With the arrival of Internet technology and the information era, China’s higher education has entered a new stage of development. In this context, new learning methods represented by “Internet+” have gradually emerged and rapidly spread, and traditional classroom teaching is facing a huge impact. At the same time, more and more students choose to learn independently through online courses due to resource constraints, time and space. This new learning method has posed a great challenge to the traditional education concept. Therefore, how to improve the quality of college education services has become one of the urgent problems to be solved at present. In this paper, from the perspective of service quality of college education, it is of practical significance to apply the theory of hybrid service quality to college hybrid education to explore its service quality improvement strategy. In this paper, the application of the PZB service quality model in professional education teaching is studied and discussed by using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis. In this paper, the structure of the service quality evaluation system, influencing factors and results analysis, and the summary of improvement suggestions are deeply analyzed

The antennal lobe of the moth brain is the primary olfactory center processing information concerning pheromones and plant odors. Plutella xylostella is a major worldwide pest of cruciferous vegetables and its behavior is highly dependent on their olfactory system. However, detailed knowledge of the anatomy and function of the P. xylostella olfactory system remains limited. In the present study, we present the 3-Dimentional (3-D) map of the antennal lobe of P. xylostella, based on confocal microscopic analysis of glomerular segmentation and Neurobiotin backfills of Olfactory Receptor Neurons (ORNs). We identified 74–76 ordinary glomeruli and a macroglomerular complex (MGC) situated at the entrance of the antennal nerve in males. The MGC contained three glomeruli. The volumes of glomeruli in males ranged from 305.83 ± 129.53 to 25440.00 ± 1377.67 μm3. In females, 74–77 glomeruli were found, with the largest glomerulus ELG being situated at the entrance of the antennal nerve. The volumes of glomeruli in females ranged from 802.17 ± 95.68 to 8142.17 ± 509.46 μm3. Sexual dimorphism was observed in anomalous supernumerary, anomalous missing, shape, size, and array of several of the identified glomeruli in both sexes. All glomeruli, except one in the antennal lobe (AL), received projections of antennal ORNs. The glomeruli PV1 in both sexes received input from the labial palp nerve and was assumed as the labial pit organ glomerulus (LPOG). These results provide a foundation for better understanding of coding mechanisms of odors in this important pest insect

Application of Packed-nanofibers Solid-phase Extraction for Determination of Rhodamine B in Sausage

A method for the determination of Rhodamine B in sausage was developed and validated. After extraction of Rhodamine B with acetonitrile from foodstuffs, a novel electrospun polymer nanofibers packed micro-column was used for cleaning and concentrating of the analyte in the sample. High performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (HPLC-Flu) was used for the determination of Rhodamine B in the sample. The mobile phase was composed of 3.0 g L-1 phosphate buffer and methanol (3:7, volume ratio), and the pH was adjusted to 7. 0 with orthophosphoric acid. The results showed that the standard curve was linear over the validated concentrations range of 2-500 ng g-1, and the limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) for Rhodamine B spiked samples was 0. 2 ng g-1 and 0. 7 ng g-1, respectively. The average recoveries of Rhodamine B were 90.4% -94.3% for sausage, and the relative standard deviation of the method was from 1.7% to 3.8%. This proposed method was applied to real sample, and there was no Rhodamine B found in sausage

Ultra-deep well perforation is an important direction for the development of unconventional oil and gas resources, the security with shock loads is a difficult technical problem. Firstly, the theoretical analysis of perforated string is carried out, the dynamics models of which are established in the directions of axial, radial and circumferential. Secondly, the process of perforating with hundreds of bullets is simulated by using the software of LS-DYNA (ANSYS, Inc, Pennsylvania, USA). The propagation attenuation model of shock loads is established, and a calculation model to predict shock loads at different positions of the tubing interval has been fitted by considering multiple factors. The dynamic response of perforated string is studied, and the vulnerable parts of which are found out. Thirdly, the optimization measures are put forward for ultra-deep well perforation by the design of shock adsorption and safety distance of the packer. Finally, the field case of an ultra-deep well shows that the research method in this paper is practical, and the optimization measures are reasonable and effective. This study can provide important guidance to reduce shock damage and improve security for ultra-deep well perforation

Biomaterial bridging provides physical substrates to guide axonal growth across the lesion. To achieve efficient directional guidance, combinatory strategies using permissive matrix, cells and trophic factors are necessary. In the present study, we evaluated permissive effect of poly (acrylonitrile-co-vinyl chloride) guidance channels filled by different densities of laminin-precoated unidirectional polypropylene filaments combined with Schwann cells, and glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor for axonal regeneration through a T10 hemisected spinal cord gap in adult rats. We found that channels with filaments significantly reduced the lesion cavity, astrocytic gliosis, and inflammatory responses at the graft-host boundaries. The laminin coated low density filament provided the most favorable directional guidance for axonal regeneration which was enhanced by co-grafting of Schwann cells and glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor. These results demonstrate that the combinatorial strategy of filament-filled guiding scaffold, adhesive molecular laminin, Schwann cells, and glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor, provides optimal topographical cues in stimulating directional axonal regeneration following spinal cord injur
