    The Influence of Leverage and Its Size on the Earnings Management

    This study aimed to determine the effect of leverage and firm size on earnings management. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method with the criteria listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has a complete set of financial statements. The study sample consisted of 30 manufacturing companies, used multiple regression analysis techniques and to test the research hypothesis, F test and t test.From the results of calculations using SPSS for Windows version 20, showed that: 1) The value of operating leverage coefficient of 0.215, significant operating leverage affect earnings management by 21.5%; 2) financial leverage coefficient of 0.505, meaning financial leverage affect earnings management by 50.5%; 3) The size of the company coefficient of 0.417, meaning the size of the company affect earnings management of 41.7%.Rated R square (R2) of 0.603, illustrates that earnings management (Y), can be explained by the operating leverage, financial leverage, and the size of the company amounted to 60.3%, while the remaining 39.7%, can be explained by other factors, which are not included in this study.From the results of hypothesis testing F, obtained value of F (2,082) <F table (2.769), this means that there is no effect of operating leverage, financial leverage, and the size of the companies jointly to earnings management. While the results of hypothesis testing t, obtained the following results: 1) tcount (-0.537) <t table (1.672) which means that there is no effect of operating leverage on earnings management; 2) tcount (-0.153) <t table (1.672) which means that there is no financial leverage effect on earnings management; 3) tcount (0.686) <t table (1.672) which means that there is no effect of firm size on earnings management.     Kebijakan Hutang Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh risiko bisnis, kebijakan dividen, pertumbuhan penjualan, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan tangibilitas terhadap kebijakan utang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 28 sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2013-2017 dengan 152 pengamatan total. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh risiko bisnis, kebijakan dividen, pertumbuhan penjualan, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan tangibilitas terhadap kebijakan utang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan Risiko Bisnis, Kebijakan Dividen, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan dan Tangibilitas terhadap Kebijakan Hutang. Sedangkan hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Risiko Bisnis, Kebijakan Hutang, Pertumbuhan Pertumbuhan Penjualan Perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Hutang, sedangkan Tangibilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Hutang.Kata kunci: Kebijakan Hutang, Risiko Bisnis, Kebijakan Dividen, Pertumbuhan Penjualan,   Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Tangibilitas ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of business risk, dividend policy, sales growth, company growth and tangibility of debt policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence of Business Risk, Dividend Policy, Sales Growth, Company Growth and Tangibility on Debt Policy.     FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERINGKAT OBLIGASI PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR

    This study was conducted to examine the probability of the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size (Size), leverage, and the life of the bonds against bond ratings on companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample of companies used in this study were 29 companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2011-2013. Data analysis technique used is the multiple logistic regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the Chi-square test (test simultaneously) and the Wald test (partial test) .From the summary model results showed a value of 0.555 or 55.5%, this means donations of variable profitability, liquidity, firm size (size), leverage, and the life of the bonds to the bond rating of 55.5%, while the remaining 44.5% is explained by other factors not diteliti.Chi-square test (test simultaneously) shows Chi-square count (39.731)> Chi-Square table (104.14) and the significance of the Chi-Square value of 0.000 <0.05, then the probability of profitability, liquidity, firm size (size), leverage, and the life of the bonds simultaneously influence obligasi.Uji ranked Wald (partial test) show (1) a significance level of liquidity of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the probability of liquidity significant effect on bond ratings (2) Size significance level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the probability of a significant effect Size the bond rating (3) the level of significance of the life of the bonds of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the probability of bond age significantly influence the ranking obligasi.     Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Pertambangan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

    ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Per Share, Financial Leverage and Sales Growth on stock prices in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The sample in this study were 40 companies, which were taken using purposive sampling method. Based on the research results Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Per Share (DPS), Financial Leverage (FL) and Sales Growth (PP) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of F of 0.014 &lt;0.05. Earning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of t of 0.292 &gt; = 0.05. Dividend Per Share (DPS) has no significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of t of 0.339 &gt; = 0.05 Financial Leverage (FL) has a significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of t of 0.038 &lt; = 0.05.     Pengelolaan Investasi terhadap Laporan Keuangan Pada Yayasan Tunjangan Hari Tua Bank Sumsel Babel

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen investasi laporan keuangan di Yayasan Tunjangan Hari Tua Bank Sumsel Babel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode dokumentasi dengan mengambil data laporan keuangan bulanan dari Yayasan Tunjangan Hari Tua Bank Sumsel Babel. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel dependen dari penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan (Y) dan untuk variabel independen termasuk Setoran (X1), Obligasi (X2), dan Saham (X3). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Setoran (X1), Obligasi (X2), dan Saham (X3) memiliki hubungan dan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Laporan Keuangan (Y) sebesar 71,7%. Berdasarkan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen investasi pada deposito, obligasi, dan saham memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap laporan keuangan Yayasan Tunjangan Hari Tua Bank Sumsel Babel. Kata kunci: Investasi, Deposito, Obligasi, Saham, Laporan Keuanga

