Evaluasi Kinerja Kepala Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Di Kota Bandar Lampung

: The objective of this research was to determine the suitability of the principals\u27 performance in carrying out managerial tasks with the established standards, including performance in: (1) leading the school in the context of the utilization of school resources optimally, (2) managing changes and development of the school towards an effective learning organization, (3) creating a culture and school climate which are conducive and innovative, and (4) utilizing the advancement of ICT in learning and school management. The approach and evaluation model chosen in this study was a goal-based evaluation model which was combined with evaluation model that were generally developed in several government institutions. The research method was qualitative. The data were collected by using observation, interview, and documents. The results of the research showed that: (1) the performance of the principals in leading the school were in good category, (2) the performance of the principals in managing change and school development were in good category, (3) the performance of the principal in creating a culture and school climate were in good category, and (4) the performance of the principal in the use of ICT in teaching and school management were in enough category. The conclusion of the research was, of the four aspects of the performance of principals evaluated, three of them showed the achievement of performance was good category, and one aspect was in enough category. However, in each aspect in the evaluation there were still some performance criteria that have not been achieved well, or there were still in the enough category

Formulation of Effervescent Tablet of Temulawak Extract (Curcuma Xanthorrhiza Roxb.) with Variation of Stevia as Sweetener

The effervescent tablet containing extract of temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb.) with variation of stevia sweetener has been formulated using wet granulation method. This research aims to find the formulation of effervescent tablet of temulawak extract (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb.) with the variation of stevia sweetener that meets the requirements of physical tablet test. The effervescent tablet formula was made in three formulas with the difference in the stevia content. Tests conducted include visual tests, uniformity test, hardness test, friability test, pH test and solubility test. Based on the test results on the physical properties of tablets, it is known that all the formula meets the physical test of tablets and the preferred formula is formula 3 with 4% of stevia

Synthesis and characterization of calcium precursor for hydroxyapatite synthesis from blood clam shell (anadara antiquata) using planetary ball mill process

Calcium precursor for synthesizing of hydroxyapatite can be obtained from natural material like A. antiquata (blood clamshell). Calcium synthesis was carried out through ball mill and calcinations process with high purity residues. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-Ray Analysis (EDX), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) were used for characterization. Analysis for blood clam shell powders revealed a reduction of average size from 217μm to 76μm and size of powder crystal is 29,2nm. This powders contained calcium element about 49,67% as the effectiveness of calcination and ball mill process. In morphology, powders have fine needles-like shape but still in agglomerate that can be reduced with extended ball mill process. This powders had a reduction of weight powders from 35,5% to 17,7% and dominated Ca(OH)2 that could be used as calcium precursor in synthesishydroxyapatite

Literasi Keberagamaan Masyarakat Daerah 3T di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat Serta Relevansinya dengan Sikap Toleransi terhadap Penganut Agama Minoritas

Advanced society is characterized by a literate society that has a high civilization. Literacy is the most important reference about the pros and cons of a society in the future. Religious literacy, is the ability to see and analyze the meeting point between religion and social, political and cultural life. The importance of religious literacy in the midst of a pluralistic society is also related to the increasingly intolerant attitudes among religious adherents. Religion is currently very easy to be used as issues that can trigger divisions in the community. Pesisir Barat Regency in Lampung Province, is one of the 3T areas, has quite a variety of religious adherents, and Islam is the major religion with the highest number of adherents. However, the data shows that up to now there has never been a serious conflict or conflict between religious followers in this area. Research with this qualitative approach is intended to describe the level of religious literacy in the two 3T regions, its relevance to the attitude of tolerance towards adherents of minority religions. The results showed that, there are five dimensions that can be used as benchmarks to see someone's religious level, namely the dimensions: beliefs, religious practice experience, religious knowledge, and practice dimensions. This research is purpose to describe the influencing of using copy the master technic for writing explanation text ability for students class VIII SMP Negeri 15 Padang. The kind of this research is quantitative. The research uses experiment method which emphasizes on semu design experiment for one group pretest posttest design.
