PENGARUH PERSON-ORGANIZATION FIT DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL PADA TUTOR SEMI TETAP DI LEMBAGA PELATIHAN DAN BIMBINGAN BELAJAR (LPBB) BINTANG SOLUSI MANDIRI JAKARTA

The purposes of this research are: 1) To describe about person-organization fit, motivation, and organizational commitment of semipermanent tutor of Bintang Solusi Mandiri Training and Tutoring Institute. 2) To know the effects of personorganization fit on organizational commitment of semipermanent tutor of Bintang Solusi Mandiri Training and Tutoring Institute 3) To know the effects of motivation on organizational commitment of semipermanent tutor of Bintang Solusi Mandiri Training and Tutoring Institute. 4) To know the effects of personorganization fit and motivation on organizational commitment of semipermanent tutor of Bintang Solusi Mandiri Training and Tutoring Institute. In collection data is done by distributing questionnaires to 50 semipermanent tutor of Bintang Solusi Mandiri Training and Tutoring Institute by simple random sampling technique method. Then, the data are processed using SPSS 16. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linier regression analysis. F-test and t-test was used to test the hypothesis with a significant level of 5%. From the analysis result showed that: 1) Semipermanent tutor of Bintang Solusi Mandiri Training and Tutoring Institute is predominance by woman and generally they have twenty until twenty three years old. Some tutor had have person-organization fit, but the others had not totally feel of it, especially in employee need fulfillment proxy. Then, for motivation, proxy in internal factor is lower. 2) Person-organization fit has effect on organizational commitment, it’s proved at statistic result is t2.890> ttable 2.012 and significance value is 0.01 ttable 2.012 and significance value is 0.000F table o = 3.20 and significance value

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi tentang person-organization fit, motivasi, dan komitmen organisasional pada tutor semi tetap di Lembaga Pelatihan dan Bimbingan Belajar (LPBB) Bintang Solusi Mandiri. 2) Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh person-organization fit terhadap komitmen organisasional pada tutor semi tetap di Lembaga Pelatihan dan Bimbingan Belajar (LPBB) Bintang Solusi Mandiri. 3) Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasional pada tutor semi tetap di Lembaga Pelatihan dan Bimbingan Belajar (LPBB) Bintang Solusi Mandiri. 4) Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh person-organization fit dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap komitmen organisasional pada tutor semi tetap di Lembaga Pelatihan dan Bimbingan Belajar (LPBB) Bintang Solusi Mandiri. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner penelitian kepada 50 karyawan dengan status tutor semi tetap di sembilan cabang Lembaga Pelatihan dan Bimbingan Belajar (LPBB) Bintang Solusi Mandiri dengan menggunakan metode teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling technique). Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 16. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. F-test dan t-test digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan tingkat signifikan 5% Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tutor semi tetap pada Lembaga Pelatihan dan Bimbingan Belajar (LPBB) Bintang Solusi Mandiri didominasi oleh wanita dan umumnya berusia 20-23 tahun. Sebagian tutor sudah merasa memiliki person-organization fit, sebagian lainnya belum sepenuhnya, khususnya pada proxy pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan. Kemudian, untuk motivasi tampak lebih rendah pada proxy faktor internal. 2) Person-organization fit memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional terbukti pada hasil statistik yakni thitung X1 2.890> ttabel 2.012 dan nilai signifikansi variabel bernilai 0.01t tabel 2.012 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000Ftabel= 3.20 dan nilai signifikasi 0.000<0.05, artinya Ho ditolak.
