The Role of Prophetic Leadership on Workplace Spirituality At sufism-based Islamic Boarding School
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of prophetic leadership on the workplace spirituality among officials and employees in an Islamic boarding school. This quantitative research used data collection through a survey, in a form of a set of questionnaire, in the Sufism-based Islamic boarding school in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. The study sample consisted of 270 officials and employees of the boarding school. The data was analyzed using SEM with the AMOS 24 program, to test the effects. The research findings showed a significant effect of the prophetic leadership on the workplace spirituality. EVALUATION OF TRAINING PROGRAM FOR WAREHOUSE MANAGER CANDIDATES WITHIN THE WAREHOUSE RECEIPT SYSTEM SCHEME AT COMMODITY FUTURE TRADING REGULATORY AGENCY (COFTRA), INDONESIA
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of training program for warehouse manager candidates withinthe warehouse receipt system scheme conducted by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Coftra) in Indonesia. This research is an evaluative research using the CIPP model of Stufflebeam (Context, Input, Process, Product), supported by questionnaires (closed and open statements / questions), observation, and interviews. Evaluation on context, input, and process, the results show that the program is in a good category for these three componets, with some elements needing improvement. While for product evaluation the results for this component are in a very good category, so it needs to be maintained. In terms of outcomes which are part of the product component, the results of the training provide a good impact of implementing warehouse management system, with warehouse operational license. In addition, to optimize outcomes, it is necessary to increase synergies among regional and central government levels, as well as empowering and involving stakeholders to jointly support and implement the warehouse receipt system.Keywords: CIPP model,evaluation program,training, warehouse receipt syste
The Effect Organizational Structure and Work Motivation On Vendor’s Employee performance at Automotive Distributor in Indonesia
Abstract. This study aim to determine and analyze the effect of organizational structure and work motivation on the employe performance at Automotive Distributor in Indonesia.
This study use quantitative research method with survey technique to respond the test hypotheses that have been formulated. The respondents are 100 employe, the sampling technique used was sampling random technique. The questionaire of organizational structure and work motivation and employe performance were validated with the product moment correlation formula, while reliability was measured by the Alpha Cronbach formula. Tested of the hypothesis in this study use of the path analysis.
The research result of the study found that: (1) The organizational structure of the positive direct effect on employe performance (2) The work motivation of the positive direct effect on employe performance and (3) The organizational structure of the positive direct effect toward the work motivation.
The results of the study show that in the effort to improve the employe performance can be done trough of the effective of organizational structure must be increased and the improve of work motivation
Managing quality/skilled people to support organizational capabilities, and business development
This paper is a conceptual and review paper discusses management of quality/skilled people or talent, knowledge management, and leadership aim at figuring out the relation between people capabilities, commitment, and connectedness with individual and group performance and organizational success. This paper also provides a figure of people performances and potentials that show the high and top performers in an organization who are above the average line. The discussion on quality/skilled people and leadership highlights the need of quality/skilled people or talent to have fundamental skills of leadership and also the readiness of them to be promoted due to their positions as leader candidates and the stars in organization, as well as the need of organization to smoothening the succession planning in line with the positions changing plan of organization. The discussion on the relation of managing quality/skilled people or talent with managing knowledge provides an insight how knowledgeable, skillful people with good attitudes, become the assets of organization to increase customer value and to make the knowledge visible. This paper reveals that knowledge, quality/skilled people, technological, and leadership, are all important elements in supporting the business expansions of a company
Exploring internship readiness among final year students in university: A case study

A statistical analysis on employability among university graduate: A case study in Malaysia
This study describes a statistical analysis on employability among university graduate. The objective of this study is to explore the factors influencing graduate employ ability in Malaysia.A literature review of studies suggested that factors influencing student performance can be sorted into three factors: soft skills, co-curriculum and academic performance.Primary data was collected by distributing direct questionnaire. Complete data were collected from 2013 number of graduates.A factor analysis used identified three factors contributed to graduate employability.The factors are soft skills, co-curriculum and academic performance. These result was in line with the finding from the literature
The Strategy Transforming purpose and Fundamental Management from The School of Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysical (STMKG) Agency Indonesia
The research aims to explain the basic and objectives of the School of Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysical Agency which was originally the academy became college. Hopefully this change has a positive impact on organizational performance. The transforming the Academy of Meteorology and GEOPHYSICS (AMG) to the College of Meteorological Climatology and Geophysical (STMKG) is based on two factors. Internally, it can produce graduates who are reliable, trusted and recognized by the world and become the center of excellent for the education of Meteorological, Climatology and Geophysical (MKG). Externally, the change is based onThe rapid technological and community demands that the meteorological, climatological and geophysical agency (BMKG) is able to answer problems related to disaster is expected to minimized victims and disaster losses. This research uses qualitative methods with the case study approach, data collection using the purposive sampling technique since researchers want to get from various competent sources. The novelty of this research was conducted in the school of technical background that graduates are required to have the soul of socio entrepreneur, because it must provide information to the community in accordance with the jargon of BMKG namely fast, precise, accurate and understandable. The results showed that the changes that occurred resulted in a reliable graduate as a civil apparatus of the state placed throughout the task executing unit in the BMKG environment and provide MKG information in various areas such as Flight related weather info, high wave info, agricultural info planting time the most suitable and seismicity related to the potential of a tsunami.
