PELESTARIAN RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU TINGKAT KELURAHAN MELALUI PROGRAM KULIAH KERJA NYATA UNIVERSITAS COKROAMINOTO YOGYAKARTA

Community Service Program is a mandatory activity which should be done by students of Yogyakarta Cokroaminoto University. Thematic Community Service Program were done in Gambiran Village, Pandeyan Urban Village, Umbulharjo District of Yogyakarta. This program was held since 6th of February – 21st of March 2023. Community Service Program was started from location survey, village and university party consultation, until the ongoing program of Community Service. Many programs were held. The programs were consisted of individual programs as well as group programs. The results of the programs were environmental and cultural conservation also community empowerment sustainability. It is hoped that through this Community Service Program, the community of Gambiran Village can develop better and the environment surrounding will always be clean and green space. Community Service Program becomes a facility of learning and practicing for students. Besides, through Community Service Program, Cokroaminoto University can contribute to the giving of education value as well as humanity value outside campus. One of the contributions happened was the conservation of Legawong Park. This park was an embodiment of open green space where community can take advantage of it. Conservation and maintenance became the solution for Gambiran Village’s open green space. It is hoped that this program not only becomes the transfer of knowledge but also transfer of value to the more positive way. The existence of thematic Community Service Program students of Cokroaminoto University 2023 is hoped can give a lot of changes which made the community of Gambiran village are developed better

PENANGANAN TINDAK PIDANA PEMILU DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI WEWENANG SENTRA GAKKUMDU (PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERPADU)

Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) di Indonesia merupakan wujud demokrasi yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017. Meskipun demikian, dalam pelaksanaannya sering terjadi pelanggaran, termasuk pelanggaran pidana Pemilu. Untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut, dibentuklah Sentra Gakkumdu melalui Perbawaslu Nomor 31 Tahun 2018 yang melibatkan Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu), Kepolisian, dan Kejaksaan guna memastikan penanganan pelanggaran pidana Pemilu yang efektif. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif normatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif yang melibatkan analisis kebijakan, studi kasus, serta wawancara untuk memperoleh pandangan langsung mengenai implementasi kewenangan Sentra Gakkumdu. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Sentra Gakkumdu di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam menangani tindak pidana Pemilu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua faktor utama yang mempengaruhi efektivitas Sentra Gakkumdu: pertama, faktor internal berupa koordinasi yang belum optimal antara Bawaslu, Kepolisian, dan Kejaksaan; kedua, faktor eksternal berupa regulasi yang masih lemah, terbatasnya sumber daya manusia, serta minimnya partisipasi masyarakat. Kelemahan dalam regulasi menjadi faktor signifikan yang turut menghambat penegakan hukum dalam tindak pidana Pemilu

IMPLEMENTASI RESTORATIVE JUSTICE TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA ASUSILA MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL DI WILAYAH HUKUM POLDA DIY

The development of information technology has changed societal interactions, with social media becoming a new public space. However, this digital space also brings issues like indecent crimes in D.I. Yogyakarta. The police responded with Circular Letter Number: SE/2/II/2021 to encourage responsible use of digital space and introduce Restorative Justice (RJ), which focuses on restoring relationships between perpetrators, victims, and the community. However, the application of RJ in digital indecency cases is still limited, with only 2 cases resolved through RJ from 2021-2024. This research uses a normative-empirical approach, gathering facts from field research at Polda D.I. Yogyakarta. The implementation of RJ starts from victim reports and involves the agreement of both parties to settle amicably through a request letter, a peace agreement, and evidence of rights restoration. Challenges in implementing RJ include unknown perpetrators, lack of understanding among involved parties, and disagreements. Efforts to overcome these challenges include digital data analysis, collaboration with law enforcement, community education, providing information about RJ, and building trust and communication between both parties

Identification of various laws in Indonesia that provide legal protection to street children in carrying out their rights and obligations as part of Indonesian citizens. This legal inventory resulted in the finding that legally they have become the attention of the state legally so that they deserve proper legal protection for children as usual. Such research is useful in strengthening the role and authority of institutions or related parties when dealing with street children in order to maintain and even improve their welfare
