    IMPACT OF GOVERNMENT SUPPORT MEASURES ON INCREASING THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

    Objective: The authors conduct an in-depth assessment of state support measures aimed at enhancing the digitalization of the agro-industrial complex. The purpose of the article is to evaluate the impact of government initiatives on the adoption of digital technologies and their potential to improve efficiency in the agricultural sector.Methods: The research employs a comprehensive approach, including the analysis of government policies, project implementation, and financial investments in digital agriculture. The study reviews specific digital projects, evaluates their outcomes, and examines regional strategies for promoting digitalization.Results: The study shows that government support has played a key role in advancing digitalization in the agro-industrial complex. Initiatives, such as the Digital Agriculture project, have increased agricultural productivity, reduced production costs, and attracted investments. The integration of digital technologies has automated decision-making processes, created new job opportunities, and boosted exports of agricultural products.Conclusion: State support has driven the digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex. The results emphasize the importance of continued government efforts to promote digitalization, ensuring long-term benefits for agricultural productivity and economic growth. The research highlights the need for a coordinated approach among stakeholders and sustained investment in digital agriculture to achieve optimal outcomes in terms of sustainability and competitiveness.

    The extent of formal verification methods applied to industrial projects has always been limited. The proliferation of distributed ledger systems (DLS), also known as blockchain, is rapidly changing the situation. Since the main area of DLSs' application is the automation of financial transactions, the properties of predictability and reliability are critical for implementing such systems. The actual behavior of the DLS is determined by the chosen consensus protocol, which properties require strict specification and formal verification. Formal specification and verification of the consensus protocol is necessary but not sufficient. It is required to ensure that the software implementation of the DLS nodes complies with this protocol. The verified software implementation of the protocol must run on a fairly reliable operating system. The so-called “smart contracts”, which are an important part of the applied implementations of specific business processes based on DLSs, must be verifiable as well. In this paper, we describe an ongoing industrial project that will result in a DLS verified at least at the four technological levels described above. We then share our experience with the formal specification and verification of HotStuff, a leader-based fault-tolerant protocol that ensures reaching distributed consensus in the presence of Byzantine processes.Степень применения методов формальной верификации в индустриальных проектах всегда была ограничена. Распространение систем распределенного реестра (СРР), известных также как блокчейн, быстро меняет ситуацию. Поскольку основной областью применения СРР является автоматизация финансовых транзакций, свойства предсказуемости и надежности являются критическими при реализации таких систем. Реальное поведение СРР определяется выбранным протоколом консенсуса, свойства которого нуждаются в строгой спецификации и формальной верификации. Формальная спецификация и верификация протокола консенсуса необходима, но недостаточна. Необходимо удостовериться, что программная реализация узлов СРР соответствует данному протоколу. Верифицированная программная реализация протокола должна запускаться на достаточно надежной операционной системе. Так называемые “умные контракт”, которые являются важной частью прикладных реализаций конкретных бизнес-процессов на основе СРР, также должны быть верифицируемы.В данной работе мы описываем реализующийся в настоящее время индустриальный проект, результатом которого станет СРР, верифицированная по меньшей мере на четырех описанных выше технологических уровнях.     Currently, much attention is paid to the development of learning sour cream – a combination of traditional and distance (30-70%) of training. Such training is sometimes called hybrid and referred to disruptive technologies. Purpose – to show that the use of systemic campaign in blended learning provides a high quality of education, and the technology can be devastating. The subject of the study – blended learning, object of study – Mixed learning process. The analysis results show that the combined training increases the motivation of students, qualification of teachers, personalized learning process. At the same time there are no reliable methods of assessing the quality of education and training standards. It is important that blended learning strategy to support the institutional goals and had an effective organizational model for support

