    Penelitian ini membahas tentang rancang bangun Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem catalog pada perpustakaan Universitas Pattimura. Perpustakaan Universitas Pattimura saat ini masih berupa panduan manual sehingga sistem informasi dan pengaturan sirkulasi bahan pustaka masih belum maksimal, permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat suatu sistem katalog perpustakaan berbasis web yang dapat memberikan manajemen data dengan menyediakan layanan online yang bersifat optimal serta memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak pengelola untuk melakukan penelusuran koleksi bahan pustaka pada perpustakaan universitas pattimura. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan studi lapangan yang dimana terdapat observasi, interview, dan brainstorming, serta studi literatur. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall yang dimana terdapat Analisa, Perancangan (Design), Code (Pengkodean/Coding), Pengujian (Testing) dan Perawatan (Maintenance). Sistem Katalog Akses Publik Online (OPAC) berbasis mobile dapat diakses baik melalui internet online maupun melalui ponsel diharapkan dapat mengatasi kesulitan tersebut. Sistem ini akan memudahkan akses katalog koleksi perpustakaan seperti pencarian penulis, kata kunci, penerbit, beserta data buku lainnya, dan dapatkan informasi di perpustakaan tempat buku-buku berada dan nomor ekslempar masih ada tersedia.     Lambunu Irrigation Area is administratively part of ParigiMoutong Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This irrigation area is supplied by Lambunu River through its intake in Lambunu Weir and the irrigation water is supplied gravitationally. In the year 2014, planting pattern used in the area was paddy-paddy with 3,825 ha and 3,645 ha for planting schedule I and II, respectively. Ir- rigation operational pattern in Lambunu varied due to the development in irrigation system, the decrease of function of irrigation structures, the change of cropping pattern, and the fluctuation of irrigation water availability. Today, Lambunu Irrigation Area captures 5,041 ha of potential areas. Due to the changes in irrigation system and water availability, it is necessary to do some optimiza- tion in irrigation operational patern in Lambunu in order to find optimum planting area and opti- mum farming production. Of some alternatives irrigation operational patterns, carried out based on grouped and rotation system for paddy-paddy-secondary crops, the most optimum irrigation operational patterns has been found. It is irrigation operational patterns with ungrouped system and three planting schedules as follows: - Paddy I is in December I to March II - Paddy II is in April I to July II - Secondary crops in August I to November II Crop intensity for paddy and secondary crops in the area is 200% and 23%-28%, respectively. Grouped system will give the same result. However, it will reduce the maximum discharge of irrigation water demand

    Stress, Nutritional Status and Blood Glucose Levels Among Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

    Prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM) was increased significantly. Stress increased cortisol could increase blood glucose levels while obesity could increase insulin resistance. Objective of this study was to examine correlation of stress and nutritional status with blood glucose levels in patients with DM type 2. Design study was cross sectional using 120 samples from patients with DM type 2 at Polyclinic of Internal Disease Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta during April-May 2018. Variables in this study were stress with perceived stress scale 10 items (PSS-10), nutritional status with body mass index (BMI) and blood glucose levels with fasting blood glucose (FBG) and post-prandial blood glucose (PPBG) examination. The results showed that mean of FBG was 152.9±63.66 mg/dL and PPBG was 213.96±70.17 mg/dL. There was no significant correlation between stress and blood glucose levels, by FBG (p=0.389) and PPBG (p=0.202). However, there was significant correlation between nutritional status and PPBG (p=0.016), but FBG was not significant (p=0.209). In conclusion, there was significant correlation between nutritional status and PPBG in patients with DM type 2, but FBG was not significant. However, there was no significant correlation between stress and blood glucose levels in patients with DM type 2

It is held also on BKD district nganjuk aimed at improving the performance of employees in SKPD district nganjuk. Research purposes is analyze and describe the implementation of (Diklatpim level IV) to improve its performance nganjuk, employees in the county the consequences participants (diklatpim IV) to increasing its performance by function ( is expected ) and dysfunctional (not to be expected), and the obstacles BKD as well as a participant in the implementation of (diklatpim IV). This research using methods qualitative with a kind of descriptive.     Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Permintaan dan Penawaran Kedelai di Indonesia Periode 1994 – 2013

    The purpose of this research are to analyze the factors affecting Soybean Demand in Indonesia, to analyze the factors affecting Soybean Supply in Indonesia, and to know what are the most affecting factors on the supply and demand of soybean in Indonesia. The data are used from 1994-2003 years period, and used simultaneous equations analytical methods. The variables are used in this research have over identified conditions, so the analysis are used Two Stage Least Squares Approach. The results of this research showed that : (1) the variables that affecting to soybean demand in Indonesia are population income, total population and chicken meat price. While the variables that no affecting to soybean demand in Indonesia are soybean price and last year soybean prices. (2) the variables that affecting to soybean supply in Indonesia are soybean prices and crop area. While, the variables that no affecting to soybean supply in Indonesia are Last year soybean demand. (3) The most affecting factor to soybean demand is total population, while the most affecting factor to soybean supply is crop area. The implications of this research are: (1) there needs to be a equilibrium between soybean demand and soybean supply, there needs to be innovation for diversification foods of soybean and notice the substitution goods price of soybean. (2) there needs to be an intensification of farming, so the supply of local soybean can be improved, both of quality and quantity. (3) Total population are the most affecting factor to soybean demand, so the rate of population growth must be suppressed with improving the implementation of Keluarga Berencana (KB) program.     MENGEMBANGKAN PROFESIONALISME PENDIDIK GURU (Kajian Konseptual Dan Operasional)

