    Monetary policy and clustering for achieving competitiveness in national business

    Territorial location has been a criterion for the development of an industry. In this regard, the formation of a single economic space between enterprises (organizations) of various forms of incorporation can be considered as an instrument for leveling the unevenness of economic development, which has been proved as a successful clustering practice. This efficient integration has transformed clustering into a national priority on a global scale. The constant decline in the growth rate of world GDP is being discussed, and measures are suggested to solve this problem through the formation of efficient spatial relationships, the creation of which is a condition for expanding the number of "locomotives" of growth that carry out intensive exchange of production factors. Clustering has been the result of efforts to achieve competitiveness for quite a long time. Further economic development is impossible without the development and the implementation of a new clustering model involving an increase in the level of cohesiveness of the monetary policy and the clustering strategy. A practical tool for transforming the economic space is the formation of clusters, the distribution of which allows achieving a synergic effect ensuring the growth of performance of economic entities in the region, which implies a change in the design of the monetary policy. In this study, a hypothesis about the existence of a significant relationship between the costs of creating and implementing innovations and the volume of innovative products received has been put forward and confirmed, which is the rationale for monetary support for competitiveness.peer-reviewe

    Physiological parameters of hitting the ball in the unsupported position and prospects for improv ing spikes through training with a biological feedback were studied in volleyball players. The physiological and biomechanical parameters characterizing a direct attacking shot in a supported position correlate with the biomechanical specificities characterizing the performance of this short in a jump. At the same time, the physiological ability to provide the accuracy of hitting actions is associated, first, with improving the coordi nation of trunk and arm movements in the flight phase, second, with the factors of intramuscular and intermuscular coordination of the striking arm, and, third, with a change in the pattern of motions of an athlete’s center of pressure.     Parameters assessment of the inductively-coupled circuit for wireless power transfer

    In this paper, a wireless power transfer model through the example of inductively-coupled coils of irregular shape in software package COMSOL Multiphysics is studied. Circuit parameters, such as inductance, coil resistance and self-capacitance were defined through electromagnetic energy by the finite-element method. The study was carried out according to Helmholtz equation. Spatial distribution of current per unit depending on frequency and the coupling coefficient for analysis of resonant frequency and spatial distribution of the vector magnetic potential at different distances between coils were presented. The resulting algorithm allows simulating the wireless power transfer between the inductively coupled coils of irregular shape with the assessment of the optimal parameters

    Postmodern concept of an individual in the oeuvre of Turkish authoress Buket Uzuner

    Β© Medwell Journals, 2015. This study presents viewpoints of both domestic and Foreign, Turkish literary historians and critics on the problem of defying postmodernism as a literary school. There has been expressed an opinion that methodology of studying Russian postmodernism in the researches of domestic authors allows investigating literary postmodernism in Turkey. The article also demonstrates viewpoints of Turkish literary historians on the problem of postmodernism in Turkish literary. One of the investigated issues becomes building postmodern concept of an individual in the oeuvre of Turkish authoress Buket Uzuner, one of the prominent representatives of Turkish literary postmodernism. For the purposes of comprehensive investigation of the problem mentioned a wide range of study methods has been applied, including scientific and theoretic method of analyzing literary sources, descriptive method, method of compositional analysis of literary text. In the course of the investigation, we have found out that the author, pursuing an aim of building adequate postmodern concept of an individual, often touches upon the following topics that are related to spiritual searches: world-view crisis, creative work, childhood, etc. Peculiarities of prose and artistic time continuum as well as some linguistic peculiarities of Buket Uzuner's works have been studied and analyzed. Analysis of various angles of Buket Uzuner's creative works allows composing approximate world building of the authoress. She often touches upon existential topics (like creative works, love, etc.) and the readers are invited to mull those over. Buket Uzuner's style is characterized by fragmentary and eclectic nature and dynamic narration. Performed study allows us to make an important conclusion that concept of an individual in the oeuvre of Buket Uzuner, associated with sincerity, loneliness (which looks more like a retreat) reflects social changes that are taking place and touches on meditative rethinking of the world and one's place in this world

    Optimal design of queueing systems for using communication channels with multiple access

    This article considers the mathematical model of queueing systems for the communication network with multiple access, which is used in the automated group of moving objects control systems. The dynamic communication model in the form of a single-line queuing model with the batch input claims was researched. The method of asymptotic analysis of the communication channel under a heavy load conditions was applied. As a result, the basic probabilistic characteristics of the system were obtained, including: the probability distribution of the waiting time values of the virtual claims, the average length of the queue claims at random time. It has been discovered that the characteristics of the communications models allow performing parametric optimization of communication networks, establishing the most appropriate values of the network parameters
