    Communication is the basic principle of a learning process. A person's communication skills are trained by communicating what is on his mind both orally and in writing. The stage of communicating in science process skills is the last stage in which students must be able to convey the results of the learning process and to assess the extent to which students understand the results of the learning that has been obtained. The purpose of this study is to examine deeper science process skills at the stage of communicating and knowing and identifying the intensity and quality of teacher and student communication during online learning. The research approach used is descriptive analytical using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, teachers, students and parents. The results of this study are as follows: First, science process skills at the stage of communicating fifth grade students in science subjects in the form of reporting data on the results of their assignments both orally and in writing are in good criteria. It is proven that students only understand the concept of tables and are less able to distinguish between tables and graphs. Second, communication is important in teaching and learning activities. Communication is a prerequisite for interaction between teachers and students in teaching and learning activities, both offline learning and online learning. The intensity of communication during online learning is only once a week through the whatsapp group. The form of verbal communication in the form of writing, namely the activities of the teacher providing material and students collecting assignments through chatting on the WhatsApp group

    Review: Effect of Red Cabbage Juice (Brassica oleracea var. Capitata f. Rubra) on SGPT Level

    Red cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. Capitata f. Rubra) is a vegetable widely used in Indonesian cuisine. Red cabbage is rich in anthocyanins to reduce SGPT levels in drug-induced liver injury (DILI). This study aims to determine the effect of red cabbage juice on SGPT levels in acetaminophen-induced liver injury. In this post-test, only the control group study, male Wistar rats (300g), were randomly divided into 5 groups (K1-K2-K3-K4-K5). Acetaminophen was given to induce liver injury in rats. The rats were treated with the cabbage juice  (at the dose of 0.5g/ml or 0.7g/ml or 0.9g/ ml. Data were analyzed using One way ANOVA  and LSD post hoc test. Mean SGPT levels for K1, K2, K3, K4, K5 was 58.43 ± 7.18 UI / L, 71.20 ± 9.13 UI/L, 55.73 ± 9.51 UI / L, 72.80 ± 3.47 UI /L, 72.63 ± 3.01 UI /L, respectively. One way ANOVA resulted in p=0.00 (p <0.05). The post hoc LSD test showed significant differences (P <0.05) between all groups except between groups K1-K3, K2-K4, and K2-K5 (p> 0.05). Red cabbage juice can reduce SGPT in acetaminophen-induced liver injury in rats. The most effective dose was 0.5 g/ml

    Abstrak Keterampilan berbicara merupakan salah satu dari empat keterampilan yang harus dikuasai dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jerman. Demi mencapai suatu tujuan pembelajaran guru harus dapat mengatur lingkungan belajar yang ada. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang dimaksud ialah media Jeopardy Game. Media Jeopardy Game dipilih karena bersifat interaktif sehingga mampu mengembangkan kreativitas siswa. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah media Jeopardy Game dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Mojosari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Mojosari dengan menggunakan media Jeopardy Game. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang diuraikan secara deskriptif. Data penelitian ini berupa data hasil dari langkah-langkah penerapan media Jeopardy Game yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi dan hasil angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media Jeopardy Game dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Mojosari. Media Jeopardy Game membuat siswa antusias mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Jerman dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam melakukan kuis sehingga menimbulkan keberanian siswa untuk berbicara bahasa Jerman. Hal ini dapat di buktikan dari hasil lembar observasi bahwa pertemuan ketiga lebih baik dari pertemuan kedua. Dari angket respon siswa, pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman dengan menggunakan media Jeopardy Game mendapatkan hasil dengan kategori baik.     Effect of Red Cabbage Juice as a Hepatoprotector on Liver Enzyme Levels

