Health Security : A Need and Necessity For Senior Citizens In India

    Get PDF
In the present scenario it is said that health is everything because health is lost everything is lost. Health is one of the most important aspects for our lives. Suppose we are not healthy we can’t move a single step in our life and we can’t imagine of good or healthy life. We know that present condition is not good about the health standard in India. Even we can say that the general health standard of India is extremely bad. There is large number of children suffering from malnutrition. It is a very shame and if we talk about the youth and senior citizen’s condition it is also bad. As far as condition of youth is concerned there is many health insurance and other policies available for them but there is no health insurance and other policies available for senior citizens people. Now a day’s government does not pay attention to senior citizens health and there is no preventing measurements and not providing the proper treatment by the Government and other health societies, hospitals for senior citizens. We must know that Right to health is included directly in as a Fundamental Right in the Indian Constitution. The constitution framer imposed this duty on state to ensure social and economic justice. Part IVth the Constitution of India which are Direct Principles of State Policy imposed duty on States

Justice Accessibility in perspective of Juristic Rational Science with Specific Dimension of Medical and Forensic Science

    Get PDF
To get the Justice accessibility, the Medical and Forensic Science are found to function as one of roots of the Juristic Rational Science as the supplement specifically to ensure justice in matters of offences as murder, culpable homicide and others to obtain the evidence for reliance and proven or disproven the guilt or innocence of the person. In the offences of the life and personal liberty of humans, satisfactory justice accessibility is not found possible only in Juristic Rational Science without the support of Medical and Forensic Science, this research has inclusions of Justice Accessibility in Juristic Rational Science as to the offences against the human body which are the direct integral part of the life (soul) and personal liberty (whatever is needed for the human body to alive basically and advanced) of human with the coordination of Medical and Forensic Science including Medical Jurisprudence simultaneously

A Critical Study of Challenges of Para-Legal Services in India

In present scenario, the Para-Legal Services are having the most specific place in administration of justice for the economic weaker, other disable and vulnerable sections of people to get the justice so the Para-Legal Services are the solution for several problems of above said persons as a panacea but many obstacles, difficulties and hindrances are in existence on the way of implementation of Para-Legal Services hence this research paper has been focused or emphasized on the challenges of Para-Legal Services which reveal the required solution or diagnosis remedies and suggestion or other relevant things with respect to Legal and Para-Legal Services for the delivery of Justice in administration of Justice which is useful, beneficial & helpful for research scholars, students, Professors, teachers, institutions or organizations or establishments, commissions, governments, NGOs, trusts, Colleges, Universities, person individually or group, society and other required persons relating to conduct research & do the needful according to requirements, time & circumstances

Omni-directional Slotted Waveguide Antenna with Low Omni Ripple at MM Wave

    Get PDF
The paper describes the design, simulation, and realisation of a slotted waveguide based horizontally polarized omni-directional antenna at millimeter wave frequency. This design has been optimised for minimum ripple in omni pattern and wide elevation coverage. It is based on radiating slots on both sides of waveguide for generating omni pattern and reduced height waveguide along with metallic wings on both sides used to obtain minimum omni pattern variation. The designed antenna has been simulated on finite element method-based ANSYS’s HFSS EM Simulator software using proper boundary conditions. A metallic strip on both side of slot on upper face of antenna has been used to provide flatness as well as strength to antenna. The antenna has the advantages of being robust, low cost, and easy to fabricate being in waveguide configuration. Measured VSWR of antenna is less than 2.0 over the frequency band of 37-40 GHz and minimum omni gain of the antenna is 0 dBi over the frequency band.Defence Science Journal, Vol. 65, No. 2, March 2015, pp.159-162, DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.14429/dsj.65.802

A Wide Beam Printed Quadrifilar Helix based Circularly Polarised Radiating Element for Electronically Steered Antenna

    Get PDF
Wide beam and low axial ratio performance of printed quadrifilar antennas result in very attractive circularly polarised radiating element for wide scanned Electronically Steered Antenna. A compact printed quadrifilar Helix antenna (PQHA) has been designed and realised at S-Band frequency. Simulation and optimisation of designed antenna has been performed using ANSYS’s high frequency structure simulation (HFSS) software for its impedance, axial ratio (AR) performance and radiation characteristics. The developed circularly polarised antenna has 3-dB beam width of 130° and peak gain of 3.4dBic at 2.6 GHz. The developed antenna shows excellent AR performance over the frequency band as well as over the radiated beam. Half power axial ratio bandwidth of developed antenna is 27.4% (2.2 GHz - 2.9 GHz) while the impedance bandwidth is 32% (2.1 GHz - 2.9 GHz). Design has been validated through measured results. Designed wide band PQHA can be used as radiating element for electronically steered antenna for large beam steering application

Upper bound for third Hankel determinant of a class of analytic functions

    Get PDF
    We establish upper bounds for second Hankel determinant, the Fekete-Szegö functional and third Hankel determinant for normalized analytic functions f ∈ Wβ(α, γ),Wβ(α, γ) = { f : Re ((1 − α + 2γ)f(z)/z+ (α − 2γ)fʹ(z) + γzfʹʹ(z)) > β , where α, γ ≥ 0 and β < 1. Also, we show that these bounds reduce to the bounds of some well-known classes for particular choices of parameters α, γ and β.Publisher's Versio

Analysis and Process for Uninteresting Time Compensators with Smith Predictor and Virtual Sensor

    Get PDF
Dead time is often present in control systems as computational or informational delay but in most cases it is very small and is neglected. Dead time is widely found in the process industries when transporting materials or energy. Generally stable processes are represented by first-order-plus-dead-time or second order- plus-dead-time models for analysis. In this paper analysis of secure processes with dead time is done. Here PI controller and Smith Predictor & virtual sensor are used as dead time compensators but virtual sensor eliminates the technology-related dead-time and makes the control of dead-time processes possible without high development costs and at the end of paper we will be compare the effectiveness of both
