The Personality Profile and Leadership Style of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy
This report presents the results of an indirect assessment of the personality of Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy, from the conceptual perspective of personologist Theodore Millon.
Psychodiagnostically relevant data about Zelenskyy were collected from biographical sources and media reports and synthesized into a personality profile using the Millon Inventory of Diagnostic Criteria (MIDC), which yields 34 normal and maladaptive personality classifications congruent with DSM-III-R, DSM-IV, and DSM-5.
The personality profile yielded by the MIDC was analyzed on the basis of interpretive guidelines provided in the MIDC and Millon Index of Personality Styles manuals. Zelenskyyâs primary personality patterns were found to be Outgoing/congenial and Ambitious/confident, with secondary Dauntless/adventurous, Accommodating/cooperative, and Conscientious/respectful patterns, complemented by subsidiary Dominant/asserting features.
Outgoing leaders are dramatic attention-getters who thrive on being the center of social events, go out of their way to be popular with others, and have confidence in their social skills and ability to charm and influence others. Ambitious leaders are characteristically self-confident, competitive, daring, bold, charming, and skilled at winning others over to their causes and purposes. Dauntless leaders tend to flout tradition, dislike following routine, and sometimes act impulsively. Accommodating leaders tend to be considerate, cordial, and cooperative and are willing to reconcile differences and to concede when necessary. Conscientious individuals are dutiful and diligent, with a strong work ethic and careful attention to detail, and an ability to prevail in difficult circumstances.
The prominence of the Ambitious and Outgoing patterns is indicative of political charisma and, in concert with the Dauntless pattern in Zelenskyyâs overall personality configuration, suggests a courageous charismatic leadership style

Effects of Anaerobic Fatigue on the Tuck Jump Assessment Performance in Female Collegiate Club Athletes
Purpose: To determine the impact of a fatigue trial on the scores and number of jumps in a Tuck Jump Assessment (TJA) in female collegiate club athletes. The TJA is a 10-second plyometric jumping assessment used to replicate sport and identify lower extremity landing patterns. Scores from the TJA are summed together and those who score a 6 or higher are suggested for intervention training. Methods: Sixteen female club athletes (age: 20.9+1.9 years, weight: 59.13+7.72kg, height: 64.56+2.63cm) completed the TJA twice, once before performing a Wingate protocol and then again after. A dependent sample t-test was performed to determine any statistical differences between the TJA scores and the number of jumps, pre-Wingate and post-Wingate. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between scores for the TJA pre-Wingate (5.8+2.1) and post-Wingate (7.7+1.4) (PConclusions:The Wingate protocol had an impact on both the number of flaws and number of jumps, suggesting that athlete fatigue caused by completion of the Wingate protocol contributed to the increased number of errors in the TJA. The most common flaws were âpause between jumpsâ and âfeet do not land in the same footprintâ. A statistically significant difference between the number of jumps pre- to post-Wingate TJA was also found. There were a greater number of jumps in the post-Wingate TJA than pre-Wingate. Due to the increased scores in the post-Wingate condition, having athletes complete a fatiguing protocol prior to the TJA may provide for more sports-like levels of exhaustion. Recreating similar conditions athletes are sustaining during their sport could give a more accurate representation of the TJA, thereby making it a more clinically relevant and viable tool to use
The association of total quality management and financial performance in selected South African information technology organisations.
Abstract
This study evaluates Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation and its
association with financial performance in ten South African Information Technology
(IT) organisations listed on the JSE. It uses a cross-sectional survey that uses
questionnaires and interviews to obtain data on TQM at the selected organisations. A
descriptive analysis of the data indicates that the organisations with higher TQM
scores prove to do better in the financial area, but the null hypothesis of no association between TQM and financial performance cannot be rejected.
An exploration of current and future trends with regards to TQM, quality management
philosophies in general, and the IT industry in particular is also undertaken. The
traditional ideology behind TQM remains in place, but needs an adjustment. A model
is formed for an integrated management system that includes concerns for internal and external influences in the IT sector

âPsychodiagnostic Meta-Analysis: A Psychodiagnostically Relevant Conceptualization and Methodology for Assessing Personality in Politicsâ (presented by Aubrey Immelman, St. Johnâs University, Collegeville, Minnesota, United States)
Dominant trends in political personality assessment date back to the establishment of organized political psychology in the 1970s and earlier, yet most of the classical approaches remain at variance with conventional psychodiagnostic frameworks and procedures.
This presentation provided an overview of conceptual issues in personality-in-politics inquiry and described the presenterâs psychodiagnostic meta-analysis methodology, adapted for the psychological examination of political leaders from the evolutionary model of personologist Theodore Millon.

MR Imaging of Central Diabetes Insipidus: A Pictorial Essay
Central diabetes insipidus (DI) can be the outcome of a number of diseases that affect the hypothalamic-neurohypophyseal axis. The causes of the condition can be classified as traumatic, inflammatory, or neoplastic. Traumatic causes include postoperative sella or transection of the pituitary stalk, while infectious or inflammatory causes include meningitis, lymphocytic hypophysitis, and granulomatous inflammations such as sarcoidosis and Wegener's granulomatosis. Various neoplastic conditions such as germinoma, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, metastasis, leukemic infiltration, lymphoma, teratoma, pituitary adenoma, craniopharyngioma, Rathke cleft cyst, hypothalamic glioma, and meningioma are also causes of central DI. In affected patients, careful analysis of these MR imaging features and correlation with the clinical manifestations can allow a more specific diagnosis, which is essential for treatment
