The Effect of Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on the Stock Price in Indonesia Stock Exchange
Fundamental analysis of companies with financial ratios is essential in making investment decisions for any company. Therefore, to obtain maximum profit, investors need to perform a study before making investment decisions. This research aims to examine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on the stock price. The research at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, a sub-sector of food and beverage companies, period five years (2014-2018). The sample of this study amounted to 12 companies from 26 companies in the population of food and beverage companies that have met the researchers' criteria. Data analysis with bootstrapping used SEM (statistical equation modeling) in hypothesis testing. The research findings confirmed the significant effect of Earning per Share, Price to Book Value, and Dividend Payout Ratio on stock prices. Meanwhile, the Net Profit Margin does not significantly affect stock prices in the study period, with an alpha significance of five percent. These findings imply practical implications that EPS, PBV, DPR, and NPM ratio information can be considered in investment decisions for anyone
ANALISA FAKTOR GENETIK TERHADAP TERJADINYA MENARCHE PADA ANAK PEREMPUAN KELAS VI DI SDN JEPARA I, II DAN III KEC.BUBUTAN SURABAYA
Bila menarche terjadi lebih awal 15 tahun maka dikhawatirkan terjadi masalah dengan organ reproduksi anak tersebut. Dari data awal yang didapat anak perempuan yang sudah menarche di SDN Jepara I, II & III kec. Bubutan Surabaya adalah sebanyak 45 anak.
Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara
faktor genetik dengan terjadinya menarche.
Design penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Diteliti di SDN Jepara I, II & III Kee. Bubutan Surabaya, dari bulan Juni - Juli
2009. Populasinya adalah Seluruh Anak Perempuan kelas VI tahun 2009 bersama ibunya sebanyak 45 orang . Pengambilan sample secara probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling, yang mana besar samplenya adalah 40 anak perempuan kelas VI berserta ibunya. Terknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara terstruktur berupa check list.
Dari 40 responden dalam penelitian ini yang memiliki frekuensi umur menarche tertinggi yaitu responden yang umur menarche ( anak ) sesuai yaitu sebanyak 34 oresponden ( 85%) dan umur menarche ( ibu) sesuai yaitu sebanyak
35 responden ( 87,5% ). Dengan menggunakan uji statistik eksak dari Fisher
didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara faktor genetik terhadap menarche.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah genetik merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi menarche dengan harus mempertimbangkan faktor lain. Orang tua sebagai pilar utama anak mendapatkan pengetahuan agar menciptakan lingkungan adaptif agar anaknya mampu menjalani masa menstruasi yang sehat
PENYUSUNAN FORMAT RENCANA USAHA BAGI PENGUSAHA KULINER DI KAWASAN CENDANA BANJARMASIN
Entrepreneurial development in Indonesia is very small, amounts to 0.18% of the total population. Ironic considering the number of available potential in Indonesia's earth (natural resources), so abundant to be a good product. The slow development of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is influenced by how much attention the government to its citizens. Look at our government today. Do they invite to use the product in the country? we can take the example of one of the government's policies, import salt, chili, rice etc. Is it appropriate for the State of Indonesia as an agricultural country with the dawn of rice cultivation such imports?. Government attention is needed to empower people to improve the entrepreneurial spirit. Especially in developing informal business communities of the culinary business. However, it is also the role of public institutions and universities by providing socialization and counseling, in order to accelerate the empowerment felt by the public and obtain maximum benefit in managing the business.In an effort to increase business profits, culinary entrepreneurs need to be given knowledge about the preparation of the business plan format.Keywords: Business Plan Format, Entrepreneur Culinar
MEDIASI KEPUASAN KERJA DALAM MEMPENGARUHI ANTARA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan SDM PDAM Bandarmasih Banjarmasin)
Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yaitu lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja. pada PDAM Bandarmasih terlihat adanya gejala penurunan kinerja pada sebagian besar karyawan, jika dilihat dari tingkat kehadiran karyawan. Karyawan yang belum mencapai target minimal kehadiran 85 % dalam satu semester semakin bertambah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Bandarmasih kota Banjarmasin.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang akan mengeksplorasi pengaruh antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan angket dari 32 orang responden. Kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, berpengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terbukti berpengaruh signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan
PENGARUH STRATEGI KEUNGGULAN BERSAING DAN ORIENTASI PASAR TERHADAP KINERJA PEMASARAN PERUSAHAAN
