The Urgency of Establishing a World Class Takāful Operator in Indonesia: Reason and Concept

This study analyzes the urgency of establishing a World Class Takāful Operator(WCTO), initiated by the National Committee on Islamic Finance and Economics (KNEKS). This is due to several reasons, including a deadline for work plans and the separation of Sharia Units in 2024, risk mitigation support to Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), preparation of the ASEAN Framework Agreement On Services (AFAS) in 2025, strengthening halal value chain and improvement of the national insurance image. Using qualitative descriptive analysis, this study recommends the ideal concept (models, mechanisms, market segmentation and distribution channels) for WCTO formation. The ideal concept for WCTO requires the combination of social and commercial insurance, consolidation with portfolio transfers, retail and corporate balance and existing distribution channels with digitalization. This finding becomes a new insight into takafful literature.  AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis urgensi pembentukan Class Takāful Operator (WCTO) yang telah di inisiasi Komite Nasional Keuangan dan Ekonomi Syariah (KNEKS). Hal ini karena adanya batas waktu rencana kerja dan pemisahan Unit Syariah tahun 2024, dukungan mitigasi risiko kepada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), persiapan ASEAN Framework Agreement On Services (AFAS) tahun 2025, penguatan rantai nilai halal dan meningkatkan citra asuransi nasional. Dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini merekomendasikan konsep ideal (model, mekanisme, segmentasi pasar dan jalur distribusi) pembentukan WCTO. Adapun konsep ideal WCTO dilakukan dengan kombinasi asuransi sosial dan komersial, konsolidasi dengan transfer portofolio, perimbangan retail dan korporasi dan existing jalur distribusi dengan digitalisasi.

Coaching clinic Sekolah Sepakbola Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa

Abstract The purpose of community service is to increase motivation, interest and skills in basic techniques of Gowa Regency soccer school students through coaching clinic in the game of basic football techniques. The solutions offered are: Improve skills and pay attention to mastery in basic techniques of playing football such as dribbling the ball, passing and stopping the ball in SSB students Sheikh Yusuf Gowa Regency. Through this Community Service activity, the types of outcomes produced are: 1). Applying partners on mastery in basic techniques of playing football such as techniques without the ball, with the ball, dribbling, passing, and stopping the ball on SSB students Sheikh Yusuf Gowa Regency namely 2) Educating SSB students Sheikh Yusuf Gowa on motivation and interest in playing football. Basic dribbling technical skills performed by SSB student Sheikh Yusuf are still below average at the time of the initial test. This is caused by a less upright posture, the imposition of a ball with the surface of the instep of the foot that is less precise, the head less upright to be able to see the field well. According to Mielke (2003: 53) states that; "Dribbling can be a very powerful weapon when carrying out attacks and is a deft defense skill." Therefore, to get the basic techniques of good herding is very necessary continuous training. Based on the description of some of the indicators contained in the basic technical ability to play football above, there are factors that affect student test results, such as: physical conditions, this is very necessary to apply the entire movement of technical abilities in playing football. Thus that the level of basic technical skills of soccer students or SSB Sheikh Sheikh students is at a good level, so it is necessary to increase the basic movement skills of football in football coaching clinic participants in order to get optimal results, as well as more attention to the physical condition factors for every SSB student Sheikh Yusuf. PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT LOBU KABUPATEN BANGGAI

Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kepempimpinan dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Lobu Kabupaten Banggai serta untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang memiliki pengaruh dominan diantara kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Lobu Kabupaten Banggai. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumen dan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini sampel adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat Lobu Kabupaten Banggai yang berjumlah 16 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif yang menjelaskan data penelitian dan deskripsi penelitian, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif menggunakan alat Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa secara simultan maupun secara parsial variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan secara simultan variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan variabel komitmen organisasi (X2) berpengaruh dominan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Kantor Kantor Camat Lobu Kabupaten Banggai terbukti.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawa

PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN CITRA INSTITUSI TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA DI FAKULTAS EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH LUWUK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan secara simultan mengenai kualitas layanan dan citra institusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, serta untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumen dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk, dengan 236 responden sebagai sampel yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan Rumus Sloven. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif yang menjelaskan data penelitian dan deskripsi penelitian, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa secara simultan maupun secara parsial variabel kualitas layanan dan citra institusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada Fakultas Ekonomi Unismuh Luwuk, serta berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk adalah kualitas layanan

PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA (TELKOM) KANDATEL LUWUK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel stres kerja dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Kandatel Luwuk, apakah variabel stres kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Kandatel Luwuk dan variabel manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Kandatel Luwuk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 16 orang, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menentukan jumlah sampel disini penulis menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu penentuan sampel dimana semua anggota populasi di jadikan sampel. Karena jumlah keseluruhan karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Kandatel Luwuk kurang dari 100 orang maka sampel di ambil 16 responden dari populasi yang ada. Pengumpulan data terdiri atas survey pendahuluan, studi pustaka, survey lapangan dan pemberian kuesioner. Metode analisis data meliputi Uji Validitas dan Reabilitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda 2 Prediktor dan Analisis Korelasi Perason Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stress kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk variabel kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif kinerja karyawan. Dan untuk variabel kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh dominan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Telkom Kandatel Luwuk

Niosomes entrapment capacity of ketoprofen and prediction transdermal administration

Niosomes are vesicles system that have applications in the delivery of lipophilic,hydrophilic and amphiphilic drugs. Ketoprofen, is very insoluble in water and cause gastric irritation when taken orally. It is very important to develop a transdermal delivery system for ketoprofen. This research was aimed to design niosomes which can deliver ketoprofen via transdermal route. Experiments were designed to incorporate ketoprofen into niosomes with lipid film hydration method. Lipid mixture consist of cholesterol and sorbitan ester (span 20, 60, 80). Niosomes which can deliver ketoprofen trough the skin barrier determined by calculating amount of ketoprofen in the blood of rabbit. The type of sorbitan ester was chosen based on the highest drugs entrapment and ketoprofen as drugs model. Preparation of niosomes was optimized for the highest percent drug entrapment by increasing molar concentration of lipid mixture with the stable comparison of 1:1. This research result are niosomes with lipid mixture span 60 and cholesterol have the highest drug entrapment efficiency of niosomes 66.16% with range size 1–6 µm. Niosomes can deliver ketoprofen to the systemic circulation via transdermal route with plasma level concentration achieved in 1.5 hour
