    The Linguistic Repertoire of a Young Adult, and a Middle Adult of a Ngaju Dayaknese Family in Central Kalimantan

    This study is a qualitative study about linguistic repertoire and the subjects are three people from three different ages of a Ngaju Dayaknese family consisting of the mother, the first child and the third child. This study was conducted in order to see the linguistic repertoire of them. In order to reach the research objectives, I used the theories of linguistic repertoire by Milroy and Milroy (1990) and code choice by Holmes (2001). From my study, I found that the linguistic repertoire of the third child is Banjarese language, Indonesian language, and Ngaju Dayaknese language, the linguistic repertoire of the first child is Ngaju Dayaknese language, Indonesian language, and Banjarese language, and the linguistic repertoire of the mother is Ngaju Dayaknese language, Banjarese language, and Indonesian language. It can be concluded that the linguistic repertoire of each subject can be distinguished one from another and it was influenced by the environment he/she was exposed to

    Aplikasi Pupuk Lewat Daun Pada Tanaman Kailan (Brassica Oleracea)

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan frekuensi aplikasi pupuk organic cair (POC) yang memberihasil kalian paling baik dibandingkan dengan pupuk anorganik standar bermerek dagang (sebagai kontrol) lewat daun. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan lima perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: pemberian POC 2 hari sekali (F1) memberikan hasil berat segar kailan paling baik dan lebih baik dari yang dihasil perlakuan control yaitu mencapai berat segar 126,23 gram/tanaman dengan beratkering 9,68 gram/tanaman. Perlakuan pemberian pupuk Gandasil D (F0, sebagai kontrol) memberikan hasil 124,63 g/tanaman. Aplikasi POC yang lain yaitu F2, F3 dan F4 menghasilkan berat segar yang berbeda tidak nyata dengan F0 dan F1. Dapat disimpulkan, bahwa POC konsentrasi 50% yang disemprotkan setiap 2 hari mampu menghasilkan kailan lebih baik dari perlakuan kontrol

    The Effect of Evapotranspiration Defisit 0n Water Productivity and Growth of Soybean Plants (Glycine Max L. Merrill)

    Soybean is an efficient source of vegetable protein. National soybean production continues to decline during2010-2012. The lowproductivity of soybean is one of them caused by drought stress. Therefore, it is necessary touse cultivation techniques which can improve the efficiency of water use, ie with deficit irrigation. Deficitirrigation can be evaluated by calculating the amount of crop water productivity. The purpose of the research isto calculate andcompare themagnitude of cropwater productivity andgrowth of three varieties of soybeanplantsin each treatment evapotranspiration deficit. Researchwas conducted in September 2014 -December 2014 in thegreenhouse of IntegratedField Laboratory and LaboratoryofWaterResourcesand LandDepartment ofAgriculture,University of Lampung.The experimentwas conducted using a factorial in completely randomized design (CRD)with two factors that is soybean varieties which consists of three varieties: Kaba, Tanggamus, and Willis anddeficit ETC which consists of three levels: 1.0 x ETC, 0.8 x ETC, and 0.6 x ETC. Data were analyzed with Analysis OfVariance (Test F), then continued by LSD test at the significance level of 5% and 1%. Results showed that: (1)based on the total leaf area, Kaba and Wilis varieties of soybean plants have started stress at week 2nd in thetreatment ET2 (0,8 x ETC), varieties Tanggamus began stress on the 3rd week of the treatment ET3 (0,6 x ETC).Eventually based on the production of soybeans plant, varieties Tanggamus andKaba remains stress in treatmentET2 (0,8 x ETC) except varietiesWillis on ET3 (0.6 x ETC), (2) the crop water productivity was not significantlydifferent between treatments except treatment Tanggamus varieties ET3 deficit (0, 6 x ETC), (3) Kaba varietieshave the highest production in the amount of 20.22 grams,while the cropwater productivity of the highest of theWilis varieties is equal to 0.5 kg/m3

    Meningkatkan Kreativitas Anak dalam Menggambar dengan Menggunakan Media Slide Show Berbasis Powerpoint di Tk Permata Surabaya

    Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dalam hal kreativitas menggambar siswa, khususnya pada kegiatan menggambar yang masih kurang. Para siswa cenderung tidak bersemangat atau kurang tertarik pada pelajaran menggambar yang diberikan oleh guru. Hal ini terlihat ketika guru memberi tugas menggambar. Banyak siswa yang mengerjakan tugasnya dengan asal-asalan dan cenderung tidak memperhatikan. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kreativitas menggambar siswa diperlukan penggunaan media yang dapat menarik dan meninggkatkan minat siswa dalam menggambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas menggambar melalui media slide show berbasis powerpoint kepada siswa. Penelitian ini ditujukan di taman kanak ndash; kanak supaya pembelajaran menggambar menjadi suatu kegiatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi siswa sehingga siswa mampu berkreativitas melalui media slide show berbasis powerpoint. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas B di TK. PERMATA Surabaya yang berjumlah 18 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kreativitas menggambar anak mengalami peningkatan setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus pertama siswa mendapat presentasi 66.3% dan pada siklus kedua mendapat presentasi ketuntasan dengan 76.4 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media slide show berbasis powerpoint dapat meningkatkan kreativitas menggambar anak kelompok B2 di TK. Permata Kecamatan Wiyung, Surabaya tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Adapun kendala-kendala yang muncul pada proses pembelajaran menggambar dengan menggunakan media slide show adalah guru masih sulit menggontrol siswa, dan siswa banyak yang tidak percaya diri pada saat menggambar. Untuk mengatasi kendala diatas, guru menggunakan media slide show dengan gambar yang lebih menarik dalam pembelajaran menggambar sehingga siswa dapat lebih tertarik dalam menggambar. Background of this research is an observation which is done by the researcher on the studentsrsquo; creativity of drawing, specially on drawing activity which is rarely practiced. The students tend to be inactive or less interested in the drawing subject which is given by the teacher. This case can be seen when the teacher gives a drawing task, then there are many students doing the task perfunctorily. Therefore, to increase the studentsrsquo; creativity of drawing, it needs a media that can attract, develop, and train the studentsrsquo; interest. This research intents on increasing the drawing creativity through the media of slide show. This research is performed for kindergarten students in order to make the drawing subject become an interesting activity for the studets, so it will make them more creative through the slide show of power point as the media. This research used the plan of Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) which was done in two cycles. In each cycle has been performed through four stages. Those are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research are the teacher and 19 students of TK Permata Surabaya. The technique of collecting the data of this research is by using questionnaire, interview, observation, and note takig.The result of this research show that the score of studentsrsquo; drawing creativity is increasing in each cycle. At the first cycle, the students got the score in the percentage of 66,3% and at the second cycle, the students got 76,4%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of slide show as the media can increase the drawing creativity of group B2 students of TK Permata, Wiyung, Surabaya, 2014/2015. Yet, there are constraints that appear on the learning process by using slide show as the media. Those constraints are the teachers still get difficulty to control the students and the students who still do not feel confident in drawing. To face those problems, the teacher should use slide show with more interesting pictures in the drawing subject, so the students can easily learn and more interested in drawing.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja (gaji pokok, peluang kenaikan gaji, penghargaan atas hasil kerja karyawan, dan promosi jabatan) terhadap kinerja karyawan (kualitas, kuantitas, pelaksanaan pekerjaan, tanggung jawab). Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 73 karyawan Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menyebar angket kepada karyawan di bagian produksi pada CV Bukit Sanomas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier sederhana.
