    Get PDF
Fault diagnosis system of ship power system can assist the crew to deal with faults, shorten the processing time, and prevent faults expanding. Multiagent technique is adopted for the fault diagnosis system. Ship power system is divided into several feeder units. Each one is abstracted as a regional feeder agent (FED-Agent). A multiagent fault diagnosis system is established with FED-Agent and other functional agents. Considering of the characteristics of agent, the multiagent system processes both autonomy and interactivity. It can solve fault diagnosis problem of ship power system effectively

Using highland barley, mung bean, black bean and Tartary buckwheat as raw materials, the multigrain meal replacement powder was set by twin-screw extrudation technology. The changes of nutrient composition, volatile flavor, crystal structure and other physicochemical properties were tested before and after extrudation. The results showed that the contents of protein, fat, moisture, starch, total phenol and total flavone of multigrain meal replacement powder were reduced by 2.83%, 0.47%, 4.45%, 2.62%, 17.89 mg/100 g and 9.02 mg/100 g, respectively. The changes of dietary fiber and ash were not significant. The aldehydes, alcohol and heterocyclic substances that contribute more to the flavor were increased, which greatly improved the flavor. The crystal structure changed from A-type to V-type, and the crystallinity reduced by 24.97%. RVA and DSC results showed that the peak viscosity, minimum viscosity, disintegration value, final viscosity, recovery value and peak time decreased by 156, 46, 110, 111, 177 cP and 2.2 min, respectively. The enthalpy change decreased to 0.15 J·g−1, indicating that most of the starch had been gelatinized. The results of gel texture showed that the hardness and adhesion decreased by 35.72 g and 4.08 g respectively, while the adhesion, cohesiveness, elasticity and capability increased by 5.11 g, 0.19 Ratio, 5.08 mm and 1.98 mJ respectively, giving it a good taste. The study of the quality characteristics of the powder showed that the content of soluble solid and the water holding capacity increased while the oil holding capacity decreased. The characteristics of power were obviously improved. The color changed obviously

Transition metal chalcogenides have attracted much attention as high-performance electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). Here, we synthesized an efficient HER electrocatalyst of amorphous ruthenium sulfide (A-RuS2), exhibiting an overpotential of 141 mV at the current density of 10 mA cm-2 and a Tafel slope of 65.6 mV dec-1. Experiments demonstrate amorphous RuS2 has much better catalytic activity than that of its crystalline counterparts. Our study shows that amorphous RuS2 has increased intrinsic activity and active sites. This work provides a feasible strategy for the development of HER electrocatalysts in amorphous state. We gratefully acknowledge the support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant Nos. 21971172, 21671141), `973 Program-The National Basic Research Program of China' Special Funds for the Chief Young Scientist (Grant No. 2015CB358600), the Priority Academic Program Development (PAPD) of Jiangsu Higher Education Institutions for Optical Engineering, and the Jiangsu Collaborative Innovation Center of Photovoltaic Science and Engineering

Bi-Phase NiCo2S4-NiS2/CFP Nanocomposites as a Highly Active Catalyst for Oxygen Evolution Reaction

Pursuing oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalysts with high activity and stability is attracting many researchers. Here, we first designed and synthesized a biphasic three-dimensional structured catalyst of nickel–cobalt sulfide NiCo2S4-NiS2/CFP, which is a nickel–cobalt sulfide composite decorated on carbon fiber paper (CFP) by a one-step hydrothermal method. It exhibited an overpotential of about 165 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm−2 and a small Tafel slope of 81.54 mV dec−1. Furthermore, the long-term stability of the NiCo2S4-NiS2/CFP nanocomposite was 90.0% of the initial current density even after 12 h. The excellent catalytic performance of the NiCo2S4-NiS2/CFP nanocomposite can be attributed to several aspects. Firstly, the petal-like morphology of the NiCo2S4-NiS2 nanocomposite exposes more active sites. Secondly, the stability of the composite catalyst is significantly enhanced by its firm anchoring on the CFP. Thirdly, the catalytic performance was significantly improved by the addition of mixed valence of Ni or Co on the {111} plane of spinel NiCo2S4. Finally, the three-dimensional CFP substrate provides an efficient pathway and a stable integrated structure for the transmission of electrons and ions. Our one-step hydrothermal synthesis method provides a simple and economical way to obtain high-performance and robust OER catalysts

Efficient Synthesis of Kinsenoside and Goodyeroside A by a Chemo-Enzymatic Approach

Kinsenoside (1) and goodyeroside A (2), two naturally occurring stereoisomers with diverse biological activities, have been synthesized efficiently by a chemo-enzymatic approach with a total yield of 12.7%. The aglycones, (R)- and (S)-3-hydroxy-γ-butyrolactone, were prepared from D- and L-malic acid by a four-step chemical approach with a yield of 75%, respectively. These butyrolactones were then successfully glycosidated using β-D-glucosidase as a catalyst in a homogeneous organic-water system. Under the optimized enzymatic conditions, the yields of kinsenoside and goodyeroside A in the enzymatic steps both reached 16.8%

    No full text
Background: Hepatitis A vaccine has been used in mass and routine public vaccination programs in China. Long-term follow-up studies are required to determine the duration of protection and the need for booster vaccinations. Methods: A prospective, randomized, open-label clinical trial was performed to compare the geometric mean concentration (GMC) and seroprotection rates of anti-Hepatitis A virus (HAV) antibodies elicited by the inactivated vaccines Healive and Havrix. 400 healthy children were randomly assigned 3:1 ratio to receive two doses of Healive or Havrix at 0 and 6 months. Persistence of anti-HAV antibodies for 5 years post immunization has been reported The current study reports new data at 11 years post immunization for the purpose of showing antibody persistence. Sensitivity analyzes were performed to assess the results. In addition, predictions for long-term antibody persistence were performed using a statistical model. Two different serological assays were used that were shown to be 98.3% concordant for detecting anit-HAV antibody. Results: GMCs were significantly higher following Healive compared to Havrix at 1, 6, 7, 66, 112 and 138 months post-vaccination. In addition, the GMCs obtained using sensitivity analysis were very similar to those obtained using the original models. Prediction analysis indicated that the duration of protection for both vaccines was at least 30 years after immunization, with a lower limit of the 95% confidence interval for GMC of greater than 20mIU/mL. Conclusions: Healive is more immunogenic than Havrix in children at 11 years post full immunization. Prediction analysis indicated at least 30 years of antibody persistence for both vaccines

Spectroscopic Signatures of AA' and AB Stacking of Chemical Vapor Deposited Bilayer MoS2

Prominent resonance Raman and photoluminescence spectroscopic differences between AA′ and AB stacked bilayer molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) grown by chemical vapor deposition are reported. Bilayer MoS2 islands consisting of the two stacking orders were obtained under identical growth conditions. Resonance Raman and photoluminescence spectra of AA′ and AB stacked bilayer MoS2 were obtained on Au nanopyramid surfaces under strong plasmon resonance. Both resonance Raman and photoluminescence spectra show distinct features indicating clear differences in interlayer interaction between these two phases. The implication of these findings on device applications based on spin and valley degrees of freedom will be discussed
