    Pengukuran Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Jasa Penerbangan (Studi Kasus Pada Jasa Penerbangan Garuda Indonesia Semarang - Jakarta)

    Ditengah persaingan antar maskapai penerbangan, Garuda Indonesia sebagai Perusahaan penerbangan terlama di Indonesia masih stabil dalam memberikan pelayanan jasa angkutan udara yang berkualitas dan berorientasi pada kepuasan jasa, terutama melalui sisi peforma pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sampai sejauh mana kesesuaian antara tingkat kepentingan atribut - atribut kualitas pelayanan (service quality) menurut konsumen jasa penerbangan Garuda Indonesia dengan kinerja yang telah dilakukan oleh PT. Garuda Indonesia. Kinerja yang dianggap baik berarti memuaskan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). Data diperoleh melalui survei kepada 100 konsumen jasa penerbangan Garuda Indonesia rute Semarang – Jakarta dengan alat bantu kuesioner dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini terbagi atas empat bagian : kuadran I menjadi prioritas utama Garuda Indonesia dan harus dilaksanakan sesuai dengan harapan konsumen, karena konsumen belum puas dengan kinerja Garuda Indonesia, yaitu : pesawat memiliki peralatan yang menggunakan teknologi mutakhir, memberitahukan jadwal penerbangan akan dilakukan, karyawan memberikan rasa aman dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada penumpang, karyawan siap setiap saat untuk melayani penumpang, karyawan mampu memberikan kepercayaan kepada penumpang, karyawan memahami dan memperhatikan kepentingan penumpang, karyawan sabar dan penuh pengertian dalam menangani penumpang, karyawan memberikan tempat yang nyaman, aman dan representatif. Kuadran II memiliki atribut-atribut yang perlu dipertahankan pelaksanaannya oleh Garuda Indonesia ,karena sudah sesuai dengan harapan konsumen, yaitu : karyawan memberikan sambutan yang baik kepada penumpang, waktu pelayanannya sesuai dengan jadwal yang diinformasikan kepada penumpang, pelayanan yang diberikan dapat dipercaya, menyimpan data yang akurat dan benar, karyawan selalu bersikap ramah kepada penumpang, karyawan memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup, karyawan tanggap terhadap kepentingan penumpang. Kuadran III berarti atribut – atribut dinilai kurang penting oleh konsumen namun konsumen cukup puas dengan kinerja Garuda Indonesia, dan peningkatannya perlu dipertimbangkan, yaitu : karyawan yang bersikap simpatik dalam menghadapi penumpang yang bermasalah, memberikan layanan yang cepat dan nyaman, karyawan mau membantu masalah yang dihadapi penumpang, karyawan siap merespon permintaan penumpang. Kuadran IV berarti atribut-atribut yang pelaksanannya dilakukan dengan sangat baik oleh Garuda Indonesia, namun dinilai kurang penting oleh konsumen, sehingga terkesan belebihan, yaitu : karyawan yang profesional, berpenampilan rapi dan menarik, pesawat memiliki fasilitas yang menarik, penumpang merasa aman selama menggunakan jasa penerbangan. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, agar kepuasan konsumen jasa penerbangan Garuda Indonesia perlu dijaga. Hal ini harus dilakukan Garuda Indonesia untuk meningkatkan daya beli konsumen, memperluas pangsa pasar, dan mempertahankan konsumen untuk tidak beralih pada maskapai penerbangan lain

    Correlation Between Prolonged Standing And Plantar Fasciitis

    Background: Plantar fasciitis (PF) is the most common heel pain in adult. It is estimated that it affects as much as 10% of the population over the course of their lifetime. Previous study mention that prolonged standing is one of the risk factor of PF, however other study suggests that there is low evidence of prolonged standing may cause PF. The objective of this study was to findout whether or not prolonged standing may correlate to PF. Methods: This cross-sectional with total sampling study involved 73 workers in total. 35 of them did not fulfill the inclusion criteria, hence only 38 of subjects were used. The data collected using questionnare and analyzed using Chi-square. with p-value (p) <0.05 and confidence interval (CI) 95%. Results: There is no correlation between prolonged standing and PF symptoms p= 0.249. Conclusion: There is no correlation between prolonged standing and plantar fasciitis and even though in other study suggest that BMI, and age also the risk factor of PF this was not consistently confirmed in this study. Further research may use larger number of subjects and use other measure to determine the definition of prolonged standing

    Saat ini anak berkebutuhan khusus bisa ditemukan di mana - mana. Salah satunya yaitu Autisme. Autisme adalah gejala menutup diri secara total, dan tidak mau berhubungan lagi dengan dunia luar, keasyikan ekstrim dengan pikiran dan fantasi sendiri. Penyebab autisme berbagai macam dan tidak dapat dihindari dalam kehidupan. Oleh karena itu autisme ini merupakan sebuah hal yang tidak bisa dihindari dan bisa menimpa siapa saja. Autisme di dunia terus bertambah, sayangnya di Indonesia sendiri autisme belum terlalu diperhatikan. Video dokumenter ini dibuat untuk mensosialisasikan tentang autisme kepada masyarakat agar timbul rasa kepedulian dan "awareness" terhadap autisme ini

