La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial en escenarios de violencia. Departamento del Huila y Norte de Santander

En Colombia se pueden identificar distintos escenarios de violencia que han atentado a los DDHH, a la integridad individual y colectiva, al bienestar y desarrollo social. El presente documento muestra un ejercicio reflexivo y de análisis sobre los procesos de transformación e impactos que dejó el conflicto armado en municipios del departamento del Huila y Norte de Santander por medio del ejercicio de foto-Voz y la elaboración de un noticiero Magazín donde se expone en video los aspectos más significativos de la experiencia, esto desde los fundamentos del enfoque narrativo. De igual forma se analiza el impacto causado por el conflicto armado en dos casos puntuales; el caso de Nelson Historias que retornan, donde se identifica; emergentes psicosociales, recursos de afrontamiento, elementos resilientes y posicionamiento como sobreviviente de la víctima, por otra parte el caso Masacre en El Salado donde se analiza las diferentes experiencias de resiliencia de quienes sobrevivieron y el impacto generado a la población a manos de grupos al margen de la ley, se diseñan tres estrategias psicosociales con el objetivo de favorecer el proceso de reparación de las víctimas y potenciar los recursos de afrontamiento ante los daños provocados por el suceso violento. Se logro identificar la importancia de la narrativa en la construcción de memoria historia, y en el proceso de reparación, así mismo la importancia que tiene incluir la atención a los daños psicológicos en los planes de intervención enfocados a víctimas del conflicto armado.In Colombia, different scenarios of violence can be identified that have attacked human rights, individual and collective integrity, well-being and social development. This document shows a reflective and analytical exercise on the transformation processes that are taking place in municipalities in the department of Huila and Norte de Santander through the exercise of photo-Voice from the foundations of the narrative approach, and the development of a news magazine. where the most significant aspects of the experience are exposed on video. In the same way, the impact caused by the armed conflict is analyzed in two specific cases; the case of Nelson Historias que retoran where psychosocial emergents, coping resources, resilient elements and positioning of the victim as a survivor are identified; on the other hand, the analysis of the case of the Massacre in El Salado is carried out, where the different experiences of resilience of those who survived and the impact generated to the population at the hands of groups outside the law, three psychosocial strategies are designed with the objective of favoring the process of reparation of the victims and potentiating the coping resources in the face of the damage caused by the violent event. It was possible to identify the importance of the narrative in the construction of historical memory, and in the repair process, likewise the importance of including attention to psychological damage in intervention plans focused on victims of the armed conflict
