RESEP MASAKAN KHAS LOMBOK BERBASIS ANDROID

Cooking recipes are the bahana or way used to make the dishes that have been tested to the accuracy. In addition to preparing the ingredients, in the recipe is also available information and guidance on how to process the materials to be cooked, as well as information on how to present the results of these dishes. Appropriate observations are still many who do not know how to cook - cooking. Based on the problem researchers intended to build a typical recipe application Lombok is expected to provide an understanding of how to cook until ready to serve. This app is based on android so users can learn how to cook wherever and whenever, and also this app is offline and online. Diseño de un sistema de gestión del talento humano para fortalecer el desempeño laboral de los servidores del MIES, de la ciudad de Guaranda provincia Bolívar

El presente trabajo de Investigación es el Diseño de un Sistema de Gestión del Talento Humano para fortalecer el desempeño laboral de los servidores del MIES, de la ciudad de Guaranda Provincia Bolívar. Cada elemento trabaja de manera eficaz en el logro de los objetivos que estos cambios conllevan, y es aquí donde se llega a realizar el análisis en la Gestión del talento humano, este componente se considera de real importancia para elevar la motivación, aumentar sus capacidades y elevar sus aptitudes al punto tal en que se encuentren capaces de valerse por sí mismo y entregarle lo mejor a su trabajo sintiéndose conforme con lo que realiza, permitiendo orientar a obtener eficiencia, eficacia y productividad. El Sistema de Gestión del Talento Humano propone un proceso de reclutamiento y selección del talento humano, a través incrementar planes sostenidos de capacitación, motivación, para evitar las desventajas y quejas que se presenta a diario, es importante anotar que para el desarrollo de este trabajo se debe, alcanzar un nivel alto de desempeño laboral, una permanencia en el cargo generando estabilidad para la empresa, aumentando la productividad en las operaciones, y obteniendo buenos resultados así como clientes internos y externos más satisfechos, además que el investigador tendrá capacidad de adquirir mayor experiencia en la solución de problemas y lograr un cambio verdadero en beneficio para la empresa y para la sociedad. Se recomienda implementar el proceso de Gestión del Talento Humano, el mismo que con su aplicación permitirá utilizar y desarrollar habilidades de los colaboradores que ayuden que en la organización se logre un mejor desempeño laboral.This research work is the desing of a management system of the human talent to strengthen the employment services performence of the harvest, of the province Bolivar city of Guaranda. Each element works effectively in the achievement of the objectives that lead to these changes, and this is where you get to perform the treatment of human talent, this component is of real importance to raise the motivation, increase their capacities and raise your skills to the point such that is able to fend for itself and give the best to work feeling in accordance with what makes allowing targeting effeciency, effectivennes and productivity. The system of management of human talent proposes a process of recruitment and selection of humanan talent through increasing sustainable plans of training, motivation to avoid the disadventages and complaints that arises on a daily basis, it is important to note that for the development of this work must be to achieve a high level of job performance, a tenure generating stability for the company, increasing productivity in the operations and obtaining good result as well have the capacity to gain more experience in the solution of problems and achieve a real change in the benefit for the company and society. It is recommended to implement the process of management talent human, which with its application allows to use and develop skills of employess that enable the organization to achieve a better work performence
