    This paper presents about the Cyclic Redundancy Check – 16, a generator polynomial for error detection, which is normally used in MODBUS Remote Terminal Unit. It starts with explaining the noise phenomena that are often generated into a useful signal when it is transmitted through a noisy channel. Some types of error which usually affects bits of a transmitted data bytes are introduced. The complete method for designing a good generator polynomial for detecting the error is then presented. Next, Cyclic Redundancy Check -16 as an example of generator polynimial is discussed. The explanation includes method for software implementation of the CRC. Two methods are introduced which are loop – driven method and table - driven method. Finally, result of designed generator polynomial is shown, which consists of the algorithm and the routine example. The CRC -16 routine is then tested using some MODBUS messages

    The General Elections in Tuban Regency which have been held so far have been running safely and peacefully. This can be shown from the existence of violations that do not lead to criminal. This cannot be separated from the Political Communication that has been implemented by the election organizers in Tuban Regency. Research that takes the theme of Political Communication Planning for Election Organizers in the face of the 2024 General Election in Tuban Regency is a qualitative research type. Using interview data collection methods and document studies which are then reduced, presented and conclusions drawn. The results showed that the Political Communication Planning carried out by the election organizers in Tuban Regency was divided into three, is Coordination, Voter Education and Dissemination of Information about the 2024 Election.     AbstrakPelaksanaan pemilihan umum di Indonesia terus dibenahi agar sesuai dengan amanat konstitusi. Dimulai pada tahun 1955 sampai terakhir 2019. Pemilihan umum merupakan salah satu perwujudan dari sistem demokrasi yang dianut negara Indonesia. Hal ini sejalan dengan mandat sila keempat Pancasila. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah perkembangan pemilihan umum di Indonesia dalam perspektif Pancasila. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review berdasarkan artikel relavan yang diterbitkan di jurnal nasional terakreditasi dan jurnal internasional bereputasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pemilihan umum di Indonesia sudah dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya. Perbaikan demi perbaikan terus dilakukan agar ke depan saat pelaksanaan pemilihan umum tahun 2024 dapat berjalan lancar.Kata Kunci: Pemilihan Umum, Demokrasi, Pancasila AbstractThe implementation of general elections in Indonesia continues to be improved to be in accordance with the mandate of the constitution. It started in 1955 until the last of 2019. The general election is one of the manifestations of the democratic system adopted by the Indonesian state. This is in line with the mandate of the fourth precept of Pancasila. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the history of the development of general elections in Indonesia from the perspective of Pancasila. The method used is literature review based on relavan articles published in accredited national journals and reputable international journals. The results showed that the implementation of general elections in Indonesia has been carried out as it should be.     Automatic Arrhythmia Beat Detection: Algorithm, System, and Implementation

    Cardiac disease is one of the major causes of death in the world. Early diagnose of the symptoms depends on abnormality on heart beat pattern, known as Arrhythmia. A novel fuzzy neuro generalized learning vector quantization for automatic Arrhythmia heart beat classification is proposed. The algorithm is an extension from theGLVQ algorithm that employs a fuzzy logic concept as the discriminant function in order to develop a robust algorithmand improve the classification performance. The algorithm is testedagainst MIT-BIH arrhythmia database to measure theperformance. Based on the experiment result, FN-GLVQ is able to increase the accuracy of GLVQ by a soft margin. As we intend to build a device with automated Arrhythmia detection,FN-GLVQ is then implemented into Field Gate Programmable Array to prototype the system into a real device
