    Mekar Bhuwana Village, Abiansemal Subdistrict, Badung Regency, where some residents in terms of livelihoods work as building craftsmen to meet family needs. In carrying out their business, the building craftsmen have not applied modern marketing techniques, the way to market their products is done by depositing their products in small shops that sell religious tools according to orders and in preparing their financial statements they have not used technology such as computers to run this business. so it is not yet known how much the production costs, profits and losses were experienced. Marketing techniques have a very important role in running a business because customer satisfaction is the final goal in marketing techniques, it is necessary to understand and understand proper marketing management. Financial reporting in a business is the final process of the accounting process. Based on this problem, we provide assistance and training on online marketing techniques and simple financial report preparation training so that this business can be more advanced and able to compete in all foreign markets. With this community service, it is hoped that the Building Craftsmen will be able to carry out online marketing techniques properly and be able to financial reports using computers

    Penggunaan Metode Peta Pikiran (Mind Mapping) Untuk Meningkatkankemampuan Menulis Narasi Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama

    : This study aims to improve: (1) the quality of the learning process of writing narrative, and (2) the result of narrative writing ability by applying mind mapping method in the VII A students in SMP Negeri 14 Surakarta. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: (1) planning, (2) the implementation phase, (3) the stage of observation and interpretation, and (4) stage of analysis and reflection. Percentage of student activity during apperception in the cycle I was at 51,6%, whereas in the second cycle to be 81%. Percentage of student interest and motivation while attending learning activities in the cycle I was increased by 67,7% to be 81% in cycle II. Percentage of student activeness and attention is 74,2% to be 77% in cycle II. Increased student ability to write narrative can also be seen from the increasing number of students who can write narrative or a student who reaches the score ≥ 70 in each cycle. In the initial survey, the percentage of students who can reach the passing score is 38,71%. On the cycle I was 45,16% and in the second cycle was 80,64%

    Degradation of Cibacron Red Dye using ZnO as a Catalyst Coated on the Surface of the Glass in the Photocatalytic Process

    Industrial discharges are the main causes of surface and groundwater contamination. Photocatalytic process is one of the methods that could be used to degrade organic compounds that released from industrial wastewater. Photocatalytic process of 10 ppm cibacron red dye with irradiation of UV lamp and ZnO as a catalyst that coated on the surface of the glass the size of 8 cm x 8 cm x 0.4 cm have been studied. Experiments consisting of (i) variation of ZnO catalyst at temperature 200oC, 300oC, 400oC, and 500oC, and (ii) the efficiency achieved by the resulting ZnO obtained from the best variation in (i) as the UV-photocatalytic agent in degradation of cibacron red dye. The UV irradiation was done at interval time 0; 0.5; 1; 2; ; 4; and 6 hours. Degradation could be achieved using ZnO catalyst at temperature 500oC, the percentage degradation at 289 nm, 515 nm, and 545 nm were 84.5±1.0%, 100% and 100%, respectively.Received: 20 November 2010; Revised: 27 October 2011; Accepted: 04 November 201

    PENGARUH PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN DETEKSI DINI KEGAWATDARURATAN MATERNAL TERHADAP MOTIVASI IBU HAMIL MELAKUKAN ANC

    Kegawatdaruratan merupakan kejadian yang berbahaya dan tidak terduga. Cara mencegah terjadinya kegawatdaruratan adalah dengan melakukan perencanaan yang baik, mengikuti panduan yang baik dan melakukan pemantauan yang terus menerus terhadap ibu/klien utamanya saat melakukan antenatal care. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan tentang deteksi dini kegawatdaruratan maternal terhadap motivasi ibu hamil dalam melakukan antenatal care Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pra eksperimen jenis one group pre-test post-test, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian seluruh ibu hamil dengan sampel 30 responden yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data diproleh dari data primer melalui kuesioner. pengolahan data menggunakan analsis rank spearman dengan metode SPSS. Hasil tabulasi dan pengolahan data menyebutkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi ibu hamil dalam melakukan ANC sebagai upaya pencegahan kegawatdaruratan maternal melalui penyuluhan kesehatan. Terbukti dari hasil pengolahan data, dari 30 reponden sebelum mendapatkan penyuluhan kesehatan ibu hamil memiliki motivasi “kuat/tinggi” sebanyak 5 orang (17%), ibu hamil dengan motivasi “sedang” sebanyak  13 orang (43%), dan ibu hamil dengan motivasi “lemah/rendah” sebanyak 12 orang (40%). Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan mengalami peningkatan menjadi motivasi “kuat/tinggi” sebanyak 25 ibu hamil (83%), motivasi “sedang” sebanyak 5 orang (17%), dan motivasi “lemah/rendah” sebanyak 0 orang (0%). Terdapat perbedaan hasil mean yaitu motivasi sebelum diberikan promosi kesehatan sebesar 44,16 dan nilai mean setelah dilakukan promosi kesehatan sebesar 76,12. Dari uji statistic pretest-post test menunjukkan nilai p=0,000 (p < 0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan tentang kegawatdaruratan maternal pada ibu hamil di TPMB Sahabat Bunda, Madiun

    This research is aimed at identifying the dimension of service qualities, examining them both simultaneously and partially, and also determining the dominant dimensions of service qualities affecting customer satisfaction. This research is replicated from a research done by R.L. Snipes et al. (1996). Purposive is used for determining research object and the sampling techniques is use accidental sampling. Population target is all passengers in Executive Class Train. Research sample has 168 respondents that taken from quistionnaires distribution in the three stations i.e.: Gubeng station, Pasar Turi station and Malang station. And method of data gathering employs a set of questionnaires. The analysis is used Confirmatory Factor Anaysis (CFA) and Exploratory Factor Analysis and continued with multiple linear regression. The result of the research indicates, that : (1) Service quality has 8 dimensions that have affect the customer satisfactions i.e.: image, immediate and clear information, service according to information, time accuracy, physical facilities, service system, additional facilities in the executive class train and reclining/refolving seat (2) Simultaneously, the eighth dimensions which have significance effects to customer satisfactions and partially, there are 4 dimensions have significance effects to customer satisfactions, e.i.: immediate and clear information, time accuracy, physical facilities and additional facilities in the executive class train (3) The dominant dimension is supporting additonal facilities in the executive class during the trip
