Manfaat Senam Hamil Untuk Meningkatkan Durasi Tidur Ibu Hamil

Gangguan tidur banyak dialami oleh wanita pada kehamilan trimester ketiga, seperti nyeri punggung bawah. Pada masa ini wanita hamil mengalami kecemasan yang berakibat munculnya depresi dan kesulitan tidur. Kesulitan tidur pada wanita hamil bisa berupa penurunan durasi tidur. Masalah penelitian adalah bagaimana senam hamil dapat meningkatkan durasi tidur ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui manfaat senam hamil dalam meningkatkan durasi tidur ibu hamil pada trimester ketiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperiment dengan pendekatan quasi eksperiment dan desain penelitian pre and post test without control design. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dari 9 responden. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta selama 4 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa senam hamil berpengaruh dalam peningkatan durasi tidur ibu hamil pada trimester ketiga, ditunjukkan dengan nilai p = 0,004 (p<0,005). Hal ini disebabkan karena senam hamil akan memberikan efek relaksasi pada ibu hamil yang bisa berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan durasi tidur bagi ibu hamil. Simpulan penelitian adalah senam hamil bermanfaat dalam peningkatan durasi tidur ibu hamil pada trimester ketiga. Sleep disturbances experienced by women in the third trimester of pregnancy, such as lower back pain. At this time pregnant women experience anxiety, so they have depression and difficult to sleep. Difficult to sleep in pregnant women can decrease sleep duration. Research problem was how pregnancy exercise can improve maternal sleep duration. Research purpose was to determine the benefits of pregnancy exercise to improve sleep duration in third trimester pregnant women. This study used pre experiments with quasi experiment by pre and post test design without control. The number of samples was 9 respondents. Research was conducted in the General Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta for 4 weeks. The results showed that pregnancy exercise influence in increasing sleep duration third trimester pregnant women, p=0.004 (p<0.005). Pregnancy exercise will provide a relaxing effect on pregnant women so could affect to increase sleep duration of pregnant women. Conclusion, pregnancy exercise was beneficial in increasing sleep duration in third trimester pregnant women

Pelapisan Urea dengan Arang Aktif yang Diperkaya Mikroba Dapat Mempercepat Penurunan Konsentrasi Residu Insektisida Heptaklor di Lahan Sawah

Heptachlor insecticide is a toxic organochlorine insecticide, persistent and bio-cummulative in the environment. Remediation using actived carbon and microbial is a solution to pollution due to pesticide in the environment.The objective of this study was to obtain fertilizer technology using urea with activated carbon and enriched with microbes degrading heptachlor insecticide in order to reduce the insecticide residue in paddy fields. The research was conducted at the Jakenan Experimental Station between February to September 2012. The soil used as the planting medium was brought from the village Sukamenak, District Rawagempol Wetan, Karawang. The experiment was conducted in the field at micro-plot scale with lysimeter, and using a randomized block design (RBD) with 3 replications and 6 fertilizer treatments ( control , prill urea , urea with activated carbon maize cobs ( UAATJ ) , urea with activated carbon coconut shell ( UAATK ) , urea with activated carbon cob corn + microbes ( UAATJM ) , urea with activated carbon coconut shell + microbes ( UAATKM ). The plants used were from Inpari 13 variety. The insecticide residue analysis was performed in the Residu Bahan Agrikimia (RBA) laboratory of Balingtan. The results showed significant orthogonal countrast tests of different treatments. The highest reduction of residual insecticide was observed in urea coated with activated carbon cob corn and enriched with microbial consortia degrading POPs, which was 36.30 %. It is suspected that activated carbon coated cob corn with microbial enrichment was favored as its home and the microbes utilized carbon sources of heptachlor as the food

&nbsp;Kekerasan terhadap perempuan adalah salah satu fenomena yang masih terjadi hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kekerasan dan dampaknya bagi perempuan yang tergambar dalam novel Room karya Emma Donoghue menggunakan teori Feminisme Radikal oleh Allison Jaggar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif secara deskriptif&nbsp; dengan melalui proses dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari novel Room. Penelitian ini menemukan beberapa bentuk kekerasan yang dialami tokoh perempuan di dalam novel yang meliputi kekerasan seksual, kekerasan fisik dan kekerasan emosional. Survei Kinerja Gudang dengan Menggunakan Metode Technometric di Kota Pontianak

Consumer good warehouse is a company which acts to distribute mass consumption products, either foods or other goods. Nowadays, warehousing in Pontianak City is developing rapidly, but the fact that the warehouse performance profile is still nowhere near available, making the consumer to look for the information of the warehouse they need all by themselves. This research is aimed to acquire informations about warehouse performance profile in Pontianak and detect the level of their application in technology. The research is conducted in five companies, from Warehouse A to Warehouse E using single-tour survey to obtain the needed data and then processing the data using technometric approach. The result of this research is the value of technology contribution in each companies. Warehouse A in technoware component is 0.47, its humanware component is 0.57, infoware component is 0.47 and orgaware is 0.59. the contribution of technoware component in Warehouse B is 0.47, humanware 0.86, infoware 0.75, and orgaware 0.76. The contribution of technoware in Warehouse C is 0.80, its humanware is 0.55, infoware contribution is 0.56, and the orgaware is 0.64. The contribution of technoware component in Warehouse C is 0.7, humanware 0.62, infoware 0.66, and orgaware 0.68. The contribution of technoware in Warehouse D is 0.62, humanware 0.72, infoware 0.61, and orgaware 0.63. The outcome of CCT (Contribution Coefficient Technology) for Warehouse A is 0.58, Warehouse B is 0.77, Warehouse C is 0.61, Warehouse D is 0.66, and 0.65 for Warehouse E. If we categorize them on qualitative assessment scale, the only warehouse having a good rating is Warehouse B as it is placed one level above any other warehouses, which is rated to be very good

Inter-ethnic problems in Myanmar long time ago, since Myanmar's independence in 2012 until the spawning of heart-wrenching news. These problems with their deeds and cruelty received by Ethnic Rohingya Muslims, to their ethnic cleansing or genocide. The conflict in Myanmar is motivated by several things, namely: First Rohingya is this distinction is clear from the use of language, color, and religion. Both cases of violence in the Muslim Rohingya began in June 2012, which is deadly on the western Arakan State between ethnic Buddhists and Muslim Rohingya. Third konfilik procession by Muslim Rohingya communities began with the increase in human rights violations and violence. Fourth citizenship that is not owned Rohingya as well as accountability for crimes under the ICC applies to individuals and commanders on orders from superiors. The purpose of this thesis is; First, the view of humanitarian law related to the Genocide crimes and human rights violations against ethnic Rohingya set out in the Rome Statute (ICC). Second, accountability for the ethnic Rohingya in view of the Rome Statute (ICC). Research conducted by the researchers used a normative juridical approach, the research discusses the principles of law. If viewed from its nature, this research belong to the descriptive, meaning this study illustrates the fact that studied by researchers. From the research problems consists of two things can be concluded: First, gross human rights violations contained in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights regarding the rights that exist in humans, as well as some of the International Convention on Human Rights were also set up. International crimes in the ICC crimes include genocide and crimes against Rohingya Humanity under Article 6 and Article 7 of the Rome Statute.
