    The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of travel agency on the basis of theoretical knowledge. Another objective is to decide based on this business plan whether the particular business idea is feasible and viable and what are eventually its financial demands. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical, where I describe the business and entrepreneur in general, his optimal personal qualities, the main motives that affect his entry into the business, but also the legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. In the next chapter I deal with the general structure of a business plan, his potential users are and what requirements should meet the right business plan. The second part is a practical part in which I analyze in detail the structure of my own business plan for establishment of travel agency. Here I mainly deal with the detailed analysis of business environment, marketing and financial plan, but also an estimation of potential risks

    Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavit na základě teoretických poznatků strategický marketingový plán pro existující cestovní kancelář. Dalším cílem této práce je důkladně prozkoumat okolí podniku, zejména pak jeho stávající konkurenci. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretické, kde s využitím odborné literatury popisuji samotnou definici procesu strategického plánování a jeho jednotlivých částí, ale také stanovení vize a mise podniku, strategickou analýzu a konkrétní typy možných strategií. Druhou částí je pak praktická část, kde aplikuji teoretické principy marketingového plánování na konkrétním příkladu naší cestovní kanceláře.The aim of this Master's Thesis is to create a strategic marketing plan for existing travel agancy on the basis of theoretical knowledge. Another aim of this thesis is to explore the surroundings of the company, especially its existing competitors. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical, where I describe the definition of the strategic planning process and its parts as well as determination of the company's vission and mission, strategic analysis and specific types of possible strategies, all by usining the literature sources. The second part is a practical part where I apply the theoretical principles of marketing planning to specific example of our travel agency
