Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate di BEI Selama Periode 2012-2016 yang Termasuk di Indeks LQ45 (Studi pada Perusahaan yang Termasuk Pemeringkatan Indeks LQ45 Periode Februari 2017-Juli 2017)

Tujuan penelitian – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Perusahaan property dan real estate di BEI selama periode 2012-2016 yang termasuk dalam pemeringakatan LQ45 Periode Februari 2017-Juli 2017 sehingga didapatkan informasi apakah kriteria keuangan Perusahaan menjadi dasar atau pertimbangan pemeringkatan.Metode Penelitian –Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi yaitu Perusahaan-Perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate di BEI yang termasuk di Indeks LQ45 Periode Februari 2017-Juli 2017. Pemilihan Perusahaan sub sektor tersebut karena paling banyak masuk dalam pemeringkatan LQ45 periode Februari 2017-Juli 2017. Perusahaan tersebut dinilai kinerja keuangannya selama periode 2012-2016. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengambilan sampel non-random atau metode non-probability yang berupa purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut, maka Perusahaan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 (lima) Perusahaan dari 6 Perusahaan property dan real estate yang termasuk dalam pemeringkatan Indeks LQ45 di BEI. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif.Temuan –Kinerja keuangan Perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate selama periode 2012-2016 yang masuk dalam pemeringkatan Periode Februari 2017-Juli 2017 untuk rasio likuiditas hanya Lippo Karawaci Tbk yang memiliki kondisi baik (sesuai standar industri), sedangkan untuk rasio keuangan lainnya yakni: rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio profitabilitas dapat dinyatakan dalam kinerja buruk.Keterbatasan penelitian - Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah fokus pada pemeringkatan Perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate dalam LQ45 Periode Februari 2017-Juli 2017saja, dikarenakan sebagai pembuktian apakah kriteria kinerja keuangan Perusahaan menjadi dasar atau pertimbangan pemeringkatan tersebut oleh BEI.Originality/value – kebaharuan yang ditawarkan adalah menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada Perusahaan yang masuk dalam pemeringkatan LQ45

Pengaruh Komunikasi Antar Pribadi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah

This study aimed to examine the effect of independent variable interpersonal communication on employees performance. The data in this study were collected by the method of observation, questionnaires and documentations. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis. The population in this study is all employees in Departement of Education and Cultural of Central Sulawesi Province as many as 182 people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, which took samples of the number of respondents as many as 125 employees. The theory used the principle of interpersonal communication from Devito, while the performance used Mathis and Jackson theory. The results of this study partially showed the dominant dimension of interpersonal communication significantly affect to the performance of employees in Departement of Education and Cultural of Central Sulawesi Province is Postiveness (X1.4), while the lowest determination partial are Emphaty (X1.2) and Equality (X1.5) Simultaneously, a positive and significant relationship between communication interpersonal and employee performance by 0.322 or 32,2% with the level of the relationship amounted to 56,8% which means included in the category of Low influence. This case suggests that interpersonal communication is not the main aspect that affect the performance on the employees of departement of education and culture of Central Sulawesi Province, there are 67,8 % or 0,678 the effect of other variables not included in this study

Struktur Dan Kinerja Industri Kertas Dan Pulp Di Indonesia: Sebelum Dan Pascakrisis

This research is intended to describe how concentrate of industrial market of pulp and paper before and after crisis was occur, and to analyze how impact of structure to pulp and paper industrial performances before and after crisis. Method being used in this research is concentration ratio (CR) either CR4 or CR8. This research is also uses multiple regression to see impact of independent variables (market share, cost of capital, efficiency and cost of raw material) to dependent variable (added value). The results of research are concentration ratio (CR) of total raw material, CR of added value, and CR of output; all of those are increase both CR4 and CR8. This means that crisis have had impact toward increasing concentration ratio pulp and paper industries, whereas CR of wage is decrease. CR4 decrease by 13% and CR8 decrease by 14%. The results of this research also indicate that cost of capital have negative impact to added value of company. Companies whose have less capital would have higher profit, vice versa. Cost of raw material has negative impact on company's profit. Market share has positive impact on company's profit

The effect of teacher certification on the quality of english teaching and learning process (a qualitative study in SMA N 1 Klaten)

This research investigates the effect of teacher certification on the quality of English teaching and learning process in the form of qualitative study. The underlying reason of conducting this research is related to the phenomenon that recently there are many assumptions about the validity of teacher certification in its relation to teacher professionalism. The objective of this research is to identify the effects of teacher certification in relation to the quality of English teaching and learning process in SMA N 1 Klaten. The problem of the research is: to what extent the teacher certification affects the quality of English teaching and learning process in SMA N 1 Klaten. The research was carried out in SMA N 1 Klaten from August to October 2009. The sources of the data are events, informants, and written documents. The data are collected through naturalistic observation, in-depth interview, and document analysis. In analyzing the data, the writer uses interactive model analysis including reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusion. The result of the research shows that (1) the English teachers in SMA N 1 Klaten create teaching and learning activities which bring about fun and cooperative way of learning, use various interesting materials and media, and conduct evaluation that promotes students’ learning (2) although in general the English teachers in SMA N Klaten can be considered as professional teachers, there are still some points which need improvement in order to conduct more effective teaching and learning process, they are: the lesson planning and the variety of teaching and learning activity. Based on the research findings, the writer concludes that the teacher certification gives a partial effect on the quality of English teaching and learning process in SMA N 1 Klaten. It involves the ability of the certified teachers to create teaching and learning activities which bring about fun and cooperative way of learning, provide various interesting materials and media, and conduct evaluation that promotes students’ learning. Based on the result of the research, the writer suggests that the lesson planning and the variety of activities conducted in SMA N 1 Klaten should be improved in order to make betterment in the teaching and learning process in SMA N 1 Klaten.