    The role of teacher educators is becoming more and more important in fulfilling the need of profesional teachers as stated in the Indonesian Republic Law #14/2005 on Teacher and Lecturer. In order to be able to educate profesional teachers and teacher candidates, the teacher educators alone should be profesional, and have willingness to continuously develop profesionalism. Developing profesionalism is a must for teacher educators, due to four reasons: (1) the nature of profesionalism, (2) the rapid development of science, technology and arts, (3) the life-long learning paradigm, and (4) the demand of Law # 14/2005 on Teacher and Lecturer. But the data on teacher educators from several Teacher Education Institutions indicate that not all of teacher educators show willingness to develop profesionalism. Therefore, profesionalism development should be encouraged by all parties related to teachers and teacher educators. There are many activities that can be undergone by teacher educators in order to develop profesionalism, some of which are: taking further study, taking relevant courses, regular self reflection, joining academic activities (seminar, workshop, training,etc.), school familiarization, conducting research, and publishing scientific article. Peran pendidik guru menjadi lebih dan lebih penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan guru profesional sebagaimana tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia # 14/2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen. Agar dapat mendidik guru profesional dan calon guru, pendidik guru sendiri harus profesional, dan memiliki kemauan untuk terus mengembangkan profesionalisme. Mengembangkan profesionalisme adalah suatu keharusan bagi pendidik guru, karena empat alasan: (1) sifat profesionalisme, (2) perkembangan pesat ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni, (3) paradigma pembelajaran seumur hidup, dan (4) permintaan Hukum # 14/2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen. Namun data pada pendidik guru dari Lembaga Pendidikan Guru beberapa menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua pendidik guru menunjukkan kesediaan untuk mengembangkan profesionalisme. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan profesionalisme harus didorong oleh semua pihak yang terkait dengan guru dan pendidik guru. Ada banyak kegiatan yang dapat dialami oleh pendidik guru dalam rangka mengembangkan profesionalisme, beberapa diantaranya adalah: mengambil studi lebih lanjut, mengambil kursus yang relevan, refleksi diri secara teratur, bergabung dengan kegiatan akademik (seminar, lokakarya, pelatihan, dll), pengenalan sekolah , melakukan penelitian, dan penerbitan artikel ilmiah. &nbsp

    Perkembangan pembangunan yang demikian pesat merupakan dampak dari perkembangan ekonomi dan sosial bagi masyarakat. Dampak yang disebabkan oleh pembangunan ini dapat berakibat baik dan juga buruk. Pembangunan tanpa diringi dengan pertimbangan terhadap kelestarian lingkungan dapat membuat permasalahan tersendiri bagi keseimbangan siklus hidrologi. Konsep pembangunan pemukiman penduduk yang diterapkan di Desa Adat Legianadalah pemukiman tradisional dengan penduduk yang homogen yaitu beragama Hindu, dan pemukiman yang merupakan kawasan campuran, karena Desa Adat Legian merupakan daerah pariwisata. Walaupun demikian pola Tri Mandala di Desa Adat Legian masih diterapkan yaitu implementasi pengaturan ruang Tri Mandala berupa Utama Mandala, Madya Mandala dan Nista Mandala. Dari hasil survei menunjukkan hampir 90 % responden menyatakan mengetahui astakosala kosali dengan tingkat pemahaman asta kosala kosali secara umum dengan tingkat pemahaman filosofi tingkat sedang. Akan tetapi ada juga 10 % responden yang kurang memahami filosofi asta kosala kosali dan pemanfaatannya dalam pengaturan pekarangan rumah di desa Adat Legian

    Kemajuan teknologi setiap waktunya selalu berkembang khususnya dalam bidang komputer hampir setiap saat terus berkembang baik dari segi software maupun hardware. Kreasi Auto Parts dalam melakukan penjualan masih menggunakan sistem penjualan konvesional, dimana penjualan konvesional memiliki beberapa kelemahan yaitu kurang dikenalnya USAha, dalam melakukan perhitungan dan memproses data memakan banyak waktu dan rentan terjadi kesalahan dan seting terlambarnya dalam penyusunan laporan penjualan. Dalam penelitian ini diusulkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web pada Kreasi Auto Parts dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Sistem informasi diusulkan guna mengatasi kelemahan yang ada pada sistem konvesional. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web, pemasaran suku cadang semakin luas, dalam melakukan perhitungan dan proses data penjualan semakin cepat dan tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan transaksi dan dalam pembuatan laporan penjualan menjadi lebih cepat

    Career Calling Dan Psychological Well-being Pada Petugas Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas 1 Semarang

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara career calling dan psychological well-being pada petugas pemasyarakatan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas 1 Semarang. Populasi penelitian adalah 101 petugas pemasyarakatan, didapatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 63 orang yang diperoleh melalui convenience sampling, diberikan Skala Psychological Well-Being (34 aitem; α = 0,91) dan Skala Career Calling (32 aitem; α = 0,93). Analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara career calling dan psychological well-being pada petugas pemasyarakatan di Lapas Klas 1 Semarang. Artinya, semakin tinggi career calling, semakin tinggi pula psychological well-being, dan semakin rendah career calling, semakin rendah psychological well-being petugas pemasyarakatan. Career calling petugas pemasyarakatan memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 73% terhadap psychological well-being.
