Foreword

This time, in the Special Issue on Artificial Intelligence in Economics, Finance and Business, we present a series of publications focused on artificial intelligence and finance. This compilation of research will bring new information to researchers in different disciplines, and at the same time, it will be an ideal space to present studies that have an international scope. UNIR, dedicated to the training of professionals in different academic programs, through its journal is consolidating a culture of research and expanding the knowledge that contributes to an excellent education. For this reason, we consider the dissemination of scientific articles essential, since this guarantees the transfer of results, in addition to the conclusions of high-impact research. Currently the world is going through a complicated scenario, a fluctuating economy and problems in health services that require immediate attention; in this sense, science and knowledge management open space to opportunities in search of medium and long-term solutions. It is a great honor to present this issue of the International Journal of Interactive Multimedia and Artificial Intelligence, whose contribution to the knowledge society is invaluable

Decisiones multisectoriales en tiempos de estado de emergencia nacional por Covid-19, Región Tacna

El presente artículo se realiza ante un marco de Estado de Emergencia Nacional, según Decreto Supremo Nº 044 – 2020 – PCM publicado en el Diario El Peruano (2020), para luchar contra el COVID-19. En Perú, si bien es cierto se tuvo una respuesta rápida para mitigar mayores infectados por COVID-19, los resultados no han acompañado a las soluciones que el Estado ha implementado. Sin embargo, las decisiones multisectoriales han tenido una mejor percepción en la población por la atención focalizada, mas no por los resultados de infectados en la región. Se ha llegado a las siguientes conclusiones: Las decisiones multisectoriales, en tiempos de estado de emergencia nacional, necesitan de estrategas (decisores que tomen decisiones estratégicas en beneficio de la población). Sin estos decisores con visión integral y controles, se generará un distanciamiento entre el gobierno central y los gobiernos regionales, ya que no se propiciará el vínculo necesario entre ellos. Las respuestas serán muy lentas por falta de liderazgo y comunicación. La gestión política tiene una relación directa con las estrategias nacionales, en ese contexto, nuestras autoridades político-civiles y autoridad político militar deben de trabajar de la mano y concatenadamente para salir vencedores en esta pandemia

Design of a Web Portal for Assertive Diagnosis and Cognitive Evolution in Children with Special Abilities

A world beyond the five senses is what opens the doors to new expectations for children with special abilities, as they lack a variety of factors due to a prejudiced society with middle-aged life stereotypes. We will use the SCRUM method to make the appropriate changes in a short time this established to norms and laws both in education and health, what we develop is a web application that generates a diagnosis for cognitive evolution in children with special abilities. The number of special children who tried the software have made great strides in terms of individual performance. The studies carried out serve the teachers as health professionals who attend to the child with a report, in order to also contribute to the individual and social improvement that the children with special abilities will present through the therapies they need

Development of Mobile Application that Detects Phishing Messages to Decrease the Percentage of Data Theft during the COVID-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has established not only a health emergency, but has generated an emergency in the control of personal data of all those people who make use of technological means, which increased the activity of phishing which consists of the theft of personal data through the circulation of false information through the different social networks, in addition, the circulation with messages related to the cure of this disease only for the theft of data. This research develops  a  mobile application that detects malicious URLs found within the content of textmessages. The developed application performs an analysis of the URLs according to the database that is updated with each attack detected, performing a blocking of the content and notifies the user of the actions that canbetaken, with this the theft of the personal data of the users is avoided. This application is very useful for all those people who use mobile equipment (mobile) and have no knowledge of these types of attacks, since they are likely to perform the actions that the perpetrators foresee for the obtaining of their personal data, so this application provides a means of security against these types of phishing attacks

Bibliometric Studies in Education: Systematic Review 2018-2022

El estudio examina mediante una revisión sistemática la literatura científica. La metodología se basó en la aplicación de los principios de la declaración PRISMA. Los resultados indicaron que la mayor producción de estudios fue en 2021, con predominancia de idioma inglés, España como el mayor productor, Reino Unido con el mayor número de revistas y el uso de realidad aumentada como la estrategia más estudiada. La producción científica en educación, y más particularmente en metodologías aplicada a la educación, ha generado una serie de estudios bibliométricos, los cuales han demostrado la evolución de las mismas en lapsos de tiempo diversos.A thorough evaluation of the scientific literature is used in the study to assess. The methodology was based on the implementation of the PRISMA statement's guiding principles. The findings showed that 2021 will see the greatest amount of research produced, with English being the most common language, Spain being the largest producer, the United Kingdom having the most journals, and the employment of augmented reality being the most explored tactic. A number of bibliometric studies have been conducted to highlight the evolution of these studies through time in the field of education science, and more specifically in the methodology applied to education

Diseño de un modelo de e-logística para un operador logístico peruano

Logistics operators, if they do not systematize their business unit, which corresponds to logistics, will be at risk of losing competitiveness, positioning and market share. In this sense, it is very important to be able to optimize the operational unit of a logistics operator’s business through an e-logistic model. The methodology considered was divided into two parts, the first part considered a diagnosis of all the processes of the logistics operator, for which the technique of unstructured observation was applied. After the diagnosis, the logistic model was configured whose components are made up of hardware, software and web platform.Los operadores logísticos, en caso de no sistematizar su unidad de negocio, que corresponde a la logística, estarán en riesgo de perder competitividad, posicionamiento y participación del mercado. En ese sentido es de suma importancia poder optimizar la unidad operativa del negocio de un operador logístico a través de un modelo e-logístic. La metodología considerada se dividió en dos partes, la primera parte consideró un diagnóstico de todos los procesos del operador logístico, para lo cual se aplicó la técnica de la observación no estructurada. Virtual Learning Taught by Educational Institutions and Its Relationship with International Business E-business in Peru

This research aimed to determine the results of the level of virtual learning in an educational institution that teaches the international business administration career and how it is related to international business E-Business in their respective jobs in Peru, in students of the professional technical level of a Higher Institution 2021. The type of basic research”, it also served to identify problems that should be intervened and to define solution strategies. The research method is hypothetical and deductive, because the working hypothesis is derived from the theoretical framework, it was developed under a relational research design, and it is carried out in a Private Technological Institution of Technical level in Peru. The procedure for obtaining data was through the application of a survey. The results indicate that there is a significant correlation between virtual education and international e-business. Likewise, a very high positive statistically significant correlation coefficient was found (P = 0.883), so it is concluded that the hypothesis is proven. Based on the results obtained, it can be affirmed that students of a professional technical level of a Higher Institution learn knowledge through virtual education that helps them make appropriate decisions when they apply them in international business E-Business
