    Purpose of study: Research aims at the study of legal norms that are formed and used to regulate the institutional aspects and business activities of the Islamic Micro Finance (LKMS) as well as the counter-hegemonic movement that lies behind them. Methodology: This research employs qualitative approach, which based on secondary data in the form of written documents, collected through library studies and primary data from informants, collected through in-depth interviews and observations in four LKMS in Surakarta LKMS Al-Huda UNS, LKMS Al-Abidin, LKMS AmanahUmmahUMS, LKMS Al-Muayyad. Results: The Legal norms established and used to regulate the institutional and business aspects of the four Sharia Microfinance Institutions in Surakarta show that there are certain aspects in common, and differences on the other. The norms used in regulating the institutional and business aspects of Sharia Microfinance Institutions in Surakarta show a mixture of norms in Islamic law and the MUIs Fatwa, the Norms (in positive law) governing banks, financing institutions, partnerships, and cooperatives, with elements of the more prominent Islamic law. Applications: The existence of the equations of the norms used in the background by the existence of counter-hegemonic movement built by The Small Business Incubation Center (PINBUK), which has passed through the corporate phase but has not exceeded the hegemonic phase. While the differences of norms used, due to the different degrees of cultural penetration of each Sharia Microfinance Institutions against the hegemonic movement driven by PINBUK

    In the case of Decision Number: 29/PDT.G/2010/PN.DPK, the Plaintiff conducted a land sale with Defendant II, in which Defendant II previously purchased the land from Defendant I. And in the case of Decision Number: 09/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Prob, Defendant I and her husband, bought the land of disputed object from Defendant V. Then the Plaintiffs argue that the object of the dispute belongs to the Plaintiffs so that Defendant V has no right to sell the disputed object to Defendant I and her husband. In both cases Buyer states that he is a good buyer of good faith. The purpose of this study is to determine the judge's legal considerations in considering the accommodation of good faith principles in the sale and purchase agreement in two decisions investigated. Approach method used is normative law research by using legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence relating to object under study. Type of research used is descriptive because to describe precisely about the object under study. Sources and types of data used are secondary data in the form of Decision Number: 29/PDT.G/2010/PN.DPK and Decision Number: 09/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Prob. Methods of data collection by library research by collecting and reading books, journals and legislation relating to the object under study. Methods of data analysis using qualitative research and analyzed using deductive logic. Researchers will find and describe the major premise and minor premise. Next will be compared between the minor premise with the major premise to make a conclusion. The results of this study show that in Decision Number: 29/PDT.G/2010/PN.DPK and Decision Number: 09/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Prob there are elements of good faith that have been considered by judges and elements elements not considered by the judge

    This study aims to describe consumers' rights to information in buying and selling transactions online on E-Commerce Lazada, this research uses the method approach sociological juridical (law in action). Source of data in this research is library data (library research) which consists of information on goods traded by business actors on E-Commerce Lazada. The data obtained through the literature study, after being processed, was analyzed qualitative by using deductive logic method. Based on the discussion conducted, it can be seen that the information contained in E-Commerce Lazada has not provided consumer protection, this is because there are still many business actors who provide information contrary to Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection such as incorrect information, no guarantee of compensation to consumers, physical goods that do not match the information, and the information provided is incomplete. As well as the consequences in the form of administrative sanctions for business actors who violate the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. Berdasarkan dari pembahasan yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa informasi yang terdapat di E-Commerce Lazada belum memberikan perlindungan konsumen, hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak pelaku usaha yang memberikan informasi bertentangan dengan peraturan perlindungan konsumen seperti informasi yang tidak benar, tidak ada jaminan ganti rugi kepada konsumen, fisik barang yang tidak sesuai informasi, serta informasi yang diberikan tidak lengkap
