Esta monografia aborda a importância do processo de planejamento para a sobrevivência de micro e pequenas empresas na percepção dos futuros empreendedores ou empreendedores iniciantes para buscar explorar o problema na raiz. Visto que mesmo nos dias de hoje as micro e pequenas empresas ainda são muitos instáveis na economia brasileira. Através de uma pesquisa exploratória descritiva, sob uma abordagem quantitativa, buscou-se entender como a amostra percebe a importância, os impactos e as implicações do plano de negócios na sobrevivência e na mitigação de problemas em micro e pequenas empresas. Notou-se que a amostra estudada atribui um alto valor ao mesmo, no entanto, sugere-se estudos mais apurados com a amostra, sem as limitações da desta pesquisa

Determination of Penetration Depth of Transverse Spin Current in Ferromagnetic Metals by Spin Pumping

Spin pumping in nonmagnetic/ferromagnetic metal multilayers is studied both theoretically and experimentally. We show that the line widths of the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) spectrum depend on the thickness of the ferromagnetic metal layers, which must not be in resonance with the oscillating magnetic field. We also show that the penetration depths of the transverse spin current in ferromagnetic metals can be determined by analyzing the line widths of their FMR spectra. The obtained penetration depths in NiFe, CoFe and CoFeB were 3.7 [nm], 2.5 [nm] and 12.0 [nm], respectively.Comment: 4 pages, 2 figures

人工内耳装用聾児と補聴器装用聾児の語彙理解力に関する研究

The authors assessed the vocabulary age(VA) by using the Picture Vocabulary Test (PVT) though the preschool-training, for investigated the development of vocabulary comprehension of the 7 cases of children wearing Cochlear Implant(CI) :[Group-A; 3 cases of children started wearing CI before the age of 3, Group-B; 4 cases of children started wearing CI after the age of 3,]and 3 cases of children wearing hearing aids: [Group-C].And we assessed them since age of 6 months to age of 6 and 6 months.The results were as follows. 1)We could assess VA by PVT more early times in order of Group-A, Group-C, and Group-B. 2) It needed less times to catch up with the normal developmental level as calendar age on VA in order of Group-A, Group-B, Group-C. 3)It suggested that we should have CI worn on the children before the age of 3 for the reason of those, at first the development of vocabulary comprehension depended on the hearing, and secondarily it could improve using the hearing.4)In case of wearing hearing aids, it needed more times, but they could catch up with the normal developmental level as calendar age on vocabulary comprehension, on condition that we adjusted their environment on early language acquisition
