Extracts from Problems of Air Law, a collection of works of the Section of air law of the Aviakhim Society of the USSR and Aviakhim RSFSR
The difficulties of developing a body of international law to govern air travel is discussed. A summary of literature and agreements is presented as well as a brief history. Air space over the poles and the legality of methods of claiming territory in the polar regions is discussed
Production of electroweak gauge bosons in off-shell gluon-gluon fusion
We study the production of electroweak gauge bosons at high energies in the
framework of kt-factorization QCD approach. Contributions from the valence
quarks are calculated using the quark-gluon interaction and quark-antiquark
annihilation QCD subprocesses. The total and differential cross sections (as a
function of the transverse momentum and rapidity) are presented and the ratio
of cross sections for W and Z boson production is investigated. The
conservative error analysis is performed. In the numerical calculations two
different sets of unintegrated gluon distributions in the proton are used: the
one obtained from Ciafaloni-Catani-Fiorani-Marchesini evolution equation and
the other from Kimber-Martin-Ryskin prescription. Theoretical results are
compared with experimental data taken by the D0 and CDF collaborations at the
Tevatron. We demonstrate the importance of the quark component in parton
evolution in description of the experimental data. This component is very
significant also at the LHC energies.Comment: 33 pages, 18 figure
Prompt photon hadroproduction at high energies in off-shell gluon-gluon fusion
The amplitude for production of a single photon associated with quark pair in
the fusion of two off-shell gluons is calculated. The matrix element found is
applied to the inclusive prompt photon hadroproduction at high energies in the
framework of kt-factorization QCD approach. The total and differential cross
sections are calculated in both central and forward pseudo-rapidity regions.
The conservative error analisys is performed. We used the unintegrated gluon
distributions in a proton which were obtained from the full CCFM evolution
equation as well as from the Kimber-Martin-Ryskin prescription. Theoretical
results were compared with recent experimental data taken by the D0 and CDF
collaborations at Fermilab Tevatron. Theoretical predictions for the LHC
energies are given.Comment: 32 pages, 18 figure
Prompt photon photoproduction at HERA in the k_T-factorization approach
We present calculations of the prompt photon photoproduction at HERA collider
in the k_T-factorization approach. Both direct and resolved contributions are
taken into account. The conservative error analisys is performed. The
unintegrated parton densities in a proton and in a photon are determined using
the Kimber-Martin-Ryskin prescription. We investigate both inclusive and
associated with jet prompt photon photoproduction rates. In particular, we
study the angular correlations between produced photon and hadronic jet in the
transverse momentum plane which can provide a unique information about
non-collinear evolution dynamics. We compare our theoretical predictions with
recent experimental data taken by the H1 and ZEUS collaborations.Comment: 34 pages, 18 figure
Charm photoproduction at HERA: kt-factorization versus experimental data
We calculate the cross section of charm photoproduction at HERA collider in
the framework of the kt-factorization QCD approach. Our analysis cover the
inclusive charm production as well as charm and associated jet production
processes. Both photon-gluon and gluon-gluon fusion mechanisms are taken into
account. The unintegrated gluon densities in a proton and in a photon obtained
from the full CCFM, from unified BFKL-DGLAP evolution equations as well as from
the Kimber-Martin-Ryskin prescription are used. Our theoretical results are
compared with the recent experimental data taken by the H1 and ZEUS
collaborations at HERA. Special attention is put on the specific angular
correlations which can provide unique information about non-collinear gluon
evolution dynamics.Comment: 33 pages, 15 figures, 2 table
Real-space renormalization group study of the anisotropic antiferromagnetic Heisenberg model of spin S=1 on a honeycomb lattice
The real-space RG approach is applied to study critical temperatures of
system consisting of interacting spin chains of spin S=1 with an inner
antiferromagnetic exchange which form a honeycomb crystal lattice. Using
anisotropic Heisenberg model we calculate critical temperature as a function of
anisotropic parameter and the ratio of interchain and intrachain interactions.
A comparison our results with those obtained from RGRS calculations for the
same model of spin-1/2 on a square lattice is given
Institutionalization of the Human Rights Management, Economic and Social Community in the XXI Century: The Global and Eurasian Trends
The article analyzes the modern paradigmatic change settings on the development of the human rights concepts and ensure social community / solidarity in the context of the global and Eurasian trends. The management institute formation in the Russian society is considered as a necessary condition of providing the main directions of the sustainable development strategy. The formation process and the management main lines as the social institute is characterized. Substantially considered the new forms of public unity, which initiate fundamentally different protection mechanisms and the person rights and freedoms ensuring in the XXI century: either the innovative (neoliberal) forms, where the government is given very small place (i.e. it is perceived as one of actors, participants publicly - legal interaction); or the revolutionary forms - depriving the government of any social value in the future, are formulated. Separately, the authors analyze the Eurasian political and legal project of social inclusion and ensuring the rights, freedoms and interests. The article addressed issues of economic sociology - the interaction of two major areas of social life - economic, social and, respectively, the interaction of two types of processes - economic and social.

The Investigations Of Beam Extraction And Collimation At U-70 Proton Synchrotron Of IHEP By Using Short Silicon Crystals
The new results of using short (2-4mm) bent crystals for extraction and
collimation of proton beam at IHEP 70 Gev proton synchrotron are reported. A
broad range of energies from 6 to 65 GeV has been studied in the same crystal
collimation set-up. The efficiency of extraction more than 85% and intensity
more than 10E12 were obtained by using crystal with the length 2-mm and the
angle 1 mrad. The new regime of extraction is applied now at the accelerator to
deliver the beam for different experimental setups within the range of
intensity 10E7-10E12ppp.Comment: Presented at EPAC 2002 (Paris, June 3-7), 3p
