    Peran Mediasi Customer Satisfaction dalam Customer Experience Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan

    This study aims to examine the effect of customer experience and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and whether customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between customer experience and customer loyalty. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The number of respondents is 150 people. Sampling technique of this study is quota sampling method. The study shows that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. By conducting mediation testing, it is concluded that customer satisfaction is significant as a mediator of the relationship between customer experience and customer loyalty

    This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Knowledge Sharing, Work Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Adam Dani Lestari. The research method used was quantitative with the sampling technique being simple random sampling with a sample size of 105 employees. Partial research results: Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Adam Dani Lestari. On top of that, at PT. Adam Dani Lestari, knowledge sharing, work culture, and environment all work together to positively and significantly affect employee performance.     Pengaruh Kompensasi, Stress Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Stara Bumi Surya

    The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate how PT. Stara Bumi Surya employees perform in relation to pay,stress at work, and work discipline. The basis of this research includes the phenomena of low compensation offered by firms, the burden  of  working  too  much,  the employees who frequently arrive late, and the number of employees whoquit annually from 2018 to 2022. Explanatory research using a quantitative descriptive research design is the researchmethodology employed. The participants in the study are PT. Stara Bumi Surya employees. Saturated sampling was themethod utilized for 68 responders. Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique utilized for data analysis. Thestudy's findings demonstrate that work stress significantly impairs employee performance, remuneration significantly enhances employee performance, and work discipline significantly enhances employee performance at  PT  StaraBumi Surya. Work discipline, workplace stress, and pay all have positive and significant effects simultaneously

    This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Internal Environment, and Employee Satisfaction on Employee Work Productivity. The research method used is quantitative. The nature of the research used is descriptive explanatory. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The total sample was 99 people. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially and simultaneously work discipline, internal environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan.     The business of making goods, the business of repairing goods, to the electronic and electrical credit businesses are found all around us. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, communication, and work environment on employee performance. The phenomenon of increased public demand for electronic and electrical goods, increased work stress, ineffective communication, and an uncomfortable working environment underlie this research. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The sample in this study was 80 employees. The results showed work stress, communication, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the lower the work stress, the better the communication and work environment will be able to improve employee performance. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh anak-anak panti asuhan Pelita Harapan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan soft skill, hal ini disebabkan karena minimnya pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diberikan. Anak-anak panti asuhan merupakan generasi bangsa yang membutuhkan perhatian, bimbingan dan perkembangan ketrampilan agar menjadi manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki masa depan yang penuh harapan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam PKM adalah kualitatif deksriptif melalui diskusi dan pelatihan. Pelatihan soft skill yang diberikan dosen Universitas Prima Indonesia memiliki tujuan untuk melatih kemampuan berfikir anak-anak, mengembangkan potensi diri, memberikan motivasi untuk berfikir inovatif dan menghasilkan karya dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada dilingkungan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian di masa depan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Harga, Promosi, dan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Hotel juma Eluk. Fenomena peningkatan jumlah tamu sejak Juli 2021 sampai Juni 2022 di Hotel Juma Eluk, adanya tamu yang menginap lebih dari 5 kali, dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Jenis penellitian yang dilakukan adalah explanatory kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Metode penentuan sampel adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 99 orang. Hasil penelitian secara parsial Hargaberpen garuh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian,  Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian . Secara simultan Harga, Promosi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan mampu mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 36% sisanya sebesar 64% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lainnya.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, reward, dan stress kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT Indako Trading Coy Medan. Fenomena penurunan komitemen organisasi yang ditandai dengan tidak tercapainya target penjualan perusahaan, ketidakoptimalan pemimpin, penurunan kinerja karyawan,  dan apresiasi yang kurang memuaskan karyawan melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel  adalah random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 121 karyawan. Metode analisis data adalah analisas regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, reward beerpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT Indako Trading Coy Medan. Selain itu secara simultan kepemimpinan, reward, dan stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT Indako Trading Coy Medan.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Fenomena menurunnya kinerja karyawan ditandai tingkat kehadiran karyawan menurun, beberapa karyawan melakukan kegiatan lain yang tidak berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang sudah ditetapkan, kurangnya manajemen waktu dalam pekerjaan, dan kurang mengedepankan sikap profesional dalam bekerja melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di bagian SDM PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan yang berjumlah 56 orang. Teknik penentuan sampling adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan secara parsial  tidak terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan dengan nilai 0.961< 1.674 dan nilai signifikansi 0,341 > 0,05, tidak terdapat pengaruh disiplin terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan dengan nilai -0.144 < 1.674 dan nilai signifikansi 0,866 > 0,05 dan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan dengan nilai 3.942 > 1.674 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan variabel motivasi, disiplin dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai 16.208 > 2.783 dan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05.   Kata kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin, Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisas
