Bureaucratic reform is basically an effort to perform renewing and fundamental changes, systematic and thorough in system of government. This research aims to understand the implementation of bureaucratic reform public services in achieving excellent service and know aspects that inhibits in the implementation of bureaucracy reform in BPPT Semarang. This research uses method qualitative study. The result of this research is implementation of the bureaucracy reform in BPPT has shown excellent service and service provided by BPPT had already demonstrated excellent service, there are still some aspects need to be improved. Aspects that needs to be repaired it can be seen of the dimensions of prime service consisting of simplicity; clearness; certainty time; accuracy; security; responsibility; completeness facilities and infrastructure, accessibility; discipline, civility and cordiality; and comfort. The Correlation of Watching Soap Opera “Anak Jalanan” Intensity and Perceived Reality with Antisocial Behavior

This research is based on the high number of soap operas that contain elements of violence, especially Anak Jalanan soap opera. Although the KPI has given warning repeatedly to the Anak Jalanan soap opera, but it does not provide a deterrent effect because Anak Jalanan soap opera is still live with violence content. This research aims to determine the correlation of watching soap opera “Anak Jalanan” intensity and perceived reality with antisocial behavior. The theories that are use to explain the correlation in this research are the Social Learning Theory and Model Psychology Comstock. The research used non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, with 100 respondents. Analysis used was Kendall\u27s Correlation Coefficient Tau_b with SPSS 16. The result of the first hypothesis test between watching soap opera Anak Jalanan intensity with antisocial behavior has a positive correlation. It is seen from the significant value of 0.000 or less than 0.01 and a correlation value of 0.541 which indicates a significant correlation between the two variables. The second hypothesis test results between perceived reality with antisocial behavior have a positive correlation. It is seen from the significant value of 0.000 or less than 0.01 and a correlation value of 0.541, indicates a significant correlation between the two variables.Conclusion test this hypothesis is the higher watching soap opera Anak Jalanan intensity, the higher the antisocial behavior and the higher the perceived reality that antisocial behavior will be higher. The researchers suggest is the authorized institution such as KPI should not extend broadcasting license if there is content that does not comply with the rules, KPAI to be more active in providing awareness and media literacy in the community to consume television wisely, and parental mediation to accompany children in consuming the content of television program

Pengaruh Komisaris Asing, Direktur Asing dan Kepemilikan Asing terhadap Kinerja Intellectual Capital

This research aims to determine the effect of foreign commissioners, foreign directors and foreign ownership on intellectual capital performance of manufacturing firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2015. The sample used in this research composed of 20 companies with a span of 4 years or as many as 80 observations. This study used multiple linear regressions as statistical tools. The results are the proportions of foreign directors have significant positive effect on the intellectual capital performance while the proportion of foreign commissioners and the proportion of foreign ownership are not proven to have a significant effect on the intellectual capital performance

Model Revitalisasi Sekolah Terdampak Erupsi Merapi Melalui Pembuatan Perangkat Pembelajaran Inovatif Berbahan Dasar Limbah Anorganik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi lokal baik sumber daya manusia maupun material sisa bencana untuk merevitalisasi sekolah terdampak bencana Merapi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development menggunakan lima fase perancangan pengajaran model spiral diadaptasi dari ‘five phases of instructional design\u27 dari Cennamo dan Kalk (2005:6). Kelima fase tersebut adalah: definisi, desain, peragaan, pengembangan, dan penyajian. Proses dimulai dari definisi menuju kearah fase desain, peragaan, pengembangan, dan penyajian secara spiral melibatkan calon pengguna, ahli materi, anggota tim instruktur, dan pebelajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terjadi peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah anorganik untuk membuat perangkat pembelajaran sains realistik, ditandai kemampuan menerjemahkan desain; (2) Respon guru dan siswa sangat baik (kategori rata-rata 4,3 dari skala 5) terhadap perangkat pembelajaran; dan (3) revitalisasi sekolah ditunjukkan dengan tersedianya perangkat pembelajaran sains yang dihasilkan masayarakat sehingga terjalin kemitraan yang kolaboratif