    The influence of pupil responses on subjective brightness perception

    When the pupil dilates, the amount of light that falls onto the retina increases. However, in daily life, this does not make the world look brighter. Here we asked whether pupil size (resulting from active pupil movement) influences subjective brightness in the absence of indirect cues that, in daily life, support brightness constancy. We measured the subjective brightness of a tester stimulus relative to a referent as a function of pupil size during tester presentation. In Experiment 1, we manipulated pupil size through a secondary working-memory task (larger pupils with higher load and after errors). We found some evidence that the tester was perceived as darker, rather than brighter, when pupils were larger. In Experiment 2, we presented a red or blue display (larger pupils following red displays). We again found that the tester was perceived as darker when pupils were larger. We speculate that the visual system takes pupil size into account when making brightness judgments. Finally, we highlight the challenges associated with manipulating pupil size. In summary, the current study (as well as a recent pharmacological study on the same topic by another team) is intriguing first steps towards understanding the role of pupil size in brightness perception

    What are the Factors Affecting the Use of Pap Smear for Cervical Cancer Early Detection in Women? A New Path Analysis Evidence from Banyumas, Central Java

    Background: Cervical cancer is a major public health issue. It is the second most common cancer among women in the world, and one of leading cause of death by gynecologic malignant tumor in developing countries. Pap smear has been recognized as an effective strategy for reducing the incidence and mortality rate of cervical cancer. This study aimed to investigate the determinants of Pap smear utilization for cervical cancer early detection in women of reproductive age using path analysis model. Subjects and Method: This was a case-control study conducted in Cilongok and Ajibarang Sub-districts, Banyumas, Central Java, from January 3 to February 3, 2018. A total sample of 200 women reproductive age was selected for this study by fixed disease sampling. The dependent variable was Pap smear utilization. The independent variables were education level, attitude, perception on the quality health care, access to the health center, family support, peer support, and health personnel support. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis. Results: The use of Pap smear increased with high education (b= 2.63; 95% CI= 1.77 to 3.48 p<0.001), good perception on quality of health care(b= 1.04; 95% CI= 0.22 to 1.86; p= 0.012), positive attitude (b= 1.48; 95% CI= 0.51 to 2.44 p= 0.003), good access to health center (b= 1.02; 95% CI= 0.20 to 1.84 p= 0.015), strong family support (b= 1.29; 95% CI= 0.22 to 2.61; p= 0.029), and strong health personnel support (b= 2.02; 95% CI= 0.60 to 3.45 p= 0.005). The use of Pap smear was indirectly associated with peer support through perception on quality health care. Conclusion: The use of Pap smear increases with education, perception on quality of health care, attitude, access to health center, family support, and health personnel support.     Implementasi Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dalam Pengelolaan Sekolah : (Studi Kasus Di Sekolah Highscope Indonesia – Bali)

    Finding the right type of leadership in a school organization becomes a unique challenge. Transformational leadership was one of the types of leadership that was chosen because of the changes in the organization to empower the staff to do more than what the leader wanted. This research was aimed to find how transformational leadership was implemented, the problems that were dealt with, and also find out the solution that could be used in HighScope Indonesia – Bali. This study was a qualitative research. The data were collected through field obesrvation, interviews and literature study. The results shows that transformational leadership that implemeted at HighScope Indonesia – Bali completely match to the HighScope concept and philosophy, which is still in the progress and need to be supported more in all educational departments. The Human resources readiness in dealing with new ideas and creativities, the ability to work independently as well as cordination between the school departments needs to be improved. It can be concluded that human resources are still main issues that need to be improved continoustly in implementing the transformational leadership in HighScope Indonesia – Bal

    This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Image, Advertising Media, and Brand Trust on repurchase decisions. The population in this study is an infinite number of consumers in Surakarta. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling which resulted in a sample of 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data collected by filling out questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions, Advertising Media has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions, and Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions.     Salah satu alternatif investasi yang memberikan keuntungan tinggi (high return) adalah forex market yang merupakan suatu pasar dimana terjadi perdagangan valas antar pelaku pasar di seluruh penjuru dunia yang berlangsung selama 5 hari dalam seminggu dan dibuka selama 24 jam non stop. Forex trading dilakukan di luar Bursa Berjangka melalui Sistem Perdagangan Alternatif (SPA) dan di bawah pengawasan Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (BAPPEBTI). Namun pada saat ini banyak nasabah yang mengalami kerugian karena cidera janji (wanprestasi) yang dilakukan oleh pialang berjangka. Pelaksanaan forex trading di PT. Finex Berjangka meliputi 2 (dua) tahap, yaitu tahap penerimaan nasabah dan tahap pelaksanaan transaksi forex melalui Sistem Perdagangan Alternatif (SPA). Perlindungan hukum bagi nasabah PT. Finex Berjangka yang mengalami kerugian dalam forex trading diatur dalam Pasal 45 s.d. Pasal 48 Undang-Undang No. 10 Tahun 20ll tentang Perubahan Undang-Undang No. 32 Tahun 1999 tentang perdagangan. Berjangka Komoditi mengenai dana kompensasi. Menurut ketentuan tersebut, dana kompensasi merupakan dana digunakan oleh Bursa Berjangka untuk membayar tuntutan ganti rugi kepada nasabah yang timbul akibat cidera janji (wanprestasi) atau kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh pialang berjangka. Dana kompensasi dapat berasal dari kontribusi secara tunai dari setiap anggota Bursa Berjangka yang berkedudukan sebagai pialang berjangka.
