    Number of mountaineers progressively increasing. Public animo of hiking activity so great. Now mountaineering not only limited to any hobbyist, common people now also do hiking for a tour. This hiking activity can turn into dangerous instantly. The lack of information as well as a good preparation and knowledge is part of that. People required climbing maps and guides as a source of information on the mountain to be climbed. Android mobile applications by applying GIS (Geographic Information System) is one of the solutions to fulfill these needs. This application project is purposed to provide complete, accurate and systematic information about hiking to Mount Rinjani. Mount Rinjani is one of the mountains which became a favorite of tourists because of its landscape view so fascinating. Application development is done by utilizing the Android Studio. Mobile GIS development using Nutiteq 3D SDK library as alternatives to use Google Maps can be used to do it. Making the android platform-based applications are expected to facilitate the mountaineers in spatial information and non-spatial. With this application mountaineers can obtain the characteristic information of each Rinjani mountain climbing lane so can reduce the risk of hikinh Mount Rinjani in particular

    Properties of spray-dried iron microcapsule using hydrolysed glucomannan as encapsulant: effect of feed viscosity

    As one of the polysaccharides with high viscosity, even in low concentration, glucomannan could block the nozzle and hinder its application as spray-dried encapsulant. The present research aimed to investigate the effect of viscosity of hydrolysed glucomannan as a spray-dryer feed on properties of encapsulated iron particles. Glucomannan was hydrolysed using cellulase to obtain various viscosities (83-222 cP) and used for encapsulating iron. Enzymatic hydrolysis reduced the glucomannan’s glass transition temperature and transmittance values of O-H, C-O, and C-H groups. Increasing the viscosity lightened the particle colour, and improved encapsulation efficiency and mean particle diameter, however, reduced moisture content and bulk density. The highest encapsulation efficiency (99.95%) was obtained using the most viscous encapsulant (222 cP). Thicker encapsulants produced larger particles with more wrinkles on the surface but performed better in protecting iron. Solubility and swelling of the particles were higher in neutral solution (pH=6.8) than in an acidic one. The degree of iron degradation was around 70% after 10 months of storage. These results suggested the use of an appropriate viscosity of hydrolysed glucomannan not only allow it to be sprayed but also showed a potency to protect the iron from solubility in acid ambient and degradation during the storage

    INTISASI Di era globalisasi sekarang ini, seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi, banyak orang berharap agar segala sesuatu menjadi lebih praktis, saat ini dibutuhkan sistem untuk melakukan tracking yang mereka lakukan saat bekerja. Salah satu solusi dari masalah ini adalah adanya sistem monitoring terhadap sales dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dalam penjualan, sehingga di sini penulis akan menggunakan k-nearest neighbor dan Naive Bayesian sebagai metode untuk klasifikasi dalam proses absensi sales. Uji coba telah dilakukan untuk menguji fungsionalitas dari sistem yang dibuat. Pengujian akurasi untuk pendeteksi tanda tangan sebagai validasi dalam absensi dengan metode klasifikasi Naive Bayesian memberikan hasil dengan tingkat akurasi yang baik. Dengan sistem absen tanda tangan ini setiap sales tidak dapat melakukan absen jika data akun saat login tidak sesuai. GPS dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui posisi letak keberadaan sales dalam melakukan tracking pekerjaan yang akan di rekam setiap 10 menit sekali. Sistem tracing dengan GPS ini berfungsi untuk mengetahui posisi sales saat melakukan absen, istirahat, kembali bekerja, absen pulang, dan tracking per 10 menit
