    Analyzing the Role of Entrepreneurial SCM Competence, Supply Chain Strategies, Family Environment and Entrepreneurial Motivation towards Entrepreneurial Intentions

    The current study purpose is to figure out the interrelationship among the family environment, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial supply chain management competencies, supply chain strategies and entrepreneurial intention of students in at Krisnadwipayana university of Jakarta. For this purpose, the data was collected from the 300 students of Krisnadwipayana university of Jakarta that represent 50 percent response rate. Using cross sectional research design and quantitative research approach. The Structural Equation moderating (SEM) technique direct effect key findings had shown that family support had a significant relationship with the entrepreneurial intention, while entrepreneurial intention did not have a direct relationship with the entrepreneurial motivation. The direct effect further shown that entrepreneurial motivation, supply chain strategies also have a significant relationship with the EI. Similarly, entrepreneurial supply chain management competencies also had a positive and significant relationship with the supply chain strategies. In other words, the indirect effect had shown that entrepreneurial motivation also significantly mediating in the relationship of family environment and entrepreneurial intention. Moreover, the entrepreneurial supply chain management competencies also positively and significantly moderated on the family support and entrepreneurial motivation. These findings could add a body of knowledge that could provide help to increase the future research. The research limitations were also discussed at the study end

    The Effect of Supply chain planning and operations on Employee Performance through Employee Job Satisfaction

    The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of the work environment and supply chain planning and operationson, work environment and leadership on job satisfaction and its implication toward the performance of the job satisfaction,  job satisfaction on performance and work environment and leadership through job satisfaction on performance. The sample size in this study using Slovin formula with large ? used is 5%, thus the sample size is 80 people. Research used a quantitative analysis method, using path analysis, followed by determination analysis (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous (F test) with alpha 5 percent (0.05). The analytical tool uses SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The results of this study show that leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and satisfaction as well as job satisfaction, have an influence on the performance of employees

    This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and the Job Pressure of the Job Performance partially determine the effect of organizational commitment the performance of employees through job satisfaction variables and determine the effect of work stress on job performance through job satisfaction. The study was conducted on the employees of the Directorate of transport and communications and information technology. The sampling technique using saturated samples involving 83 people. Analysis of data using path analysis. The results of this study variables organizational commitment and job stress affect the performance of employees simultaneously variables affect organizational commitment to Job Performance partially. Variable Job Pressure affects the performance of employees partially. Satisfaction variables affect the performance of employees in the organization's commitment to partial Job Performance. Influence is 0.558. The influence of the organization's commitment to Job Performance through Satisfaction is 0.390X0,485=0.189. In this case, the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect that variables satisfaction as an intervening variable. The direct effect of work stress on Job Performance is 0.365. While the Job Pressure effect on Job Performance through Job satisfaction is 0.252X0,485=0.122. In this case, the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect that variables satisfaction as an intervening variable

    Indonesia Islamic Banking Readiness in Facing the ASEAN Economic Community, in Terms of Islamic Banking Disclosure and Performance Indices

    This research is aimed to analyze the level of openness of Indonesia Islamic Banking which is viewed from Islamic Banking Disclosure Index based on Sharia Compliance Indicator, Corporate Governance Indicator and Social/Environment Indicator. This research is used the quantitative and qualitative methods. The use of a quantitative method in this research looks at the evaluation of Islamic Banking Performance Index, and the use of the qualitative method in this research looks at the evaluation of Islamic Banking Disclosure Index. The result of research showed Islamic Banking Disclosure Index of Indonesia Islamic Banking higher than ASEAN Islamic Banking. The average of Islamic Banking Disclosure Index of Indonesia Islamic Banking has amounted 82.71%, higher than ASEAN that is amounted 52.40%. Based on the analysis of Islamic Banking Disclosure Index is concluded that Indonesia Islamic Banking more open to revealing the information/publication related to Sharia Compliance Indicator, Corporate Governance Indicator and Social/Environment Indicator and Islamic Banking Performance Index

    <p>This article aims to determine application of management principles that can be applied effort to prevent stunting prevalence in Banten area. Problem focused of short toddlers or stunting is not only faced by Indonesia, but also problem facing the world. To approach this problem, theoretical reference from POAC (Planning, organizing, actuating and controlling) is used. Data were collected through techniques of analyzing reduction, data presentation and verification and analyzed qualitatively descriptively. This study concludes reduction stunting prevalence in Banten has been running as it should. Through program, efforts reduce stunting prevalence can reduce and prevent stunting toddlers and the first 1,000 days of life.</p><p> </p&gt