    ABSTRAK &nbsp; Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji apakah disiplin dan motivasi kerja akan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai PT. KAI (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang pada unit keuangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dalam penelitian dijadikan sampel dengan jumlah 28 orang. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah disiplin, motivasi kerja dan variabel independennya adalah kinerja pegawai, dengan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi menunjukkan Y = 5.953 + 0.258X1 + 0.773X2. Dimana terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan untuk disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai Fhitung 19.975 &gt; F tabel 3.369 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 &lt; 0,05. Sedangakan tidak ada pengaruh secara parsial displin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung 0.897 &lt; ttabel 2.060 dan ada terdapat pengaruh secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung 4.143 &gt; ttabel 2.060. Nilai R2 sebesar 0.615 yang artinya disiplin dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh sebanyak 61.5% terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. KAI (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang Unit Keuangan. &nbsp; Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai &nbsp; &nbsp; ABSTRACT &nbsp; The purpose of this research is to test whether discipline and work motivation will affect the performance of PT. KAI (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang in the financial unit. The sampling technique in this study was to use a saturated sample, where all of the population in the study were sampled with a total of 28 people. The dependent variable in this study is discipline, work motivation and the independent variable is employee performance, with a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The regression results show Y = 5.953 + 0.258X1 + 0.773X2. Where there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously for discipline and work motivation on employee performance with a Fcount of 19,975 &gt; F table of 3,369 with a significant value of 0,000 &lt;0.05. Meanwhile, there is no partial effect of work discipline on employee performance with a tcount of 0.897 &lt; ttable of 2.060 and there is a partial effect of work motivation on employee performance with a tcount of 4.143 &gt; ttable of 2.060. The R2 value is 0.615 which means that discipline and work motivation have an effect of 61.5% on the performance of employees of PT.     The aims of this study are: To find out how the influence of CSRD, institutional ownership, leverage and asset growth on firm value in construction, property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This research design includes the type of associative research, namely research that seeks the influence or relationship of two or more variables. Based on the type of data, this research is classified as quantitative research, namely research that uses numbers. Simultaneously or simultaneously (the results of statistical F test) show that there is no influence between CSRD, Institutional Ownership, Leverage, and Asset Growth on Firm Value in Construction, Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange.     Apakah Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Konstruksi Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Dipengaruhi Penerapan PSAK72?

    ABSTRACT This study aims to see whether before and after the implementation of PSAK72 will affect the performance of financial construction companies that are on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data with a population of 24 issuers. The research sample was based on purposive data collection techniques with certain criteria obtained by 21 issuers throughout 2018-2020. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was used as an analytical test tool in this study. The test results show that before and after the implementation of PSAK 72 does not affect financial performance as represented by the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and net profit margin. This means that this research adds to previous empirical research evidence which states that there is no effect of PSAK72 implementation on financial performance. The adoption of PSAK72 does not necessarily significantly increase or decrease a company's financial performance. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan populasi berjumlah 24 emiten. Sampel penelitian berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data secara purposif dengan krieria tertentu diperoleh sebanyak 21 emiten sepanjang tahun 2018-2020. Teknik analisis yang digunakan deksriptif kuantitatif. Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test digunakan sebagai alat uji analisis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan PSAK 72 tidak mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan yang diwakilkan oleh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan net profit margin. Artinya penelitian ini menambah bukti empiris penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh penerapan PSAK72 terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penerapan PSAK72 belum tentu meningkatkan atau menurunkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan secara signifikan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, PSAK72, Rasio Keuanga

    The problemof this studywas whether the integration of the ethics values in financial accounting teaching influenced the economics students’ perceptions at University of Muhammadiyah Palembang or not.The objective of this study wasto find outthe empirical evidence of the ethics values integration in financial accounting teaching influencing the economics students’ perceptions at University of Muhammadiyah Palembang. It is hoped that this study could be useful the writer, University of Muhammadiyah Palembangand almamater.This study used descriptive research. Techniques for collecting the data were usingquestionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The analytical methods were using qualitative and quantitative analytical methods. Technique for analyzing the data was using SPSS 16.00.The result showed that it would increase the accounting students’ ethical perceptions by integrating the ethics values in the teaching of financial accounting. So the accounting students would have ethical attitudes in the work field later

    ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the role of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT Musi Prima Karsa Palembang. The work environment is one of the main supporting factors in the wheels of the company, therefore the work environment must be considered and this is where the job of a company leader is to pay attention to, fix and organize the work environment so that employees can work in the company properly. This research was conducted using qualitative analysis techniques with data collection methods, interviews and library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a role for the work environment on employee performance. In the future, research can be used for the development of physical work environments and non-physical work environments in improving the performance of employees of PT Musi Prima Karsa Palembang. Keywords: work environment, employee performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Musi Prima Karsa Palembang. Lingkungan kerja sebagai salah satu faktor yang merupakan pendukung utama dalam roda perusahaan, karena itu lingkungan kerja harus diperhatikan dan disinilah tugas seorang pimpinan perusahaan memperhatikan, membenahi serta menata lingkungan kerja agar karyawan dapat bekerja dalam perusahaan dengan baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik analisis kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data, wawancara dan riset kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat peranan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