Based on empirical studies and theoretical studies that market orientation and strategic competitive advantage and a good marketing performance can be achieved by Industry Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) when they can meet-indigo value of each variable in an integrated manner. Therefore, the relationship of these variables influence is very interesting to do the assessment and tested empirically in the context of the Small Business Industry mengah (SMEs) in South Kalimantan Province. The purpose of this study theoretically (long-term) is expected for the development of the science, especially in the field of marketing management related to market-oriented marketing strategies to achieve competitive advantage in order to improve the performance of SMEs Company marketing. While practical purposes (short-term) is the finding of this study is expected to provide information on the perpetrators indsustri small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as a basis for improving the quality of products and services through the process of market orientation. The method used in this study is a survey method, whereas this type of research is classified as explanatory research. Data analysis tool used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) The studies have shown that the market orientation positive significant effect on the competitive advantage Strategy and Performance pemesaran company. PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada PT. Inhutani II Kabupaten Kotabaru)
The aims of this research were to: 1) describe education and training program of employees’, 2) describe employees’ job performance, 3) find out the education and training program variable’s could be increasing to employees’ job performance at PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district. This research was done by using the explanatory approach which is a research approach to explain the causality or contribution of independent variable toward dependent variable through the argumentation of hypothesis way. The descriptive result of the research showed that the PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district still can be categorized in good condition. While the inferential result of this research showed that education and training are influence toward employees’ job performance at PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district . For suggestion, the results of this research are expected not only to give academic contribution for the improvement of human resource, especially as a comprehension toward employees’ behavior in organization, but also to be an input for the users especially for the management section in PT. This study aims to, prove significant influence motivation partially on employee performance, proving significant effect partially to the Work Environment Employee Performance, and prove the significant influence of Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously against South PT.Tanjung Employee Performance Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan.Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression equation .Populasi in this study were all fixed karwayan South PT.Tanjung Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan .Sampel research as much as 67 .Pengujian partially Variables Influence Motivation (X1) the Employee Performance is equal to 17,182, thus, the hypothesis that motivation berpengauh positive and significant impact on Employee Performance South PT.Tanjung Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan proved acceptable. Working Environment Variables Influence (X2) to the environment variable t value is equal to 9,785, thus partially the environment has a significant impact on employee performance South PT.Tanjung Jaya Makmur South Kalimantan proved acceptable. Effect of Motivation and Work Environment Variables simultaneously towards employee performance with the result of 178,391 F count larger than F table 3,140, thus simultaneously Motivation and Work Environment positive and significant impact on Employee Performance PT. PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
The background of this study by organizational climate and job discipline on employees performance of Politeknik Muara Teweh North Barito regency. This is affected by organizational climate, job discipline and employees performance. The purpose this study is how much influence the organizational climate, job discipline on employees performance of Politeknik Muara Teweh North Barito regency.The design of this study using quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires to 54 respondents in the Politeknik Muara Teweh of North Barito regency by using sampling techniques proportionate stratified random sampling to determine the respondents to each variable. Then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis Quantitative Analysis of covering validity and reliability, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is the analysis of multiple linear regersi which serves to prove the hypothesis of the study.Results of the analysis found that the organizational climate variable (X1) of 40.2%, job discipline (X2) amounted to 63.8%, singly or together have a positive and significant impact on Employees performance (Y). Figures adjusted R-square of 0.892 indicates that 89.2% Employee performance variables influenced by three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 10.8% is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. And it is known that the dominant variable affecting Employee performance variables are variables besides Organizational climate and Job discipline
