In Remote Sensor Network, sensor hub are sent in application territory to shape organize. Data about the physical and synthetic marvel are gathered by sensor hub and exchange to the sink hub for additionally preparing. Sharp Routing convention is required to fulfill the errand of exchanging data. Opportunistic routing is used for wireless multi-hop network .The main features of Opportunistic routing is coordination and selection of forwarding node to transfer the packets to the sink node. Opportunistic routing enables the multiple paths and dynamics the relay selection in wireless multihop networks with higher node density .In order to enhance the performance of relay node Opportunistic routing collaborates all the sensor nodes in the path while forwarding the data packets

Background: Length is an important neonatal measurement at birth. Many studies in the past have analyzed the birth weight andfactors affecting it but studies that investigated the relationship between maternal factors and birth length are scarce and inconsistent.Purpose: This study was conducted with the aim to estimate the effect of maternal and fetal factors on birth length in singletonpregnancy. Methods: The present cross-sectional observational study was conducted in a tertiary care center in central India duringFebruary 2012. Of 450 deliveries, 191 newborns were included on the basis of inclusion criteria. The weight of the baby was takenby electronic weighing scale, and length was taken with infantometer. Babies were divided into two groups based on Fenton’s chart, and Group A had babies with birth length <3rd centile and Group B had babies with birth length >3rd centile. The effects of factorssuch as maternal age, weight during last trimester of pregnancy, education, maternal and paternal height, parity, socioeconomic status, occupation, and residence were assessed. Fetal factors such as birth weight, sex, and birth order were assessed. Results: On analysisof data, it was found that maternal weight (p<0.001), maternal height (p<0.001), and occupation (p=0.04) was significantly associatedwith the length of the babies. The incidence of low birth length was lesser (53.37%) among housewives as compared to working mothers(72.09%) with p<0.05. Socioeconomic status, paternal height, and parity had no significant relationship with birth length. On analysisof fetal factors, birth weight (p<0.001) and head circumference (<0.001) were significantly associated with birth length. Conclusions: Itmay be concluded that length at birth may be influenced by factors such as maternal weight and occupation, which indirectly show thenutritional status of the mother

Mature cystic teratoma mimicking ectopic pregnancy: a case report

We present a case of mature cystic teratoma resembling ectopic pregnancy in a patient with positive serum beta-hCG and an adnexal mass. A 30-year-old woman who was experiencing pelvic pain and vaginal bleeding was sent to the emergency room. An ultrasound revealed a complex right adnexal mass measuring 63×42 mm and the absence of an intrauterine gestational sac. Based on these findings, ectopic pregnancy was suspected; nevertheless, a subsequent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was planned, which suggested mature cystic teratoma. On a laparoscopy, later findings were verified. Cyst removal was the patient's treatment. Despite the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy being indicated by the existence of an adnexal mass without an intrauterine gestational sac and a positive beta-hCG level, a mature cystic teratoma should be considered as a differential diagnosis.

The contemporary world belongs to communication where lot of interactions, trading, and business dealings are happening between people, organizations, and business partners. This has led to the sharp rise in disputes and conflicts, and they have become an unavoidable part of our ecosystem. Disputes and conflicts are not only related to online communication but also crops up during face-to-face or offline communication. The disputes/conflicts need to be handled, managed, and resolved timely and in a cost-effective manner. These days, online communication medium is used very effectively for such dispute resolutions. Online dispute resolution is mostly done through video conferencing, email exchanges, instant chat, and interaction through mobile phones. In order to understand the corporate perspective of India related to the online communication and online dispute resolution, interviews of 50 working professionals were conducted. Each of these professionals is at the leadership position and uses online communication more often in their day-to-day professional work. Their views were recorded and interpreted in order to understand practical issues related to online communication and online dispute resolution. In this chapter, we will be discussing the pertinent process of online dispute resolution for both online and offline disputes pertaining to the business environment

Ayurveda is the sea of knowledge and to get a pearl from it, we should wear a ‘diving suit of curiosity’ and make deep dive. The cause of our diving is to curiosity about the human body part called Guda (ano-rectum). We elaborate how it is correspond to ano-rectum in modern anatomy. On the basis of literature review we also elaborate the two terminologies i.e. Uttara Guda (distal rectum) and Adhara Guda (anal canal), which seems to be the functional division of Guda (ano-rectum). The function of Uttara Guda (distal rectum) and Adhara Guda (anal canal) are compared with the particular parts of ano-rectum to simplify the exact anatomy of these parts
