Pengaruh Pesan ScarlettxTWICE di Instagram terhadap Minat Beli

Perkembangan industri kecantikan saat ini sangat pesat. Industri kecantikan selalu mengikuti perubahan yang ada. Ditengah masa pandemi ini, membuat masyarakat lebih sadar untuk merawat diri mereka. Para perusahaan kecantikan berlomba-lomba untuk merebut hati para konsumen. Scarlett Whitening merupakan industri dibidang kecantikan yang pada saat ini digemari dan banyak dikenal masyarakat. Agar sebuah merek dapat memenangkan persaingan, memerlukan beberapa strategi pemasaran seperti penyampaian pesan melalui konten. Aktivitas penyampaian pesan yang dilakukan secara digital oleh Scarlett Whitening kerap kali mendapat tanggapan yang positif dari audiens terutama para penggemar TWICE. Konsep yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah strategi penyampaian pesan dan minat beli. Dengan munculnya fenomena Korean Wave yang saat ini sedang marak dimasyarakat, para pelaku usaha kecantikan kemudian menggunakan artis Korea sebagai strategi mereka untuk melakukan penyampaian pesan secara digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pesan ScarlettxTWICE terhadap minat beli produk Scarlett Whitening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Untuk memperoleh data, penelitian mengambil 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari pesan (X) terhadap minat beli (Y) sebesar 16,1% sedangkan sisanya 83,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini

PENGARUH MANAJEMEN MODAL KERJA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR

One of the main concerns of corporate financial management is how managers make short-term decisions known as working capital management. This requires making capital management policies and decisions that have an impact on performance. The purpose of this study is to find out how the literature on the impact of working capital management on company profitability has changed over time. Publish or Perish, a software program, was used to conduct research in 25 journals from 2012 to 2022 using a systematic literature review technique. The results of this study suggest that increasing working capital will increase profitability when working capital levels are low. However, profitability will decrease as working capital increases when the working capital level is high. In addition, reliable estimates of a company's ideal NTC level are provided in this report. Furthermore, this investigation examines the impact of financial constraints on the ideal level of working capital. The results of this literature review show that working capital management has an effect on company profitability.

PENGARUH FRAUD TRIANGLE TERHADAP KECURANGAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR

Financial statements are a structured presentation of the financial position that shows the financial performance of an entity. On the other hand, the Financial Services Authority in Indonesia imposes sanctions on capital market players for committing fraudulent financial statements. This shows that cases of fraudulent financial statements that occurred in Indonesia are part of the failure of the audit conducted by the Public Accounting Firm (KAP). This study aims to examine the effect of the fraud triangle factor in detecting fraud in a financial statement. The object of this study uses the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2022. This study uses earnings management to see the potential for fraudulent financial statements. Earnings management is measured using the F-Score indicator. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method. Based on these criteria, a sample of 30 research journals was obtained. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that rationalization has a significant effect on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, financial target, financial stability, director change, external pressure, nature of industry monitoring have a significant effect on financial statement fraud. This research contributes to regulators in setting regulations to improve audit quality, especially in detecting fraud.

The Effects of the staff's different cultural background, in giving service, on the customer satisfaction in River Side Chinese Oriental Cuisine, Laren, the Netherlands

This dissertation discusses about the effects of the staff?s different cultural background in giving service to the customer satisfaction in River Side Chinese Oriental Cuisine Restaurant in the coming year. The writer?s goal is to find out whether the cultural differences affect the service performance and customer satisfaction. As a result in the future, River Side Chinese Oriental Cuisine will be able to improve the service quality and give a satisfying service to the customers. In this research, the writers use qualitative research. This qualitative research begins with literature review which contains the theory of service, customer satisfaction and culture. In the theory of service, the factors that make good service and kinds of service styles are discussed. The theory of culture is divided into two; they are Chinese - Indonesian culture and Chinese - Hong Kong culture. This dissertation also uses explanatory research. In this case, the data are collected by distributing questionnaires only to the regular customers of Golden River Restaurant to find out if there is a difference of being served by Chinese - Indonesian trainees compared to the Chinese - Hong Kong staff. The data are analyzed in percentages and shown in tables so that the result of the research can be easily understood by the readers. Finally it can be concluded that the staff?s different cultural backgrounds in giving service do not affect the customer satisfaction.
