: Chronical kidney disease occours after the damage of nephron mass and losses its ability to perform regulatory and excretory function and must undergo hemodialysis to preserve life. The impact of illness and treatment procedures are the stressor that can cause depression. Purpose of this research is to know about the relationship with level of deopression and hemodialysis in BLU. Hospital. PROF. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado. This research is a descriptive analytic with cross sectional design (study cut latitude). The sampling method used to purposive sampling, The research method used in this study is cross sectional. Sample were taken based on purposive sampling that consist of 60 respondents. Research instruments used to quistionnaires study consisted of 20 questions. The answers of questions which there are in kuisioner, the data that already collected is being analized using the Chi-square test and counted by SPSS program. The result of this research which is gain the trusted level of 95% show value p=0,000. This p-value is smaller than α = 0,05. The conclusion of this research is showed that a significant relationship with level of depression and hemodialysis in Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado hospital. Suggestion the important role for nurses hemodialysis unit is doing biopsychosocial education to the patient, as well as providing positive feedback in the healing process of patients with chronical kidney disease in BLU. : Physiological changes in the third trimester pregnant women especially maternal seem more complex and increased again compared to the previous trimester, and this is not another pregnancy because the growing conditions. Mothers who do not have the preparation for childbirth would be anxious and fear shows up in a periaku silent tears. Even if the birth as a normal physiological phenomenal, in fact labor berampak against bleeding, extreme pain and can cause fear even death either mother or baby (Janiwarty & Pieter, 2012). Objective: to know the Factors Which Are Associated with Maternal Anxiety Ahead of Labour in Poly Health Center Tuminting KIA. Research design: an observational analytic cross sectional approach. Population is taken using antenatal mothers in poly clinic Tuminting KIA, and the study sample using sampling techniques saturated, with the number of 50 mothers. Data collection through primary data and secondary data. The result: show that mild anxiety 26%, moderate 62%, and 12% by weight. Statistical test results showed that there was a significant relationship between age, parity and traumatic experience with a mother's anxiety level, while the level of education has no significant relationship with the level of maternal anxiety. Suggestion: have enhanced the role and support of health workers to improve the consultation, which is useful for pregnant women to be able to cope with anxiety in the face of labor, the role of educational institutions needs to be improved in order to further develop the science, especially the science of maternity nursing and psychiatric nursing on anxiety in pregnant women in face of labor in order to provide optimal nursing care, as well as the need for more research on anxiety in the third trimester pregnant women face labor relation with the frequency of antenatal care visits

Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Depresi Pada Pasien Penyakit Ginjal Kronik Di Ruangan Hemodialisa Blu Rsup Prof. Dr. R D. Kandou Manado

Absract: Depression is a form of emotional disorder that show depressed feelings, sad, worthless, meaningless, don't have morale and pessimistic about the future felt by individuals. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of support families with depression in patients with chronic kidney disease. The research was carried out by the method of cross-sectional study, a sample of 59 respondents comprised of families and patients. Data collection is done by filling in a questionnaire made by researchers and is completed by respondents. Furthermore the data processed using the aid program SPSS for analysis by chi-square test with a level of significance of 0.05 (a).The research results showed that good family support (83.1%) with no depression (79,6%) whereas the depression (20.4%) and less support (16.9%) with depression (70,0%) and no depression (30,0%). Conclusion there is a meaningful relationship between family support with the depression, with a value of p = 0,004. Advice for health agencies in hospitals in order to further improve the quality of service to patients in order to prevent the risk of the occurrence of depression in patients with chronic kidney disease

Perbandingan Tingkat Stres Berdasarkan Tipe Kepribadian Hippocrates-galenus Pada Mahasiswa Yang Terlibat Organisasi Tim Kerohanian Kristen Senat Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Unsrat

: Stress is the body and mind disorders caused by the changes and demands of life. Personality is a typical pattern in a person to think, act, and said in response to an event. Students involved in the organization get more stressors when compared with students who are not involved organizations. The aim of this research is to know the comparison of stress level between personality type melancholy, choleric, phlegmatic, and sanguine at the students involved organization in TKK SMFK UNSRAT. The samples in this research was taken with an total sampling technique which is 41 peoples who met the inclusion criteria. The study design used is cross sectional study and the data collected from respondents using a questionnaire DASS and personality type questionnaire by Florence Littauer. The result of Pearson Chi Square test founded p value= 0,301 > α = 0.05 so that there is no correlation between stress level and personality type Hippocrates-Galenus. Based on the results of the data analysis with One Way Anova, known F value= 2,352 with a significance= 0.088 (p> 0.05), this indicates that there is no difference in stress level between personality type melancholy, choleric, phlegmatic, and sanguine to the students involved organization TKK SMFK UNSRAT. Recommendations for further research is expected to examine other factors that may cause differences in the level of stress