    Background: Anthocyanin-rich red cabbage is known to reduce hepatic enzymes levels such as SGPT, SGOT, ALP, and GGT in drug-induced liver injury (DILI). Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of red cabbage juice on SGOT, ALP, and GGT levels in acetaminophen-induced liver injury in rats.Methods: This was an experimental study using a post-test-only control group design. Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. K1 was the negative control. K2, K3, K4, and K5 were pretreated with 300 mg acetaminophen. K3, K4, and K5 were treated with 0.5 g/ml of red cabbage juice, 0.7 g/ml of red cabbage juice, and 0.9 g/ml of red cabbage juice respectively. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and post hoc LSD (p<0.05). Results: There was no significant difference in SGOT and GGT levels among the groups p=0.271(p>0.05) and p=0.053 (p>0.05) respectively. Whereas ALP levels showed significant differences among the groups p=0.000 (p<0,05) respectively. Conclusion: The administration of red cabbage in any dose had no effect on SGOT and GGT levels in acetaminophen-induced liver injury in rats whereas in ALP, the most effective dose to cause an effect is 0.5 g/ml

    Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Course Review Horay Terhadap Hasil Fiqih Kelas V diMIS Al-Muhajirin Panjang Bandar Lampung”. Permasalahan yang muncul pada saat proses pembelajaran Fiqih yaitu rendahnya tingkat partisipasi dan hasil peserta didik, dikarenakan pada proses pembelajaran sebelumnya guru menggunakan metode konvensional dimana peserta didik hanya mendengarkan dan mencatat penjelasan guru. Maka peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay karena dapat mendorong siswa untuk aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Course Review Horay dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Salah satu cara yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy experiment dengan desain non equivalent control group. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIS Al- Muhajirin Panjang Bandar Lampung. Populasi yang diambil adalah seluruh siswa kelas V, yakni yang terdiri dari kelas eksperimen (VA) yang diterapkan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay dan kelas control (VB) menggunakan model pembelajaran Group Investigation. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu test (pretest dan postest) dan dokumentasi, setelah data test dikumpulkan kemudian akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistic dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji t. Untuk mengukur hasil belajar peserta didik dilakukan tes dengan soal pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 soal dengan materi khitan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t didapat thitung > ttabel(0,05) yaitu dengan nilai 2,51>2,02. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Course Review Horay berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik

    Stunting is a growth failure due to the accumulation of nutritional insufficiency that lasts a long time from pregnancy to 24 months of age and has become a global nutrition problem, especially in poor and developing countries. Indonesia is ranked fifth in the world for the incidence of stunting. The prevalence of children under five with stunting in Kediri Regency is 26.1%. Stunting contributes to infant and toddler morbidity.  The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between LBW history and the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the village of Sukorejo.  The study design used correlational analytic with a retrospective cohort approach. In this study, the independent variable was the history of LBW and the dependent variable was the incidence of stunting. The entire population of children aged 24-59 was 106 with a simple random sampling technique.  A sample size of 52 respondents, held on 28-30 July 2020 in Sukorejo Village. The instrument used was secondary data from community reports, and analyzed by using the chi square test. The results showed that a number of 45 (84.6%) had a history of LBW, 6 respondents had a history of LBW stunting. Analysis with the Chi Square test shows that ρvalue = 0.042 <α 0.05, there is a relationship between LBW history and the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in Sukorejo Village, Gurah District, Kediri Regency. Stunting is a growth failure due to the accumulation of nutritional insufficiency that lasts a long time from pregnancy to 24 months of age. LBW is the dominant factor associated with stunting. Interventions aimed at enhancing the growth and development of children during the early years should consider the factors that trigger LBW

    Enhancing Sales Determination for Coffee Shop Packages through Associated Data Mining: Leveraging the FP-Growth Algorithm

    The coffee shop business offers a diverse range of coffee and food options. However, customers often experience delays during transactions due to the extensive selection of menu items and combinations. This inconvenience not only discomforts new customers but also hampers their likelihood of returning, potentially impacting the overall business turnover. To address this issue, this study aims to establish association rules by combining the least and most popular menu items for the upcoming month. These rules will serve as a guideline for creating shopping packages that streamline the decision-making process. The FP-Growth algorithm is employed to analyze sales transaction data from January to March 2023, comprising 2,336 transactions in .csv format. Among the generated association rules, two rules stand out with the highest support and confidence values. The first rule exhibits a support value of 0.3% and a confidence of 70.0%, while the second rule showcases a support value of 0.4% and a confidence of 69.2%. By considering these two rules alongside the existing menu options, coffee shop owners can effectively curate shopping packages that cater to customer preferences. It is anticipated that these packages will elevate the quality of service, attract a greater number of customers, and subsequently enhance the overall business turnover
