In order to improve the safety management performance, through the identification of the key factors that cause accidents, this research develops a conceptual framework of effective safety management in construction project
The relationship between demographic towards the achievement of a successful Muslim entrepreneur in Malaysia
Previous studies have shown that demographics factors are among the factors that influence the success of an entrepreneur. Therefore, this research aims to examine the relationship between demographic variable that comprises of ages, the length of running a business and business capital towards the achievement of a successful Muslim entrepreneur in Malaysia. Pearson Correlation test is used to identify the relationship between ages, the length of running a business and business capital, whereas ANOVA Test and T Test is used to used to determine the relationship differences between ages, the length of running a business and business capital towards the achievement of a successful Muslim entrepreneur in Malaysia. This research verified that there is a significant relationship between ages, the length of running a business and business capital towards the achievement of a successful Muslim entrepreneur in Malaysia. However, only age and business capital has a significant effect with the achievement of successful entrepreneur in Malaysia. Therefore, the results of this study demonstrate that demographic factors influence the achievement of successful Muslim entrepreneur in Malaysi
Entrepreneurs' social responsibilities from Islamic perspective: A study of Muslim entrepreneurs in Malaysia
The success of an entrepreneur from an Islamic perspective is not only measured in terms of material success. This is because human needs are not subjected just to the property they own, but encompasses all aspects required by the maqasid al-Shariah - namely religion, intelligence, life, honor as well as physical property. Therefore, an assessment of whether the entrepreneur succeeds or fail is based on the concept of maqasid al-Shariah. This study aims to examine the social responsibility of a Muslim entrepreneur in Malaysia in fulfilling maqasid al-Shariah aspects with regards to their responsibilities to family members, the poor as well as their responsibility towards the Muslim community by providing employment opportunities to society, doing business in accordance with Islamic law and create an economic system based on Islamic's sharia. This study will focus on the relationship between the achievement of Muslim entrepreneurs in Malaysia and their social responsibility by using Pearson's correlation test. The study found a significant relationship between the achievement of Muslim entrepreneurs in Malaysia with social responsibility undertaken by them

Study of noise robustness of First Formant Bandwidth (F1BW) method
The performance of speech recognition application under adverse noisy condition often becomes the topic of researchers regardless of
the language used. Applications that use vowel phonemes require high degree of Standard Malay vowel recognition capability. In Malaysia, researches in vowel recognition is still lacking especially in the usage of Malay vowels, independent speaker systems, recognition robustness and algorithm speed and accuracy. This paper presents a noise robustness study
on an improved vowel feature extraction method called First Formant Bandwidth (F1BW) on three classifiers of Multinomial Logistic Regression
(MLR), K-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) and Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA).Results show that LDA performs best in overall vowel classification compared to MLR and KNN in terms of robustness capability
MOTIVATION AFFECT THE ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF ROYAL MALAY REGIMENT PERSONNEL
Malaysian Armed Forces divided into three services, namely the Malaysian Army, Royal Malaysian Navy and the Royal Malaysian Air Force. Royal Malay Regiment (RMR) is the main infantry unit in the Malaysian Army. RMR are highly emphasized the organization commitment by educate officers and other ranks such as training, workplace facilities and adequate work motivation. This is because personnel will quickly decide to quit early, leave their job, drug abuse and bullying other personnel and etc. The objective for this study is study determinesthe relationship between the leadership style andrecognition with organization commitment amongRMR personnel. The quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires was used to obtain feedback on 120 respondents who were sampled for this study. This study uses a questionnaire that contains several questions on leadership style, recognition and organization commitment. The data were analysed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 and Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 3.2.8. The findings showed a significant relationship between leadership style and recognition with organization commitmentamong RMR.This study found that the leadership style and recognition among RMR were positive related to the organization commitment, meaning that the personnel of RMR feel more loyal to their leader. The RMR may consider additional factors influencing RMR instructors to commit to RMR programmes in future work. This research is also a valuable resource for leader who wish to enhance their training. By helping them to avoid the longstanding problem of leader discontent in the country, it can be employed to help ensure that they continue to enjoy their careers

The Effect of Nanowire Gap for Silicon Nanowire Transistor to the Current-Voltage (I-Vds)
One-dimensional structures are attracting a lot of attention for optimizing applications as one of the most sensitive devices. Among the fabricated devices, silicon nanowires (SiNW) and silicon nanowire transistors (SiNWT) are of particular importance for promising applications fabricated using bottom-up or top-down approaches to nanoscale devices. In this paper, the sensitivity of the current-voltage characteristic to the nanowire gap of a silicon nanowire transistor (SiNWT) was analyzed. SiNWTs with different nanowire gaps were fabricated using scanning probe microscopy by local anodic oxidation (LOA). Varies gaps can be occurring during the fabrication processes and its can be controlled by RASTER programming in LAO. These gaps can give different results of the sensitivity to the volt-ampere response. However, these gaps can be neglected depending on the subject of the studies and important to the other study, especially in nano particle sensors. In this experiment, the nanowires gaps were developed in the range of 100.5-435.6 nm and had been plotted the measurement data with the volt-ampere response. The data was analyzed using a semiconductor analyzer connected to a HP 4156C SPA series software analysis model from Desert Cryogenics. From the results had been measured the Current-Voltage (IV) increases proportionally with the nanowire gap distance in the SINWT device and these results will give significant effects to the application in nanoparticle sensors
