. The S phase arrest was associated with reduced ERK1/2 phosphorylation. However, TLR5 blockade did not decrease the CTLA-4, GITR and FOXP3 expressions, and the suppressive function of CD4(hi)CD25(+) regulatory T cells. In conclusion, we discovered a novel function of TLR5-related signaling in enhancing the proliferation of CD4(hi)CD25(+) regulatory T cells by promoting S phase progress but not involved in the suppressive function of human CD40-activated B cell-induced CD4(hi)CD25(+) regulatory T cells, suggesting a novel role of TLR5-related signals in the generation of induced regulatory T cells.published_or_final_versio