    Abstract. Large volumes of information that are generated in the network require new competencies from specialists, which are called «personal knowledge mastery». The main competencies are the collection of information and its preservation, the analysis of information and adding the views of the author and, finally, the free distribution of processed information on the network. A specialist in the relevant branch of science who is engaged in such activities and affects the development of the field is the content curator. In the online age of the community, the practice of content curators will determine the direction of society development. The competencies of the content curator must be formed by the student, they must be with the teachers of higher educational institutions.The purpose of the study is to develop an open distance learning program, conduct learning for users of the Ukrainian network, and determine the ways to form a community practice for content curators.An analysis of sources and the experience of foreign researchers were used to create a teacher learning program. The professional competencies of the personal knowledge mastery and the functions of the content curator are determined. The open distance course is built using constructivist and connectivity approaches. Since 2013, 450 teachers of Ukraine have learned at the developed course, and 85 students have successfully completed the learning. The impact of educated content curators was evaluated according to existing criteria in the network. The best projects were defended through webinars, others prepared video reports that were posted on YouTube.As an analysis of the work of graduates of the course «Content Curator» showed that, only about 10 % now play the role of a content curator. There are no developed similar courses in Ukraine, and this one can be used to train masters, graduate students, and scientists.Аннотация. Большие объемы информации, которые генерируются в сети, требуют от специалистов новых компетентностей, которые называются «мастерством персональных знаний». Главными компетентностями являются сбор информации и ее сохранение, анализ информации и добавление точек зрения автора и, как результат, свободное распространение обработанной информации в сети. Специалист соответствующей отрасли науки, который занимается такой деятельностью и влияет на развитие направления, является куратором содержания. В сетевую эпоху сообщества практики кураторов содержания будут определять направления развития общества. Компетентности куратора содержания необходимо формировать у студента, они должны быть у преподавателей высших учебных заведений.Анотація.Значні обсяги інформації, що генеруються в мережі, вимагають від фахівців нових компетентностей, які називаються «майстерністю персональних знань». Головними компетентностями є збір інформації та її збереження, аналіз інформації та додавання поглядів автора і, на останок, вільне поширення обробленої інформації в мережі. Фахівець відповідної галузі науки, який займається такою діяльністю і впливає на розвиток напряму, є куратором змісту. У мережну епоху спільноти практики кураторів змісту будуть визначати напрями розвитку суспільства. Компетентності куратора змісту необхідно формувати у студента, вони повинні бути у викладачів закладів вищої освіти

    The author’s research is dedicated to the enhancement of the level of the enterprise economic safety. This task involves developing the concept of an integrated system for early prevention of dangers and threats of business activity, substantiation of procedures for regulating the activities of the enterprise in accordance with the changing external and internal factors. Multiloop diagnostics model is proposed to identify causal relations of management dysfunction. It allows you to receive an adequate assessment of the basic parameters of activity of the enterprise and accurately identify its status. Researching problems of economic safety of the enterprise such diagnostic methods as economic and logical analysis, statistical monitoring and strategic management were applied. There was made a conclusion that a qualitative assessment is a key tool of the level assessment of the enterprise economic safety, its control, and monitoring. It allows you to get reliable information about the real possibilities of the enterprise at different stages of development, to monitor and evaluate the level of economic security, find effective solutions to transition to a higher level of economic safety of the enterprise

    The article deals with the theoretical foundations of carrying out distance course (DC) examination with the aim of creating the program for expert training. An expert is defined as a specialist who has experience in compiling distance courses, organization of distance learning as well as has and uses content tutor skills.The article also describes the basic skills that an expert should have as well as typical mistakes of the developers of distance courses are presented. On the basis of the research a DC ``Expert examination of distance course'' was compiled for experienced developers of distance courses and administrators of distance learning systems at different institutions. During the training, the learners analyzed the purpose of Bloom's taxonomy and its accessibility, the complexity of the text and its design, the tasks and learning activities, the quality of tests and the evaluation system, etc. The result of the course training is learner's report on the distance course examination and analysis of this work. 47 lecturers of Ukrainian educational institutions were trained and only 12 of them successfully completed the training
