The tempforming resulted in the development of ultra-fine grained microstructure. The tempered microstructures were characterized by the formation of dispersed carbides. The thermomechanical treatment led to significant increase in tensile strength and impact toughness at test temperature from β 196 to 20Β°C

Multiple warm rolling led to development of ultra-fine grained and submicrocrystalline structure with high dislocation density. The tensile properties of austenitic stainless steels subjected to warm rolling, such as ultimate tensile strength and yield stress, could be expressed by linear functions of rolling temperature with coefficients being dependent on steel and test temperature

Effect of a powerful low-frequency signal on an anisotropic medium over hydrocarbon
The article analyses the interaction of a powerful low-frequency signal with an anisotropic medium over hydrocarbon deposits. The behaviour of the real and phase components of the surface impedance of the medium above the deposit in the mode of dual-frequency signals is studied. The analysis of the components of the surface impedance of the medium over hydrocarbons for electromagnetic waves with right and left circular polarizations is carried out depending on the permittivity and frequency of the probing signals. The obtained research results can be used in exploration geophysics to identify the environment above the deposits by the size and nature of the material and phase components of the surface impedance of the surface layer above the hydrocarbons
DISCRETE MODELING Modeling Combinational Circuits Using Linear Word-level Structures
AbstractβIn many applications of circuit design and synthesis, it is natural and in some instances essential to manipulate logic functions and model circuits using word-level representations and arithmetic operations in contrast to bit-level representations and logic operations. This paper reviews linear word-level structures and formulates their properties for combinational circuit modeling. The paper addresses the following problem: given a library of gates with their corresponding word-level representations such as linear arithmetic expressions or respective graph structures, find a word-level model of an arbitrary combinational circuit/netlist using that library of gates and minimizing memory allocation and time delay requirements. We present a comprehensive study on linearization assuming various circuit processing strategies. In particular, we develop a new approach to manipulate linear word-level representations by means of cascades. The practical applicability of linear structures and developed algorithms is strengthen by considering the problem of timing analysis. All this is supported by the experimental study on benchmark circuits. 1
