Hubungan antara Persepsi terhadap Kompensasi dengan Disiplin Kerja Awak Bus Po Akas Probolinggo

As a provider of transportation services, good human resource management became one of the efforts to support the strength of human resources available in the company. Human resources is also spearheading the company's progress in services mangingat nature of the business. Security, safety and convenience services to the passengers or users of bus services is preferred. One way to improve the quality of service to passengers or users of bus services needed to boost labor discipline on operational officer. There was a positive relationship between perceptions of compensation by the bus crew Akas work discipline. The more positive employee perceptions of compensation, the higher the employee discipline. Conversely, the negative employee perceptions of compensation will get low employee discipline.Perceptions of compensation subject showed a high category of temporary work discipline at the time of research subjects are also in high positions. Effective contribution to theperception variable compensation on employee discipline by 25.7% while 74.3% are influenced by other factors not addressed in this study

Studi Perbandingan Pengaruh Teknik Peta Konsep dan Teknik Gaming terhadap Hasil Belajar Akuntansi Ditinjau dari Motivasi Belajar Siswa

The aims of the research are to find out: (1) The Effect of concept mapping technique and gaming technique toward the student achievement in accounting subject matter; (2) The Effect of high studentss motivation and low studentss motivation toward the student achievement in accounting subject matter; (3) The interaction effect between the instructional technique and studentss motivation toward the st ident achievement in accounting subject matter. This study is a quantitative research with quasi experimental method. The research begin October 2010 to March 2011. Population of the study are all the eleventh year students of state senior high school 1 for social study major in Surakarta. The research sample are selected with simple random sampling technique. The sample consist of XI IPS 2 (25 students) for concept mapping technique treatment and XI IPS 2 (26 students) for gaming technique treatment. The instruments used to gather dafa for the study consist of documents, written test with essay form, performance test, and questionnaire for students motivation. Writen test with essay form and questionnaire for students motivation has been tested who know the proper of instruments. The result of try out test is analyzed with content validity test, item validity test, and reliability test. Item validity test and reliability test were examined using software SPSS. The technique of data analysis are descriptive statistic analysis and inferensial statistic analyses with use software MINITAB. Descriptive statistic analysis is used to divisions of students motivation in ciass and describe about student achievement in accounting. Inferensial statistic analysis is used to test hypothesis for this research was two path variance analysis. The prerequiste anlysis test consists of normaly test and homogenity variance test. The normality test was done using anderson darling and homogenity variance test was done using Fs test. Based on the result of analysis data was concluded: (1) There is a significant effect of concept mapping technique and gaming technique toward the student achievement in accounting subject matter (Fobs > Ftable = 7.94 > 4.06) at 5% level of significant; (2) There is a significant effect of high students motivation and low students motivation toward the student achievement in accounting subject matter (Fobs > Ftable = 449.19 > 4.06) at 5% level of significant at 5% level of significant; (3) There is a significant interaction effect between the instructional technique and students motivation toward the student achievement in accounting subject matter (Fobs > Ftable = 22.47 > 4.06) at 5% level of significant. Pengaruh Temperatur Terhadap Modulus Elastisitas Dan Angka Poisson Beton Aspal Lapis Aus Dengan Bahan Pengisi Kapur

Temperature affects the density of asphalt concrete which will ultimately affect the performance of the asphalt concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of temperature variation on the modulus of elasticity and Poisson ratio of asphalt concrete wearing course using hydrated lime as filler material. Lime content variations used in this study were 0 %, 25 %, and 50 %, with temperature of 20 °C, 30 °C, 40 °C, 50 °C, and 60 °C. The modulus of elasticity and the Poisson ratio were measured using the indirect tensile strength test. The results showed that higher temperatures decrease the elastic modulus of asphalt concrete. But the higher the temperature the higher the Poisson ratio, which means asphalt concrete mixtures become more flexible

Analisis Modal Kerja Usaha Kecil dalam Rangka Peningkatan Kinerja Usaha Menghadapi Era Pasar Bebas di Kabupaten Lumajang

Obstacles faced in developing small businesses in the City of small businesses in particular Lumajang Lumajang similar to problems faced by small businesses nationally, the gap between medium and large businesses increasingly widened.Small businesses in Lumajang generally weak in the capital, difficulties in obtaining capital, including working capital, weaknesses in management and low quality of human resources. The results of calculations and studies have been conducted that shows a general hypothesis expressed in this research can be proved, for the following reasons: (a) The results of calculation of working capital requirements based on the amount of sales volume achievement generally showed nearly (90%) small businesses that use the lack of working capital. (b) The effect of poor working capital management also affect the competitive ability of small businesses so that if this continued without looking for solutions not covered will likely affect the existence and competitiveness of small businesses in the future, especially in the era or the era of Global AFT

Impulse Buying: The Effect of Price Fairness, in Store Promotion, Merchandise and Time Availability

Impulse buying is unplanned purchases but have a significant impact on retail sales. This study examines the effect of price fairness, in store promotion and merchandise on impulse buying behavior. Research respondents were taken purposively with the criteria of members of the population who had made impulse buying. The population of this study is citizen of Surakarta who became consumers of the national mini retail chain. Data collection using questionnaires that have passed the validity and reliability test, while data analysis uses PLS SEM. The result of the study shows that Price Fairness, In Store Promotion, and Merchandise variables influence impulse buying behavior, with a T statistic score of 2,047; 2,537; and 2,104 respectively. The score is above the cut-off required for the 5% significance level, which is a statistical T value of more than or equal to 1.96.
