Suitability assessment and recommendations for Urban agricultural development: A case study in Cai Rang District, Can Tho City, Viet Nam
This study aimed to assess the contributing aspects and design decentralized adaptive models for urban agriculture. The research techniques included data collection, surveying and interviewing farmers, statistical analysis and FAO land suitability assessment techniques. The results show that the model of growing green vegetables, fruits and vegetables outside, together with decorative plants, orchids and raising cattle, is the most effective. Moreover, job-creating models boost income, calm down people, spread joy, supply clean food right away, provide room for greenery, recycle agricultural waste and reduce environmental pollution. The outcome is the foundation for selecting the best foreign investment model for future growth. According to the study's findings, sustainable agricultural options for the area assist people in living better, protecting the environment, and earning more money in the future
On the Interference Alignment Designs for Secure Multiuser MIMO Systems
In this paper, we propose two secure multiuser multiple-input multiple-output
transmission approaches based on interference alignment (IA) in the presence of
an eavesdropper. To deal with the information leakage to the eavesdropper as
well as the interference signals from undesired transmitters (Txs) at desired
receivers (Rxs), our approaches aim to design the transmit precoding and
receive subspace matrices to minimize both the total inter-main-link
interference and the wiretapped signals (WSs). The first proposed IA scheme
focuses on aligning the WSs into proper subspaces while the second one imposes
a new structure on the precoding matrices to force the WSs to zero. When the
channel state information is perfectly known at all Txs, in each proposed IA
scheme, the precoding matrices at Txs and the receive subspaces at Rxs or the
eavesdropper are alternatively selected to minimize the cost function of an
convex optimization problem for every iteration. We provide the feasible
conditions and the proofs of convergence for both IA approaches. The simulation
results indicate that our two IA approaches outperform the conventional IA

VFFINDER: A Graph-based Approach for Automated Silent Vulnerability-Fix Identification
The increasing reliance of software projects on third-party libraries has
raised concerns about the security of these libraries due to hidden
vulnerabilities. Managing these vulnerabilities is challenging due to the time
gap between fixes and public disclosures. Moreover, a significant portion of
open-source projects silently fix vulnerabilities without disclosure, impacting
vulnerability management. Existing tools like OWASP heavily rely on public
disclosures, hindering their effectiveness in detecting unknown
vulnerabilities. To tackle this problem, automated identification of
vulnerability-fixing commits has emerged. However, identifying silent
vulnerability fixes remains challenging. This paper presents VFFINDER, a novel
graph-based approach for automated silent vulnerability fix identification.
VFFINDER captures structural changes using Abstract Syntax Trees (ASTs) and
represents them in annotated ASTs. VFFINDER distinguishes vulnerability-fixing
commits from non-fixing ones using attention-based graph neural network models
to extract structural features. We conducted experiments to evaluate VFFINDER
on a dataset of 36K+ fixing and non-fixing commits in 507 real-world C/C++
projects. Our results show that VFFINDER significantly improves the
state-of-the-art methods by 39-83% in Precision, 19-148% in Recall, and 30-109%
in F1. Especially, VFFINDER speeds up the silent fix identification process by
up to 47% with the same review effort of 5% compared to the existing

Capsule network with shortcut routing
This study introduces "shortcut routing," a novel routing mechanism in
capsule networks that addresses computational inefficiencies by directly
activating global capsules from local capsules, eliminating intermediate
layers. An attention-based approach with fuzzy coefficients is also explored
for improved efficiency. Experimental results on Mnist, smallnorb, and affNist
datasets show comparable classification performance, achieving accuracies of
99.52%, 93.91%, and 89.02% respectively. The proposed fuzzy-based and
attention-based routing methods significantly reduce the number of calculations
by 1.42 and 2.5 times compared to EM routing, highlighting their computational
advantages in capsule networks. These findings contribute to the advancement of

Characterization of pig farms in Hung Yen, Hai Duong and Bac Ninh provinces
peer reviewedIn order to characterization of pig farms in the Red River Delta, a study was conducted on 90 pig farms in Hung Yen, Hai Duong and Bac Ninh provinces from June to December 2006. Results show that most of the pig farms had been built for five years with a small size (0.5 hectare per farm). The invested capital was about 300-400 millions VND per farm. Four main sow groups used in the farms included crossbred exotic sows (51.1%), crossbred sow between local and exotic breeds (14.4%), purebred Landrace and Yorkshire breeds (15.6 and 18.9%, respectively). The boars were various (Duroc 30%, Yorkshire 21%, Landrace 13%, PiÐtrain × Duroc 36% and others). The pigs farms were faced with several difficulties such as limited land, lack of invested capital, uncontrolled quality of breeding pigs, high costs of feed, poor hygiene condition and diseases

Variational and Strong Variational Convexity in Infinite-Dimensional Variational Analysis
This paper is devoted to a systematic study and characterizations of the
fundamental notions of variational and strong variational convexity for lower
semicontinuous functions. While these notions have been quite recently
introduced by Rockafellar, the importance of them has been already recognized
and documented in finite-dimensional variational analysis and optimization.
Here we address general infinite-dimensional settings and derive comprehensive
characterizations of both variational and strong variational convexity notions
by developing novel techniques, which are essentially different from
finite-dimensional counterparts. As a consequence of the obtained
characterizations, we establish new quantitative and qualitative relationships
between strong variational convexity and tilt stability of local minimizers in
appropriate frameworks of Banach spaces
Local Minimizers of Nonconvex Functions in Banach Spaces via Moreau Envelopes
This paper investigates the preservation of local minimizers and strong
minimizers of extended-real-valued lower semicontinuous functions under taking
their Moreau envelopes. We address a general setting of Banach spaces, while
all the obtained results are new even for functions in finite dimensions. Our
main motivation came from applications to numerical methods in nonsmooth
optimization dealing with broad classes of nondifferentiable and nonconvex
functions. The paper also formulates and discusses some open questions stemming
from this study
The Impact of Viral Marketing on Emotion and Impulse Buying Behavior: A Case Study of Online Fashion
Impulsive online shopping is becoming a habit for many young consumers, especially for fashion products. This study aims to analyze the influence of viral marketing on emotions and impulsive online shopping behavior of young people for fashion products in Vietnam. The results showed that viral marketing with characteristics such as entertainment, source credibility, visual appeal, informativeness, and irritation all had a significant impact on emotions and impulsive online shopping behavior. Therefore,some suggestions are proposed for applying viral marketing to promote impulsive online shopping behavior for fashion products. The determinants of foreign direct investment in ASEAN: New evidence from financial integration factor
This paper examines the impact of financial integration and other variables on foreign direct investment capital inflows in ASEAN3 (Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam) and ASEAN5 (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore). Other variables are the gross domestic product, interest rate, infrastructure facility, labor cost, and trade openness. This paper uses the panel ordinary least square estimation with the method of first differencing for the period between 1996 and 2016. The authors divide ASEAN member countries into two groups by the level of economic development. The findings indicate that the coefficient of financial integration is positive and significant at 1 % level of significance on foreign direct investment capital inflows. The empirical results also support the hypothesis that foreign direct investment in ASEAN is positively correlated to market size, infrastructure facilities, and negatively correlated to labor cost as well as trade openness in ASEAN3.Internal Grant Agency of FaME TBU [IGA/FaME/2018/019
