Faculty members should not view the institutional repository as a drain on their SSRN rankings. While SSRN excels at delivering their work to the cadre of legal specialists, IRs typically do a better job of presenting it to a broader readership. This expanded exposure should be judged a positive benefit of participation in the IR, helping to mitigate criticisms of law faculty as sequestered, insular, and writing only for themselves. Anyone interested in giving their ideas the widest possible hearing should deposit their intellectual work in as many venues as possible. For law professors, this means they should have both SSRN and the IR working for them

The Athletic Profile of Fast Bowling in Cricket : A Review

Cricket is a global sport played in over 100 countries with elite performers attracting multimillion dollar contracts. Therefore, performers maintaining optimum physical fitness and remaining injury free is important. Fast bowlers have a vital position in a cricket team, and there is an increasing body of scientific literature that has reviewed this role over the past decade. Previous research on fast bowlers has tended to focus on biomechanical analysis and injury prevention in performers. However, this review aims to critically analyze the emerging contribution of physiological-based literature linked to fast bowling in cricket, highlight the current evidence related to simulated and competitive in-match performance, and relate this practically to the conditioning coach. Furthermore, the review considers limitations with past research and possible avenues for future investigation. It is clear with the advent of new applied mobile monitoring technology that there is scope for more ecologically valid and longitudinal exploration capturing in-match data, providing quantification of physiological workloads, and analysis of the physical demands across the differing formats of the game. Dust Mitigation on Mars Using an Electrostatic Precipitator

The Martian atmosphere contains large amounts of dust, which are lofted by dust devils and dust storms. Some of this dust, particles on the order of 2-4 m, never settle and are constantly present in the atmosphere. Therefore, in order to utilize the planet's atmosphere for production of consumables, like oxygen and methane, this dust must be removed before the commodity production can begin. The electrostatic precipitator is currently being studied at Kennedy Space Center as a realistic option for removing this dust. This project covers the results, to date, of the dust flow initiation, control, and analysis inside the electrostatic precipitator, which is to be modelled after various dusty Martian atmospheric conditions
