Analisis Pencantuman Klausula Eksonerasi dalam Perjanjian Penyerahan Anak Asuh Kepada Panti Asuhan (suatu Penelitian pada Panti Asuhan Anak Yatim Muhammadiyah Cabang Gandapura Kabupaten Bireuen, Aceh)

A child is a valuable blessing grace for a family, but a child sometimes becomes a financial burden for his parents/guardians since they cannot afford to support the life and the education of the child. Therefore, they are motivated to send the child to an orphanage. The result of the research showed that the implementation of the contract of handing over a child to Panti Asuhan Anak Yatim Muhammadiyah Cabang Gandapura, Bireuen, was done through a contract of handing over a child which consisted of minutes of the handing over and the statement from the parents or guardians which had been prepared by the management of the orphanage. The position of the exoneration clause in the contract, according to the Islamic Law and the Civil Law, is made on the agreement of the parties involved in the contract which binding and conclusive. An exoneration clause in a contract of handing over a child is only limited to the period of guidance, and it does not cause the broken off between the child and his parents or guardians

Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Hijauan Gamal (Gliricidia Sepium) dengan Berbagai Dosis Pupuk Organik Cair

The study was conducted to determine the growth and production gamal using liquid organic fertilizer. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using a completely randomized design (CRD) and tested further if there is a difference between treatments. Treatment of different doses of liquid fertilizer, which is 0%, 1%, 3% and 5% with 5 replicates, 75cmx50cm spacing so that each plot consisted of 16 cuttings of the experiment, the number of 320 eksplant. Pola Community Behavioral Settings Untuk Penataan Ruang Terbuka Publik Kawasan Taman Fatahillah Kota Tua Jakarta

Kawasan Taman Fatahillah Kota Tua Jakarta adalah lokasi pusat kegiatan komunitas-komunitas aktif yang memiliki banyak ragam perilaku dan kegiatan yang berlatar belakang seni, sosial, mata pencahariaan dan budaya. Didalamnya, terdapat masalah kompleksitas penggunaan ruang dan minimnya kualitas ruang publik eksisting sehingga membutuhkan studi pola behavioural settings yang diperlukan untuk penataan ruang terbuka publik kawasan ini. Metode penelitiannya adalah behaviour place-centered mapping. Variabel penelitiannya adalah person/komunitas beserta perilaku dan aktivitasnya, tatanan lingkungan fisik (milieu), waktu, dan synomorphy yang merupakan hubungan antara perilaku dan milieu-nya. Hasil penelitiannya adalah terdapat kesamaan perilaku yang memanfaatkan ruang teduh kosong, berkumpul dengan komunitas lainnya, berjalan/duduk sambil menikmati pemandangan sekitar, dan berinteraksi sekaligus melakukan kegiatan utamanya. Perilaku-perilaku ini membutuhkan ruang istirahat, ruang interaksi dan ruang kegiatan utamanya. Ruang-ruang aktivitas tersebut dapat membentuk setting dan tatanan lingkungan yang dapat ditunjang dengan rekomendasi penataan elemen ruang publik seperti shelter, vegetasi peneduh, lampu, kios, signage, dan utilitas kawasan sebagai perangkat fisik pendukung didalamnya
